JAKARTA HEALTH POLYTECHNIC III ON THE HEALTH MINISTRY

FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that under the provisions of Article 9 of the Government Regulation No. 23 of 2005 on the Financial Management of the General Services Agency, the rate of service of the agency that applies the Financial Management of the Public Service Board is set by the Minister of Finance for the proposal menteri/agency leaders;

b. that the Jakarta III Health Polytechnic in the Ministry of Health has been designated as the Instancy of the Government implementing the Financial Management of the General Services Agency under the Decree of the Finance Minister Number 498 /KMK.05/2009;

c. that Minister Health via Mail Number: KU.01.06/III/788/2010 dated June 18, 2010 and Number: KU.03.01/III/0536/2011 dated 13 April 2011, has submitted a proposed tariff on the services of the Public Services Agency of Jakarta III Health in the Ministry of Health;

d. that the proposed tariffs on the services of the Jakarta III Health Politecnik Public Service in the Ministry of Health, have been discussed and studied by the Assessor Team;

e. that under consideration as intended in the letter a, the letter b, the letter c, and the letter d, need to specify the Minister of Finance Regulation on the Service of the General Services of the Jakarta III Health Politecnik Service in the Ministry of Health;

Given: 1. Law Number 17 Year 2003 on State Finance (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 47, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4286);

2. Law No. 1 of 2004 on the State Treasury (Indonesian Republic Gazette 2004 No. 5, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4355);

3. Government Regulation No. 23 Year 2005 On Financial Management Of The Public Service Agency (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2005 Number 48, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 4502);

4. President's Decision No. 56/P of 2010;

DECIDED:

SET: REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ABOUT THE PUBLIC SERVICES GOVERNING BODY SERVICE ON THE HEALTH MINISTRY OF JAKARTA III DURING THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH.

Article 1

The Tarif Service of the Public Services Agency of Jakarta Health at the Ministry of Health is in return for service services provided by the Jakarta III Health Polytechnic General Services Board on the Ministry of Health.

Article 2

The service Tarif as referred to in Section 1, consists of:

a. New Student Acceptance Selection Rate (Sipenmaru);

b. The Introduction Rate Of The Student Study Program (PPSM);

c. Matriculation Rate;

e. Rates of Educational Development Fund (DPP);

f. Promise Ucap Rate;

g. Field Working Practice Rate (PKL/PBL/PKK);

h. Village Public Health Development Rate (PKMD);

i. Tariffs On Scientific Writing Works (KTI);

j. Competency Achievement (PPK) Rate;

k. Case Study Rate;

l. Short Semester Fare;

m. Program End Test (UAP) Rates;

n. Graduation rates;

o. Student Sign Card Rate (KTM);

p. The Certificate of the Certificate of Approval and the Substitute Transcripts;

q. Legalization Rates and Transcripts;

r. Student Health Maintenance Guarantee Rate (JPKM);

s. Library Rate;

t. Internet fare;

u. Dormitory Rate for Students; and

v. Laboratory Use.

Section 3

The General Services Board of Health Education Jakarta III on the Ministry of Health as referred to in Article 2 is listed in the Attachment which is an integral part of the Regulation of this Minister.

Article 4

(1) The Public Services Agency of Jakarta III Health at the Ministry of Health may provide service services in the fields of education, research, and devotion to the public based on the needs of the service users through the contract cooperation.

(2) Service of the Jakarta III Public Health Politecnik Service on the Ministry of Health as referred to in paragraph (1) is set under the contract of cooperation between the Director of Public Health Education of Jakarta III at Ministry of Health with the service users.

Health required to pass copy document of cooperation with service users to the Minister of Health and Finance Minister.

Section 5

(1) Public Services Agency of Jakarta Health III on the Ministry of Health can conduct Operational Cooperation (KSO) with other parties to improve service services in the fields of education, research, and devotion to the community.

(2) Tarif services originating from KSO with parties others as it is specified in a paragraph (1) specified under the contract of cooperation between Director of the Jakarta III Health Polytechnic in the Ministry of Health with other parties.

(3) Director of Public Health Education Jakarta III in the Ministry of Health obliged to deliver copy a contract document with other parties to the Minister of Health and Finance Minister.

(4) The KSO as referred to in paragraph (1) does not include KSO of asset utilization.

Article 6 (1) Against students of the Miskin Family (Gakin) can be granted

SPP service rates and/or DPP by 50% (fifty percent) of the SPP and/or DPP General Service Agency rates Jakarta III Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health.

(2) The granting of service rates by 50% (fifty percent) as referred to in paragraph (1) was executed by considering the financial condition of the General Services Agency of the Polytechnics Health of Jakarta III in the Ministry of Health.

(3) Students from Gakin that can be given SPP and/or DPP service rates by 50% (fifty percent) as referred to in paragraph (1) are set with the Decision of the Director of Politecnik Health of Jakarta III on the Ministry of Health.

Article 7

Regulation The minister came into effect on the date of the invitation.
