WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that in order to establish the allocation of Less Pay for the Natural Resources of the Earth Gas Mining Year 2010 for provinces and districts/cities that have been allocated in Act Number 10 of the Year 2010 about The 2011 State Budget and Revenue Budget as amended by Law No. 11 of 2011, required to establish the Minister of Finance Regulation on Alocation Less than Pay Fund for the Natural Resources of the Earth Gas Mining 2010 Budget Year Allocated in Budget and State Shopping Changes Budget Year 2011
Given: 1. Law No. 33 Year 2004 on Financial Balance Between the Central Government and the Local Government (State Gazette Indonesia Year 2004 Number 126, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4438);
2. Act Number 10 of the Year 2010 on Budget and State Shopping of the Year of Budget 2011 (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2010 Number 126, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 5167) as amended by 2011 Act 2011 Number 11 (State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2011 Number 81, Additional Gazette Republic Of Indonesia Number 5233);
3. Government Regulation Number 55 of 2005 on the Balancing Fund (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 2005 Number 137, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4575);
4. Presidential Decree No. 56/P of 2010;
5. Finance Minister Regulation Number 126 /PMK.07/ 2010 on the Implementation and Accouncability of the Transfer Budget to the Regions;
DECIDED:
SET: THE FINANCE MINISTER ' S REGULATION ON THE ALLOCATION OF UNDERPAID FUNDS FOR THE RESULTS OF THE NATURAL RESOURCES NATURAL GAS MINING YEAR 2010 ALLOCATED IN THE INCOME BUDGET AND STATE SPENDING CHANGES IN THE 2011 BUDGET YEAR.
Section 1
(1) Alocations Less Pay The Fund For Natural Resources (DBH SDA) The Earth's Budget Year 2010 was the State Reception Not the SDA Tax of the Earth Gas Mining Year 2010 that has not been made up to the provinces and districts/cities.
(2) Alocation Less Pay DBH SDA The Earth Gas Mining Year 2010 specified in Law Number 10 of the Year 2010 on Budget and State Shopping of the Year of Budget 2011 as amended by Act No. 11 The year 2011 was Rp367,887,494,277.00 (three hundred and sixty-seven billion eight hundred and eighty-seven million four hundred and ninety-four thousand two hundred and seventy-seven rupiah).
(3) The details of the Allocation Less Pay DBH SDA Mining Gas Mine 2010 Budget Year 2010 as referred to in paragraph (2) for the province and district/city is as set forth in an Inseparable Attachment of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance Here.
Section 2
(1) The allocation of less pay DBH SDA Mining Mining of the Earth Budget Year 2010 as referred to in Article 1 of the paragraph (2) was implemented at once in the Budget Year 2011.
(2) The method of the allocation of less pay of the DBH SDA The Earth Gas Mining Budget Year 2010 is implemented in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 3
This Finance Minister ' s regulation starts to apply at an promulgated date.
