THE PROPOSAL, ASSIGNMENT, AND COACHING GUIDELINES
BUREAUCRATIC REFORM ON THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF THE MINISTER OF STATE APPARATUS AND THE REFORM OF THE BUREAUCRACY OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that the implementation of bureaucratic reforms in local governments is a strategic move to realize local government with a guideline on the principle of good governance governance;
B. that to encourage the acceleration of the implementation of bureaucratic reforms need to be drafted guidelines of proposal, designation, and the coaching of bureaucratic reform on local governments;
c. that under consideration as intended in letter a and letter b need to be established the Ordinance of the State of Personnel and the Bureaucratic Reforms of the Proposed Guidelines, Penetration, And The Coaching Of Bureaucratic Reform On Local Government;

DECIDED:
ESTABLISHING THE MINISTRY OF MINISTERS OF STATE APPARATUS AND BUREAUCRATIC REFORM ON THE GUIDELINES OF THE PROPOSAL, DESIGNATION, AND THE COACHING OF BUREAUCRATIC REFORMS IN LOCAL GOVERNMENTS.
Section 1
(1) Proposed Guidelines, Redemption, and Coaching Bureaucratic Reform in the Local Government is intended to provide guidance and clarity on the mechanisms and procedures in order of proposal, designation and coaching the implementation of reforms Bureaucracy in the local government.
(2) The guidelines as referred to in paragraph (1) listed in the attachment constitute an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.
Section 2
The rules of the Minister are in effect from the date of promulgations.
