Decide: define: HEAD REGULATORY Agency for meteorology, climatology and Geophysics TECHNICAL REPORT EVALUATION GUIDELINES of PERFORMANCE ACCOUNTABILITY of GOVERNMENT AGENCIES in the ENVIRONMENT Agency for meteorology, climatology, and GEOPHYSICS.
Article 1 in regulation of the head of the agency that is: 1. Evaluation is a series of activities comparing results/accomplishments or activities with standards, plans, or the established norms, and determine the factors that influence the success or failure of an activity in achieving goals.
2. Performance accountability of government agencies hereinafter abbreviated AKIP is the embodiment of an obligation of government agencies accountable for success and failure in achieving the Organization's mission of implementing sasran and intended purpose through a system of accountability on a periodic basis.
3. Report of the performance accountability of government agencies hereinafter abbreviated LAKIP is the document that contains the description of an embodiment AKIP compiled and presented systematically and work.
4. Evaluation of performance accountability Reports that government agencies hereinafter referred to the evaluation of the analysis activity is LAKIP systematic, value, attributes, appreciation, and the introduction of the problem, as well as the granting of a solution to the problem was found for the purpose of performance improvement and accountability of agencies/Government work units.
5. Work Unit is a unit of work independently or work unit specified by the head of the Agency for meteorology, climatology and Geophysics to make LAKIP, and evaluation by the Inspectorate Agency for meteorology, climatology and Geophysics, in this case is the Echelon Echelon I and II in the great Hall and the headquarters of the meteorology, climatology and geophysics.
6. Meterology, climatology and Geophysics Agency hereinafter referred is a Non Government agencies under the Ministry and is responsible directly to the President as well as the duty and responsibility in the field of meteorology, climatology, and geophysics.

Article 2 (1) of the regulation the Agency Head is intended as a guide in the conduct of the evaluation against LAKIP LAKIP compiled by organizational unit I and unit Echelons Echelon II.
(2) the purpose of the establishment of Regulatory Agency Head: a. obtaining information about AKIP system implementation;
b. assess the performance accountability organizational unit I and unit Echelons Echelon II; and c. give advice on improvements for improved performance and accountability strengthening organizational Echelon unit I and unit Echelons II.
(3) Implementation Evaluation LAKIP against LAKIP is performed according to the Technical Guideline Evaluation LAKIP in Environment Agency for meteorology, climatology and Geophysics as contained in Annex I of the regulation to the Agency Head and sample Format criteria and Evaluation working paper AKIP as contained in annex II of the regulation of the Agency Head.
(4) technical guidelines referred to in subsection (3) is a guide for evaluators related to: a. an understanding of the purpose of the evaluation and the determination of the scope of the evaluation;

b. understanding of evaluation strategy and methodology used in evaluation;

c. determination of the working steps that must be taken in the evaluation process;
d. preparation of Reports evaluation results (LHE) and the mechanism of reporting evaluation results and processing the data.

Article 3 of the regulation at the time the head of the Agency comes into force, the regulation of Geophysical and Meteorological Agency Inspector Number SK. 26/KP. 102/IPT/BMG-2006 Evaluation Guidelines about Reporting performance accountability work units of geophysical and Meteorological Agency revoked and declared inapplicable.

Article 4 head of the Regulatory Agency came into effect on the date set.
