OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE ASEAN INTER-PARLIAMENTARY ASSEMBLY (AIPA) ON THE PRIVILEGES AND
IMMUNITIES OF THE AIPA SECRETARIAT IN JAKARTA)
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in Jakarta, on 15 September 2010 the Government of the Republic of Indonesia had signed the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the ASEAN Interparliamentary Assembly (AIPA) regarding the Privileges and Immunities of the AIPA Secretariat in Jakarta. (Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA) on the Privileges and Immunities of the AIPA Secretariat in Jakarta), as a result of the negotiations between the Delegates of the Government. Republic of Indonesia and the ASEAN Interparliamentary Assembly;
B. that based on consideration as intended on the letter a, it is necessary to validate the Agreement with the President's Regulation;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and Article 11 of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year of 1945;

DECIDED:
SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE PASSAGE OF APPROVAL BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE ASEAN INTER-PARLIAMENT ASSEMBLY (AIPA) REGARDING THE PRIVILEGES AND IMMUNITY OF THE AIPA SECRETARIAT IN JAKARTA (AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE ASEAN INTER-PARLIAMENTARY ASSEMBLY (AIPA) ON THE PRIVILEGES AND IMMUNITIES OF THE AIPA SECRETARIAT IN JAKARTA).
Section 1
Ratify the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the ASEAN Interparliamentary Assembly (AIPA) on the Privileges and Immunities of the AIPA Secretariat in Jakarta (
Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the ASEAN) Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA) on the Privileges and Immunities of the AIPA Secretariat in Jakarta) which had been signed on 15 September 2010 in Jakarta, which was originally in Indonesian and English as it was in English. attached and is an inseparable part of this Presidential Regulation.
Section 2
In the event of a different interpretation difference between the text of the Agreement in English and English as referred to in Article 1, it is the English-language Agreement.
Section 3
This President ' s regulation starts to apply to the date of the promulctest.
