BANDUNG HEALTH POLYTECHNIC ON THE HEALTH MINISTRY

WITH THE GRACE OF ALMIGHTY GOD



FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a. that under the provisions of Article 9 of the Government Regulation No. 23 of 2005 on the Financial Management of the General Services Agency, the rate of service of the agency that applies the Financial Management of the Public Service Board is set by the Minister of Finance for the proposal menteri/lead agency;
B. that the Bandung Health Polytechnic in the Ministry of Health has been designated as a Government Instancy that applies the Financial Management of the General Services Agency based on Decree of Finance Minister Number 499 /KMK.05/2009;
c. that the Minister of Health by Letter Number: KU.01.06/III/788/2010 dated 18 June 2010 and Number: KU.03.01/III/0536/2011 dated 13 April 2011, had submitted the proposal for the Bandung Health Polytechnic General Services rate on the Ministry of Health;
D. that the proposed services charge of the Bandung Institute of Health General Services on the Ministry of Health, have been discussed and studied by the Assessor Team;
e. that under consideration as intended in the letter a, the letter b, the letter c, and the letter d, need to specify the Finance Minister's Regulation on the Tarif of the Bandung Health Polytechnic General Services Board on the Ministry of Health;

Remembering: 1. Act No. 17 of 2003 on State Finance (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 47, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4286);
2. Act No. 1 of 2004 on the State Treasury (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 2004 Number 5, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4355);
3. Government Regulation No. 23 Year 2005 on Financial Management of the Public Service Agency (State Gazette 2005 Number 48, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4502);
4. Presidential Decree No. 56/P of 2010;

DECIDED:

Establish: REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ABOUT THE TARIFF ON THE SERVICES OF THE GENERAL SERVICES OF THE BANDUNG HEALTH MINISTRY TO THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH.

Section 1
The Bandung Health Polytechnic Public Service rate at the Ministry of Health is in return for service services provided by the Bandung Health Polytechnic General Services Board of the Ministry of Health.

Section 2
Service rates as referred to in Section 1, consist of:
a. New Student Acceptance Selection Tariff (Sipenmaru);
B. The Introduction tariff of the Student Study Program (PPSM);
C. Matriculation Fare;
D. Educational Hosting Donation Rates (SPP);
e. Education Development Fund (DPP) fare;
f. Promise Ucap Rate;
G. Field Learning Practice Rate (PBL);
h. Field Working Practice Rate (PKL);
i. Real Work Practice Rate (PKN);
J. Competency Achievement Rating (PPK);
No, Case Study Rate;
I. Program End Test Rate (UAP);
M. Graduation rates;
N. Student Sign Card Rate (KTM);
O. Registration Fees;
p. Diploma and Transcripts for License Fees;
Q. Legalization tariff and Transcripts;
R. Student Health Maintenance Guarantee Rate (JPKM);
It's Library Fare;
No. Internet fare;
u. Boarding rates for Students;
v. Tarif Activities Student Organization;
W. The Dental Clinic Fare;
x. Profession Swear Rates;
y. Other Party Research Implementation Services; and
z. Laboratory Use Rates.

Section 3
The Bandung Health Polytechnic Public Service rate at the Ministry of Health as referred to in Article 2 is listed in the Attachment which is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.

Section 4
(1) The Bandung Health Polytechnic General Services Board of the Ministry of Health may provide service services in the fields of education, research, and devotion to the public based on the needs of the services user side through cooperation contracts.
(2) The Bandung Ministry of Health General Services of the Ministry of Health as referred to in paragraph (1) is defined under the contract of cooperation between the Bandung Polytechnic Director of the Ministry of Health with A service user.
(3) Director of the School of Health Bandung at the Ministry of Health is required to deliver a copyof a contract document with a service user to the Minister of Health and the Minister of Finance.

Section 5
(1) The Bandung Health Polytechnic General Services Board of the Ministry of Health can conduct Operational Cooperation (KSO) with other parties to improve service services in the fields of education, research, and devotion to the community.
(2) The Tarif service that is derived from the KSO with the other party as referred to in paragraph (1) is set under a cooperation contract between the Bandung Polytechnic Director of the Ministry of Health with the other party.
(3) Director of the School of Health Bandung at the Ministry of Health is required to deliver a copy of a contract document with other parties to the Minister of Health and the Minister of Finance.
(4) The KSO as referred to in paragraph (1) does not include KSO of asset utilization.

Section 6
(1) Against students of the Miskin Family (Gakin) may be given the SPP and/or DPP service rates of 50% (fifty percent) of the SPP and/or DPP Public Service Governing Body of Health Bandung of the Ministry of Health.
(2) A 50% (fifty percent) service rate specified in paragraph (1) is carried out by considering the financial condition of the Bandung Health Polytechnic General Services Board of the Ministry of Health.
(3) Students from Gakin that can be given SPP and/or DPP service rates of 50% (fifty percent) as referred to in paragraph (1) are defined by the Decree of the Director of the Bandung Health Polytechnic on the Ministry of Health.

Section 7
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply to the date of the undrased.
