REGULATION OF THE COUNTRY ' S STATE MINISTER

ABOUT DEFAULT OF MOTOR VEHICLE EXHAUST GAS EMISSIONS

NEW TYPE L3 CATEGORY

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY Esa MINISTER OF THE ENVIRONMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that in order to prevent air pollution sourced from motor vehicle exhaust emissions, it is necessary to make an effort to limit the emissions of motor vehicle exhaust;

b. that to implement the provisions of Article 20 paragraph (5) of the Law No. 32 Year 2009 on the Protection and Management of the Environment, it needs to establish the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment on the Baku Quality of Motor Vehicle Exhaust Gas Type New Category L3;

c. that based on consideration as in letter a and letter b, it is necessary to establish the Minister of the Environment Minister of the Environment on the Baku quality Motor Gas Emissions Exhaust of New Type L3.

DECIDED: Establishing: REGULATION OF STATE MINISTER OF LIFE

ABOUT THE DEFAULT MANAGEMENT OF GAS EMISSIONS QUALITY REMOVE THE MOTOR VEHICLE OF THE NEW TYPE L3 CATEGORY.

Article 1 In this Ministerial Regulation referred to: 1. Baku Mutu emission gas emission exhaust type new type is

4. The new Type L3 motor vehicle is a two-wheeled (two)-type motor vehicle with a cylinder capacity of over 50 cm3 or with a maximum speed design of more than 50 km/h (50%) of any type of engine power.

5. An accredited laboratory is a laboratory that conducts a new type of motor vehicle exhaust gas emissions accredited by a national or internationally recognized body of accreditation.

6. An Effort and/or Activity is an individual person and/or group of persons and/or a legal entity producing a new type of motor vehicle and/or conducting the import of a motor vehicle in whole or in an unintact state.

7. The new Type of Motor Vehicle emissions test is testing exhaust gas emissions against new types of motor vehicles in accordance with the standard of exhaust gas emissions.

8. The Minister is the minister who organizes government affairs in the field of protection and environmental management.

Section 2 of each Staging of Effort and/or mandatory Activities: a. meets the raw quality of the emissions of motor vehicle exhaust gas; and b. Conduct a new category L3 motor vehicle emissions test.

Article 3 of the Baku net emission quality of gas emissions as referred to in Article 2 of the letter a consists of: a. the standard quality exhaust gas emissions for the New Type Motorized Vehicle

tested with UN Regulation 40 and EU Directive 2002 /51/EC; and

b. the default quality of exhaust gas emissions for new type Motor Vehicles which are tested with WMTC testing methods (Worldwide Harmonized Motorcycle Emissions Certification Procedure),

as set forth in Appendix I that is a part of not And this is part of the Regulation of this Minister.

Article 4 (1) of the new type of Motor Vehicle emission test of a Category L3 as

referred to in Section 3 is implemented according to regulations issued by officials responsible for the field of means and

Traffic infrastructure and road transport regarding new type motor vehicle type tests.

(2) The new type L3 motor vehicle emissions test for test methods is referred to in: a. Article 3 of the letter a, is exercised in accordance with Appendix II which is

the inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister; b. Article 3 of the letter b, exercised in accordance with Appendix III which

is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister. (3) The emission test as referred to in paragraph (1) must be equipped

with the new type L3 exhaust gas emission testing application form listed in Annex IV which is an inseparable part of the This Minister's regulation.

(4) The emission test as referred to in paragraph (2) is conducted based on the suitability of the vehicle to be tested by test method.

Article 5 (1) of the new Type L3 motor vehicle emission test as well as

referred to in Article 4 of the paragraph (1) is conducted in an accredited laboratory.

(2) The results of the emission test as referred to in paragraph (1) are compiled using the emission test results format as set forth in Appendix V which is an inseparable part of this Minister Regulation.

(3) The results of the emissions test results the new type as referred to in verse (2), the least contains: a. CO parameters, HC, NOX; b. consumption of fuel and CO2; and c. CO and HC parameters at the time without load.

(4) Officials in charge of the means and infrastructure of traffic and road transport, after receiving the results of the emissions test as referred to in paragraph (3) delivered the report on the results of the emissions test to the Minister.

Article 6 (1) The Minister conducted the evaluation of the default screening of the emission of gas emissions.

A new type of motor vehicle category L3 at least 1 (one) year once.

(2) Evaluation as set forth in paragraph (1) performed by performing a test of a vehicle type The motor has passed the test.

(3) The evaluation results as referred to in paragraph (2) were announced to the public by the Minister.

Article 7 (1) The charge of the conduct of the new type emission test as referred to in

Section 4 is charged to Business and/or Activity charges.

(2) The fee for the implementation of the evaluation as referred to in Article 6 is charged in the State Budget and Shopping Budget.

Article 8 of the Regulation of the Minister is reviewed at most 5 (five) year.

Article 9 For the motor vehicle that is being produced by the L3 category, Regulation The minister came into force on 1 August 2015.
