BAB V
WORK LAYOUT

Section 8
Each member of the organizational unit and functional office group in the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs is required to apply the principle of coordination, integration, and synchronization in either the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office and in relation to the Ministry of Religious Affairs between governments both central and regional.

> (1) Formed The Office Of The Ministry Of Religious Affairs Of The Province Of Maluku, Which Is Next Called The Office Of The City Religious Ministry.
(2) The Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs as referred to in paragraph (1) is based in the territory of the city of Tual Maluku Province is below and is responsible to the Chief Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Maluku Province.


Section 2
The Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs as referred to in Article 1 has the task of carrying out a portion of the duties and functions of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in the territory of the city of Tual Maluku Province based on the policy of Head of and the provisions of the laws.

Section 3
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 2, the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs organizes functions:

G. implementation of relations with local government, related agencies, and community agencies in order to perform the duties of the City Ministry of Religious Affairs.

BAB II
ORGANIZATION ARRANGEMENT

Section 4
The organizational arrangement of the City Ministry of Religious Affairs consists of:
a. Order Subsections;
B. Islamic Education Section;
C. Sacred Host of Hajj and Umrah;
D. The Guidance Section of the Islamic Society;
e. Christian organizers; and
f.   Functional Office Groups.

Section 5
(1) The Subsection of Tata Business as referred to in Section 4 of the letter a has the task of coordinating the formulation of technical and planning policy, the execution of services and coaching of the administration, finance and goods of the country in the Office environment Ministry of Religious Affairs.
