ABOUT
CHANGES TO THE LABOR MINISTER ' S REGULATIONS AND THE TRANSMIGRATION NUMBER PER.07/MEN/IV/2011
ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORK GOVERNANCE OF THE TECHNICAL EXECUTORS IN THE ENVIRONMENT
MINISTRY OF LABOR AND TRANSMIGRATION
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF LABOR AND TRANSMIGRATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that by doing the handover of the West Sumatra Province to the Ministry of Labor and Transmigration through the News of the Serah Receive Unit of Work as well as Personnel, Equipment, Financing and Documents, need to be designated as Technical Managing Unit (UPT) in the Environment of the Ministry of Labor and Transmigration;
B. that under consideration as intended in the letter a, need to fine-tune the Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Transmigration Number PER.07/MEN/IV/2011 on the Organization and the Tata Technical Managing Unit in the Environment Ministry of Power Work and Transmigration set forth with the Regulation of Ministers;
Given: 1. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2011 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia in 2011) Number 141);
2. Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as Susunan Organization, Duty, and Functions of Eselon I Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 92 2011 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2011 Number 142);
3. Presidential Decree Number 84 /P Year 2009;
4. Regulation of the Minister of State Pendayagunaan The State of Personnel PER/18/M. PAN/11/ 2008 on the Guidelines of the Organization of Technical Managing Unit of the Ministry and of the Non-Ministry Government Institution;
5. Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Transmigration No. 12/MEN/VIII/2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Labour and Transmigration;
6. Regulation of Minister of Labour and Transmigration Number PER.07/MEN/IV/2011 on the Organization and Workforce of Technical Managing Unit in the Environment of the Ministry of Labor and Transmigration (State News of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2011 Number 253);
Pay attention to: Minister of State Minister of Personnel and Bureaucratic Reform Number B-367/M. PAN-RB/2012;
DECIDED:
Establish: LABOR MINISTER REGULATION AND TRANSMIGRATION OF CHANGES TO THE RULES OF LABOR MINISTER AND TRANSMIGRATION NUMBER PER.07/MEN/IV/2011 ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORK OF TECHNICAL MANAGING UNITS IN THE MINISTRY OF LABOR ENVIRONMENT AND TRANSMIGRATION.
Section 1
Some provisions in the Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Transmigration Number PER.07/MEN/IV/2011 on the Organization and Workforce of the Technical Managing Unit in the Environment of the Ministry of Labour and Transmigration (State News of the Republic of Indonesia of the Year 2011 Number 253, amended as follows:
1. The provisions of Article 153 are changed, so the whole reads as follows:
Section 153
BLKI is located in Banda Aceh, Semarang, Samarinda, Makassar, Ternate, Sorong, and Padang.
2. The provisions of Article 177 paragraph (1) are changed, so it reads as follows:
Section 177
(1) With the Ordinance of this Minister Regulation, the UPT in the Environment of the Ministry of Labour and Transmigration consists of:
a. 10 (ten) Great Hall; and
B. 15 (fifteen) Hall.
(2) The name, location, canonization, position, and work region of each UPT as set forth in Appendix I of this Minister's Rule.
(3) Bagan Organization of the Greater Hall and Hall as set forth in Annex II of the Regulation of this Minister.
3. The ATTACHMENT I are changed by inserting 1 (one) new number between number 16 and number 17, number 16A.
4. Terms of ATTACHMENT II are changed by adding an organizational chart and the work of the Technical Managing Unit of the West Sumatra Provincial Industrial Works Training Hall.
Section II
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply to the date of the undrased.
