MINISTER OF FORESTRY OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

BALANCED: THAT IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THE ORGANIZATION ' S PERFORMANCE OF THE FORESTRY RESEARCH HALL, IT NEEDS TO ESTABLISH THE ORGANIZATION AND TATA WORK OF THE PALEMBANG FORESTRY RESEARCH HALL with Forest Minister Rule.

Establish: REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FORESTRY ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORK OF THE PALEMBANG FORESTRY RESEARCH HALL.

BAB I

POSITION, DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS

Article 1

(1) The Palembang Forest Research Hall is a technical managing unit in the field of forestry research that is below and is responsible to the Head of the Research Agency and Forest Development.

(2) The Palembang Forest Research Hall is led by a Chief.

Article 2

The Palembang Forest Research Hall has the task of carrying out research in the field of conservation and rehabilitation, improving forest productivity, cultivation of forestry and forest yield processing, as well as climate change and forestry policy in accordance with the laws.

Article 3

In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 2, the Palembang Forest Research Hall organizes functions:

a. Drafting of plans, programs and budgets;

b. conduct of research and research cooperation;

c. data services and information, science and technology results research results;

d. management of the facilities and the scope of the scope of the Hall;

e. the management of the research forest that is the responsibility of the Hall;

f. monitoring, evaluation and reporting of research; and

g. execution of the business planning and household affairs of the Hall.

BAB II

ORGANIZATIONAL ARRANGEMENT

Article 4

(1) The Palembang Forest Research Hall consists of:

a. Subsections of Tata Business;

b. Program and Evaluation Section;

c. Research Section;

d. Data Section, Information and Co-operation; and

e. Functional Office Group.

(2) The Palembang Forestry Research Hall Organizational Structure Chart as set forth in this regulatory attachment.

Article 5

The Tata Subsection has a duty to work on the employment of the workforce, financial, overcrowding and mailings.

Section 6

The Program Section and Evaluation Section have the task of conducting setup of plans, programs, and budgets, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of execution of plans, programs, and plans. budget.

Article 7

Section Sarana Research has the task of doing Research facilities and research infrastructure including research and laboratory forest, library management, and administrative support for filing and implementation of research rights protection.

Section 8

BAB III

FUNCTIONAL POSITION GROUP

Section 9

Functional Office Groups have the task of performing activities according to their respective functional positions under the perinvite rules- invitation.

Section 10

(1) The functional office group consists of the Functional Office of the Researcher, a functional office of a litkayasa technician and other functional positions divided in various functional positions groups according to the field expertise.

BAB IV

LAYOUT

Section 11

Article 12

Article 13

Section 14

Article 16

ETYMISATION

Article 17

(1) The Hall Chief is the structural office of Eselon III.a.

(2) The Chief Subpart and Section Chief is the structural post of Eselon IV.a.

BAB VI

LOCATION AND WORK AREA

Article 18

(1) The Palembang Forest Research Hall is located in Palembang Propinsi Sumatera Selatan.

(2) The Working Area of the Palembang Forest Research Hall is the Propinsi South Sumatra, Propinsi Bengkulu, Propinsi Jambi, Propinsi Lampung and Propinsi Bangka Belitung.

Article 19

With the enactment of this Regulation, then Regulation Minister of Forestry Number P. 42/Menhut-II/2006 on the Organization and Tata Working Hall of the Palembang Forestry Research, revoked and declared not applicable.

Article 20

The Ministry of Forestry Ordinance entered into effect on the date of the promulcity.
