Back NEWS REPUBLIC of INDONESIA No. 590, 2012PERATURAN MINISTER for UTILIZATION of STATE APPARATUS and the REFORM of the BUREAUCRACY of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA number 30 in 2012 ABOUT PROPOSING GUIDELINES, the DETERMINATION, and the CONSTRUCTION of the REFORM of the BUREAUCRACY at the LOCAL GOVERNMENT with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the MINISTER FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM of the STATE APPARATUS and the BUREAUCRACY of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA, Considering: a. that the implementation of the reform of the bureaucracy at the local government is a strategic step for the realization of local governance based on the principle of tatakelola with good governance;
b. that to encourage the acceleration of the implementation of the reform of the bureaucracy needs to be compiled in proposing guidelines, the determination, and the construction of a bureaucratic reform in local government;
c. that based on considerations as referred to in letter a and letter b need to set Rules for Administrative Secretary of State apparatus and the reform of the Bureaucracy about Proposing Guidelines, the determination, and the construction of a bureaucratic Reform In local government;

DECIDED: setting:P ERATURAN MINISTER of STATE for ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM and REFORM of the BUREAUCRACY ABOUT PROPOSING GUIDELINES, the DETERMINATION, and the CONSTRUCTION of a BUREAUCRATIC REFORM in local government.
Article 1 (1) Proposing Guidelines, the determination, and the construction of a bureaucratic Reform in local government are meant to give guidance and clarity about the mechanisms and procedures in the framework of the proposals, the determination and the construction of the implementation of the reform of the bureaucracy at the local government.
(2) the guidelines referred to in subsection (1) that are listed in the appendix are part an integral part of the regulation of the Minister.

Article 2 this Ministerial Regulation took effect from the date of promulgation.

In order to make everyone aware of it, ordered the enactment of this Ministerial Regulation with its placement in the news of the Republic of Indonesia.
