NUMBER PER.03/MEN/I/2010 ABOUT THE STRATEGIC PLAN
MINISTRY OF LABOR AND TRANSMIGRATION
2010-2014
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF LABOR AND TRANSMIGRATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that as the implementation of Article 19 paragraph (2) of the Law No. 25 Year 2004 on the National Development Planning System, and Article 3 of the Presidential Regulation No. 5 of 2010 on the National Intermediate Term Development Plan (RPJMN) of 2010-2014, need to be drafted by the Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Labor and Transmigration of 2010-2014;
B. that in connection with the changes in organizational structure and the work of the Ministry of Employment and Transmigration, which implices to changes to the nomenclature of work units, then needs to make changes to the Regulation of the Minister of Labor Regulation and Transmigration Number PER.03/MEN/I/2010 on the Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Labor and Transmigration of 2010-2014;
c. that under consideration as referred to in letter a and letter b, need to form a Minister Regulation on the changes to the Regulation of the Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Transmigration Number W.03/MEN/I/2010 on Strategic Plans Ministry of Labour and Transmigration of 2010-2014;

SET: KESATU:AMENDED ATTACHMENT OF LABOR MINISTER AND TRANSMIGRATION NUMBER PER.03/MEN/I/2010 ABOUT THE STRATEGIC PLAN OF THE MINISTRY OF LABOR AND TRANSMIGRATION OF 2010-2014, AS SET FORTH IN THE TERMS OF THIS MINISTERIAL REGULATION.
SECOND: The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply to the date of the promulgance.
