CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 In this ministerial regulation is: 1. (2) the Secretariat of the ULP must meet the requirements as follows: a. the status as civil servants; b. have the moral integrity, honesty, discipline and responsibility in carrying out the task; c. understand all types of work that the task of the Pokja Procurement; and d. other conditions specified in the rules of staffing for the Office equivalent. (3) the members of the Working Group on ULP must meet the requirements as follows: a. the status as civil servants; b. certificate of expertise government procurement of goods/services; c. have the moral integrity, honesty, discipline and responsibility in carrying out the task; d. understand the overall Procurement work to be implemented; e. understand certain types of work that the task of the Pokja Procurement; f. understand the content of the document procurement/procurement methods and procedures based on the applicable procurement regulations; and g. has no family relationship with the officials who picked it up and set it as a member of the Working Group of ULP; Article 17 (1) a member of the ULP was banned from doubles as: a. Member LPSE; b. PPK; c. Financial Manager; and d. the Member of the Government's internal oversight authorities.
