THE PRESERVATION HALL OF THE ANCIENT HUMAN SITE SANGIRAN
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER FOR EDUCATION AND CULTURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that in order to integrate cultural functions and the structuring of technical executors in the Ministry of Education and Culture environment, it needs to establish the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation on the Organization and the Working Hall The Preservation Of The Ancient Human Site Sangiran;
Given: 1.Act No. 20 of 2003 on the National System of Education (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 78, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4301);
2. Act No. 11 of 2010 on the Cultural Reserve (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia of 2010 Number 130, Extra State Sheet Number 5168);
3. Government Regulation Number 10 of 1993 on Implementation of Law Number 5 of 1992 on the Object of Cultural Reserves (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 1993 Number 14, Extra State Sheet Number 3516);
4. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as amended last by the Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2011 on the Third Amendment to the Regulation of Presidential Number 47 Years 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State;
5. Presidential Decree Number 84 /P Year 2009 regarding the Establishment of the United Indonesia Cabinet II as it has been several times amended last with Presidential Decree Number 59 /P Year 2011;

DECIDED:
SET THE :REGULATIONS MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND CULTURE ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION AND PRESERVATION OF THE PRESERVATION HALL OF THE ANCIENT HUMAN SITE SANGIRAN.
BAB I
THE POSITION, TASK, AND FUNCTION
Section 1
(1) The Preservation Hall Of The Ancient Human Site Sangiran is a technical managing unit in the Ministry of Education and Culture ' s environment.
(2) The Preservation Hall Of The Ancient Human Site Sangiran was led by a Chief who was under and held accountable to the Director General of Culture.
Section 2
The Ancient Human Site Preservation Hall has the task of carrying out the protection, development, and utilization of ancient human sites.
Section 3
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 2, the Preservation Hall of the Ancient Human Site Sangiran organizes functions:
a. rescue and security of ancient human sites;
B. execution of ancient human site zoning;
c. treatment and preservation of ancient human sites;
D. implementation of the development of ancient human sites;
e. implementation of the utilization of ancient human sites;
f. execution of documentation and publication of ancient human sites;
G. implementation of partnerships in the areas of protection, development, and utilization of ancient human sites;
h. The facilitation of the protection, development, and utilization of ancient human sites; and
i. implementation of the ketataenterprise of the Preservation Hall of the Ancient Human Site Sangiran.
BAB II
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
Section 4
The Preservation Hall of the Ancient Human Site Sangiran consists of:
a. Header;
B. Order Subsections;
C. Protection Section;
D. Development Section;
e. Utilization Section; and
f. Functional Office Groups.
Section 5
(1) The Subsection of Tata Business has the task of conducting planning, finance, employment, indiscretion, licensing and kearsipan, state-owned goods, and home to the preservation of the Ancient Human Site Preservation Hall.
(2) The Pelindungan Section has the task of conducting rescue, security, zoning, maintenance, preservation, facilitation, facilitation, and partnership in the area of protection of ancient human sites.
(3) The Development Section has a task of conducting research, revitalization, facilitation, and partnerships in the field of development of ancient human sites.
(4) The Heating Section has a duty to conduct collection, documentation, dissemination of information, facilitation, and partnerships in the field of use of ancient human sites.
Section 6
(1) The functional office group as referred to in Article 4 of the letter f has the task of performing activities in accordance with the functional office of each under the laws.
(2) The functional office group consists of a number of functional offices divided in various groups according to the field of its activities.
(3) Any functional office group as referred to in paragraph (1) is coordinated by a functional official appointed by and responsible to the Head of the Preservation Hall of the Ancient Human Site Sangiran.
(4) The type and number of functional posts as referred to in paragraph (2) are determined based on the needs and workload.
(5) The task, type, and type of functional office are set in accordance with the laws.

ETHYONIZATION
Section 7
(1) The Hall Head is the structural post of III.a ' s echelon.

The Preservation Hall of the Ancient Human Site Sangiran is located in Sragen Regency, Central Java Province.
BAB V
WORK LAYOUT
Section 9
In carrying out the duties and functions as referred to in Article 2 and Section 3, the Preservation Hall of the Ancient Human Site is coordinating with the organizational units in the environment of the Ministry of Education and Culture, Provincial Government, Government County/City, College, and international institutions.
Section 10
Each leader and a Functional Position Group in performing his duties is mandatory:
a. implement the coordination, integration and synchronization principles and cooperation in both the internal and external environments of the Sangiran ancient Human Site Preservation Hall;
B. carrying out performance accountability; and
c. report activities that are his responsibility to the superior officer-level.
Section 11
Each organization unit leader is required to oversee its subordinates and in the event of an aberration in order to take the necessary steps in accordance with the laws.
Section 12
Each organization's unit leader is responsible for leading and coordinating his subordinates and providing guidance and guidance for the execution of subordinate tasks.
Section 13
In the course of duty and function, the Head of the Preservation Hall of the Ancient Human Site is required to submit a report to the Director General of Culture by busan to the leadership of the organizational unit that functionally has a working relationship with the Preservation Hall of the Ancient Human Site Sangiran.

OTHER PROVISIONS
Section 14
The details of the work of the work unit as a guarantor of the duties and functions in the Regulation of the Minister are further laid out in the Education and Culture Ministers ' Regulations.
BAB VII
TRANSITION PROVISIONS
Section 15
All performing duties and functions according to the Decree of the Minister of Culture and Tourism Number PM.17/HK.001/MKP-2007 on the Organization and the Preservation of the Preservation Hall of the Ancient Human Site Sangiran still remains in place until the task of the task and function in accordance with this Minister Regulation.
BAB VIII
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 16
With the enactment of this Minister Regulation, all the rules governing regarding the Organization and the Preservation of the Ancestral Human Site Sangiran site are declared to be unapplicable.
Section 17
The changes to the organizational and organizational structure according to the Ordinance of the Minister, are defined by the Minister responsible for holding government affairs in the fields of education and culture after receiving written consent from the Ministry of Justice. The Minister is responsible for the holding of government affairs in the field of state apparatus.
Section 18
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply at the set date.
