ABOUT
THE SECOND CHANGE TO THE LABOR MINISTER ' S REGULATION AND THE TRANSMIGRATION NUMBER PER.07/MEN/IV/2011 ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORKING ORDER OF THE TECHNICAL EXECUTORS IN THE LABOR MINISTRY ENVIRONMENT AND TRANSMIGRATION
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF LABOR AND TRANSMIGRATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that he has done the handover of the UKM Training Hall (BLK-UKM) Kendari and the Regional Productivity Development Hall (BPPD) of the Province of Southeast Sulawesi to the Ministry of Labour and Transmigration through the News Event Receive Unit Work and Support for the Cloud Service is available under the terms of the IBM International Business Partner's IBM International Business Partner-International Business Partner ("IBM"), and IBM may not use the IBM Business Partner to provide the IBM Business
B. that under consideration as intended in the letter a, need to fine-tune the Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Transmigration Number PER.07/MEN/IV/2011 on the Organization and the Tata Technical Managing Unit in the Environment Ministry of Power Work and Transmigration as amended by the Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Transmigration Number 4 Year 2012;
Remembering: 1. The Presidential Decree No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as amended, last with the Presidential Regulation No. 91 of 2011 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2011, Number 141);
2. Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as Susunan Organization, Duty, and Functions of Eselon I Ministry of State as it has been several times amended, last with the Presidential Regulation Number 92 2011 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2011 Number 142);
Decision President No. 84 /P of the Year 2009;
Regulation of the Minister of State Pendayagunaan The State of Personnel PER/18/M. PAN/11/ 2008 on the Guidelines of the Organization of the Technical Managing Unit of the Ministry and the Non- Ministry of Government Instituations;
Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Transmigration Number PER.12/MEN/VIII/2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Labour and Transmigration;
Labor Minister Regulation and Transmigration Number PER.07/MEN/IV/2011 on the Organization and Workforce of Technical Managing Unit in the Environment of the Ministry of Labor and Transmigration as amended by the Regulation of the Minister of Labor and Transmigration Number 4 Year 2012 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia 2012 No. 227);

DECIDED:
Establish: LABOR MINISTER REGULATION AND TRANSMIGRATION OF THE SECOND CHANGE TO THE REGULATION OF LABOR MINISTERS AND TRANSMIGRATION NUMBER PER.07/MEN/IV/2011 ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORK OF TECHNICAL MANAGING UNITS IN THE POWER MINISTRY ENVIRONMENT WORK AND MIGRATION.
Section 1
Some provisions in the Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Transmigration Number PER.07/MEN/IV/2011 on the Organization and Workforce of Technical Managing Unit in the Environment of the Ministry of Labour and Transmigration (State News of the Republic of Indonesia) 2011 Number 253), as amended by the Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Transmigration Number 4 of the Year 2012 (News of the State of the Republic of Indonesia 2012 Number 227), was changed as follows:
1. The provisions of Article 153 are changed, so the whole reads as follows:
Section 153
BLKI is located in Banda Aceh, Semarang, Samarinda, Makassar, Ternate, Sorong, Padang, and Kendari.
2. The provisions of the BAB IV are changed, by inserting 1 (one) new sections between Section 153 and the Second Section of Section 154 of Section A, so that it reads as follows:

Productivity Improvement Hall
Paragraph 1
The position, the Task, and the Function
Section 153 A
(1) The Productivity Improvement Hall is an UPT in the field of increased productivity that is below and is responsible to the Director General of Training and Productivity.
(2) The Productivity Improvement Hall is led by a Chief.
Section 153 B
Productivity Improvement Hall has the task of carrying out measurements and increased productivity.
Section 153 C
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 153 B, the Productivity Improvement Hall organizes functions:
a. The drafting of the plan, program and budget increase productivity;
B. information services, consulting, promotion and marketing of increased productivity;
c. hosting increased productivity;
D. implementation of the productivity measurement;
e. the execution of the productivity agency;
f. execution of cooperation of regional and sectoral levels of productivity;
G. the implementation of the entrepreneurial development;
h. evaluation and drafting of increased productivity reports; and
i. implementation of the business planning and household affairs of the Hall.
Paragraph 2
Organizational Structure
Section 153 D
The Productivity Improvement Hall consists of:
a. Order Subsections;
B. Program Section and Evaluation;
C. Hosting Sections and Empowerment; and
D. Functional Office Groups.
Section 153 E
(1) The Tata Business Subsection has the task of doing financial, staffing, surcharge, equipment, equipment, and the Hall household.
(2) The Program and Evaluation Section of the Program are subject to the terms of the Program: Class="s14">
(3) The Hosting and Empowerment Section has the task of conducting the preparation of the productivity and entrepreneurial measurement materials, consulting, promotion, marketing and institutional cooperation as well as microproductivity measurements.
Paragraph 3
Eselonization and Location
Section 153 F
(1) The Head of the Productivity Improvement Hall is the structural position of the III.a echelon.
(2) Subsection Chief and Section Chief is the structural position of IV.a echelon.
Section 153 G
The Productivity hall is located in Kendari.
3. The provisions of Article 177 paragraph (1) are changed, so it reads as follows:
Section 177
(1) With the Ordinance of this Minister Regulation, then UPT in the Environment Ministry Environment and Transmigration consists of:
a. 10 (ten) Great Hall; and
B. 17 (seventeen) Hall.
(2) The name, location, canonization, position, and work region of each UPT as set forth in Annex I of this Minister Rule.
(3) Bagan Organization of the Greater Hall and Hall as set forth in Annex II of the Regulation of this Minister.
4. Terms of Appendix I are changed by inserting 2 (two) new numbers between the number 16A and number 17, number 16B and 16C.
5. Terms of Use Attachment
Section II
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply at the date of the invitation.
