Back NEWS REPUBLIC of INDONESIA No. 451, 2011 REGULATIONS MINISTER of INDUSTRY of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA NUMBER 69/M-IND/PER/7/2011 APPENDIX of CHANGES to REGULATION of the MINISTER of INDUSTRY number 19/M-IND/PER/2/2010 REGARDING LIST of machinery, GOODS and MATERIALS for the CONSTRUCTION of DOMESTIC PRODUCTION or INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT WITHIN the FRAMEWORK of INVESTING with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY MINISTER of INDUSTRY of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA, Considering: a. that there still are with respect to industrial products that have been manufactured in the country but is not listed in the annex to Regulation Minister of industry number 19/M-IND/PER/2/2010 regarding list of machinery, goods and Materials for the construction of domestic production Or industrial development in the context of Investing, this resulted in import duties upon importation of industrial products in question are exempt so it is disturbing the domestic industry;
b. that considers it necessary to amend the annex to regulation of the Minister of industry number 19/M-IND/PER/2/2010;
c. that based on considerations as referred to in letter a and letter b issued Regulations need to Minister of industry;
Given: 1. The decision of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2010 about the position, duties and functions of the Ministries as well as the Organization, duties and functions of the Echelon I Ministries;
2. The decision of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 129/M in 2010 about the Dismissal and appointment of officials of the Ministry of Environment in Echelons of industry;
3. Regulation of the Minister of industry number 19/M-IND/PER/2/2010 regarding list of machinery, goods and Materials for the construction of domestic production Or industrial development within the framework of Investing;
4. Regulation of the Minister of industry Number 105/M-IND/PER/10/2010 about the Organization and the Work of the Ministry of industry;
5. Regulation of the Minister of industry no. 15/M-IND/PER/2/2011 about the conditions and the procedures for calculation of the component level within the country;
6. Regulation of the Minister of industry number 16/M-IND/PER/2/2011 about the guidelines use of domestic products In Government procurement of goods/services;
Decide: define: REGULATION of the MINISTER of INDUSTRY REGARDING CHANGES to the REGULATION of the MINISTER of INDUSTRY APPENDIX number 19/M-IND/PER/2/2010 REGARDING LIST of machinery, GOODS and MATERIALS for the CONSTRUCTION of DOMESTIC PRODUCTION or INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT WITHIN the FRAMEWORK of INVESTING article I Change Attachment regulation of the Minister of industry number 19/M-IND/PER/2/2010 regarding list of machinery, goods and Materials for the construction of domestic production Or industrial development in order to become capital investment as contained in the annex to this regulation.

Article II of this Ministerial Regulation comes into force on the date of promulgation.
