THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA CAPITAL
INTO THE COMPANY ' S SHARE CAPITAL PERSEROAN (PERSERO)
PT ASDP INDONESIA FERRY
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that to strengthen the application structure of the Perseroan Company (Persero) PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry, it needs to do the addition of the inclusion of the capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital of Perseroan Company (Persero) PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry which Derived from the transfer of state-owned goods to the Ministry of Transportation, which is the source of the Budget and Shopping Budget Year 1996/1997, 1997/1998, 1998/1999, 1999/2000, 2000/2001, 2001/2002, 2002/2003, 2003/2004, 2003/2004, 2003/2004, 2003/2004, 2003/2004, 2003/2004, 2003/2004, 2003/ 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007;
B. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and to carry out the provisions of Article 4 of the paragraph (4) of the Law No. 19 Year 2003 on the State-Owed Business Agency, it needs to establish the Government Regulation on the Addition of the Inclusion Capital Of The Republic Of Indonesia Into The Modal Stock Company Perseroan (Persero) PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry;
Remembering: 1. Section 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year of 1945;
2. Act No. 19 of 2003 on the State Governing Body (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 70, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4297);
3. Act No. 1 Year 2004 on the State Treasury (State Sheet Indonesia 2004 Number 5, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4355);
4. Law No. 22 Year 2011 on Budget and State Shopping of the Year of Budget 2012 (leaf of State of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2011 Number 113, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 5254);
5. Government Ordinance Number 44 Of 2005 On The Manner Of The Inclusion And Enterprise Of The Country's Capital On The State-owned Enterprises And Limited Perseroan (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia 2005 Number 116, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia) Indonesia Number 4555);
DECIDED:
SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF CAPITAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA INTO THE STOCK CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY PERSEROAN (PERSERO) PT ASDP INDONESIA FERRY.
Section 1
The State of the Republic of Indonesia did the addition of a capital inclusion in the stock capital of Perseroan Company (Persero) PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry which was established under Government Regulation No. 15 of 1992 on Disposition of the Common Corporate Form (Perum) River Transport, Lake, and Crossing into the Perseroan Company (Persero).
Section 2
(1) The value of adding the inclusion of the capital of the country as referred to in Article 1 of Rp686.755.252,915, 74 (six hundred eighty six billion seven hundred and fifty-five million two hundred and fifty-two thousand rupiah seven) Twenty-four cents.
(2) The addition of the country's capital inclusion as referred to in verse (1) is derived from the transfer of state-owned goods to the Ministry of Transportation which is the source of the budget of the State Budget and Shopping Year 1996/1997, 1997/1998, 1998/1999, 1999/2000, 2000/2001, 2001/2002, 2002/2003, 2003/2004, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2006 and 2007 with details as set forth in an Attachment that is an inseparable part of this Government Regulation.
Section 3
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
In order for everyone to know it, order the invitational of this Government Regulation with its placement in the State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia.
