DECIDED:
establish: MINISTER OF COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATICS REGULATIONS ON THE SECOND CHANGE TO THE RULES OF THE MINISTER OF COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATICS NUMBER 01 /PER/M. KOMINFO/1/ 2006 ON THE ARRANGEMENT OF THE 2.1 GHz RADIO FREQUENCY BAND FOR THE STAGING THE IMT-2000 MOBILE MOBILE NETWORK.

Article I
Some of the provisions in the Ordinance of the Minister of Communications and Informatics Number 01 /PER/M. KOMINFO/1/ 2006 on the Radio 2.1 GHz Frequency Bandwidth Arrangement for the IMT-2000 Mobile Mobile Network, as amended by the Regulation. The Minister of Communications and Informatics Number 42 /PER/M. KOMINFO/12/ 2006 was changed as follows:
1. The provisions of Article 2 of the paragraph (1) are changed and the paragraph (3) is removed, so that Article 2 reads as follows:
Section 2
(1) The radio frequency band allocated for the purpose of holding mobile networks on the 2.1 GHz radio frequency band is determined as follows:
a. system IMT-2000 terrestrial mode TDD: 1880-1920 MHz and 2010-2025 MHz; and
B. IMT-2000 terrestrial system FDD mode: 1920-1980 MHz pair with 2110-2170 MHz.
(2) The use of the frequency band as referred to in paragraph (1) refers to the ITU-R M. 1036-2 frequency band of the ITU-R M. 1036-2.
(3) Remoted.
2. Between Section 4 and Section 5 is inserted 1 (one) section, i.e. Section 4A which reads as follows:
Section 4A
(1) Following the arrangement as referred to in Article 4 and the entire 2.1 GHz radio frequency band for the UMTS system is set to the organizer of the IMT-2000 cellular mobile network, the realignment is fully reorganized.
(2) The overall rearrangement as referred to in paragraph (1) is carried out with the transfer of radio frequency band allocation that has been assigned to the organizer of the IMT-2000 mobile network on the 2.1 GHz radio frequency band so that Each of the organizers of the IMT-2000 cellular mobile network gets the allocation of the radio frequency band side by side (contiguous).
