CHILD PROTECTION AND THE INDONESIAN CHILD PROTECTION COMMISSION SECRETARIAT
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF STATE FOR WOMEN ' S EMPOWERMENT AND CHILD PROTECTION
THE REPUBLIC OF INDOENSIA,
Weighing: that as a follow-up to the provisions of Article 10 of the Presidential Regulation Number 104 on Employee Performance Benefits, it is seen to establish the Regulation of the Minister of State for the Empowerment of Women and Child Protection concerning Setting up of the Environmental Office Ranking at the Ministry of Women ' s Empowerment and Child Protection and the Secretariat of the Indonesian Child Protection Commission;
Given: 1. Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Number 8 Year 1974 on Subjects of the Republic of Indonesia (1974) the Republic of Indonesia (1974), the State of the Republic of Indonesia (1974), as amended by Law No. 43. 1999 (leaf Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 1999 Number 169, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 3890);
2. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State;
3. Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Susunan of the Organization, Duty and Functions of the Ministry of State;
4. Presidential Regulation No. 104 of 2012 on Employee Performance Benefits in the Environment of the Ministry of Empowerment Of Women and Child Protection;
5. Regulation of the Minister of State for Women and Protection of Child Protection No. 04 Year 2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Empowerment Of Women and Child Protection;
DECIDED:
establish: REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF STATE WOMEN 'S EMPOWERMENT AND PROTECTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE DESIGNATION OF OFFICE RANKING IN THE ENVIRONMENT OF WOMEN' S EMPOWERMENT AND PROTECTION OF THE CHILD AND SECRETARIAT OF THE COMMISSION INDONESIAN CHILD PROTECTION.
Article 1
Establishing the ranking in the environment of the Ministry of Women ' s Empowerment and Child Protection, and the Secretariat of the Indonesian Child Protection Commission as such in the Attachment that are an inseparable part of Regulation this.
Article 2
In carrying out the duties of the clerk's staff to keep the guidelines on the description of the office for each post referred to.
Article 3
If at a later date there is a fallament in the Regulation of the Women's Empowerment and Protection of the Child, there will be a fix as it should be.
Section 4
The rules are in effect on an promulgated date and have receded power from 1 January 2012.
