ABOUT
ORDER THE NOTIFICATION AND THE ISSUER
THE GENERAL ELECTION CAMPAIGN NOTICE RECEIPT LETTER

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

HEADS OF STATE POLICE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a. that the General Election is a means of democracy to realize the sovereignty of the people in order to participate in the government of the country as mandated by the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia of Indonesia 1945;
B. that one of the stages of the General Election is a member of the House of Representatives ' campaign activities, the Regional House of Representatives, the provincial Regional People's Representative Council, the district/city Regional Representative Council, the Presidential election and the Vice President, and the selection of regional heads;
c. that the campaign activities are one of the political activities to deliver the program of candidates concerned to the community, so that any staging of the campaign is mandatory to be notified of its activities to the State Police. Indonesia;
D. that based on consideration as referred to in the letter a, the letter b, and the letter c, need to establish the Rule of the Head of the State of the Republic of Indonesia on the Order of Notices and the Publishing of the Receipt Notice of Campaign General Elections;

4. Act No. 2 of 2008 on Political Parties (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia 2008 No. 2, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4801);
5. Law No. 10 Year 2008 on Election of members of the People's Representative Council, Regional Representative Council, and the Regional People's Representative Council (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia 2008 Number 51, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number of Indonesia) 4836);
6. Presidential Regulation No. 52 Year 2010 on Susunan and the Organization of the State Police Services of the Republic of Indonesia;

DECIDED:
Establish: REGULATIONS OF THE HEAD OF STATE POLICE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE WAY OF NOTIFICATION AND THE ISSUER OF THE NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF THE GENERAL ELECTION CAMPAIGN.

BAB I
UMUM PROVISIONS

Section 1
In this rule referred to:
1. The next Indonesian state police called Polri is a tool of the State responsible for maintaining security and public order, enforcing the law, as well as providing protection, fainting, and service to the community. In order to keep it safe in the country.
2. The next General Election called Elections is the means of the exercise of the sovereignty of the people exercised directly, general, free, secret, honest, and fair in the Union of the Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila and the Basic Law Republic of Indonesia in 1945.
3. The election of the President and the next Vice President called the Presidential Election is the Election to elect the President and Vice President in the Union of the Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila and the Constitution of the State of the Republic of Indonesia of the Year 1945.
4. Election members of the House of Representatives, members of the House of Representatives and members of the House of Representatives of the Regions called Legislative Elections are Elections to elect members of the House, DPD, DPRD Province and the District Council/City in the United States. United States of the Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila and the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945.
5. Election Heads of Regions and Deputy Head of Regions which are subsequently called Election Heads of Regions are the means of the exercise of the sovereignty of the people in the region of the Province and/or County/City based on Pancasila and the Basic Law of the State of Indonesia In 1945 to elect the Regional Chief and Deputy Head of the Regions.
6. Election organizers are the institutions that host the Election to elect the Regional Head and Deputy Kapala Region, the members of the House, DPD, DPRD, and the President and Vice President, directly by the people.
7. Voters are an even Indonesian citizen who has aged 17 (seventeen) years or more or already/has married.
8. Election campaigns are the activities of the Election participants to convince voters by offering the vision, mission and program of the Election participants.
9. The Regional Head Election Campaign is an activity in order to convince voters by offering a vision, mission and program of the prospective spouse of the Head of the Regions.
10. Political Party Election Campaign is the activities of the political party of the Election participants to convince voters by offering its vision, mission and its Party programs.
11. Legislative Elections campaign is the activities of prospective DPR members, candidates for DPD, prospective members of the Provincial Assembly and future city council members to convince voters by offering a vision, mission and program of candidates.
12. The Presidential Election Campaign is a convincing activity of voters by offering a vision, a mission, and its program.
13. The Campaign Team is a team formed by the pair of candidates together with a political party or a combination of political parties responsible for assisting the campaign as well as responsible for the technical implementation of the campaign.
14. The Presidential Election Participant is the name of the spouse of a presidential candidate and a vice president proposed or nominated by a political party or a joint political party and has been established by the Election Commission (KPU).
15. The Legislative Election Participant is the Political Party and the person a candidate for the House, the DPD and the DPRD.
16. The Regional Chief Election Participant is the spouse of the candidate of the Regional Head and Deputy Head of the Regions proposed by a political party or a combination of political parties that have met the requirements and or individuals supported by a number of people. It meets the requirements.
17. The Political Party is the Political Party of the Election Participant, which is the party that has been registered and has fulfilled the terms of participation in the general election as defined in Act No. 2 of 2008.
18. The Quiet Time is the state where it is not allowed to conduct a campaign between the end date of the campaign period until the date of the voting performance.
19. Campaign Notice is a letter submitted by the participants of the Presidential Election campaign, Legislative Elections and Regional Heads Elections, to inform local authorities about the campaign to be held.
20. Letter of Receipt Notices of the Next Campaign called STTP Campaigns are letters given by officials who are authorized to the President's Election, Legislative Elections and Regional Chiefs Elections for the campaign. According to the proposed Campaign Notices Letter.

Section 2
Principles in the notice and publishing of the STTP Election Campaign:
a. Based on the spirit of togetherness and responsib;
B. on a tie with a spirit of openness and honesty as well as equality; and
c. delivered in an orderly, secure, timely manner.

Section 3
(1) The Capolri Regulation is intended as a guideline in the implementation of the publishing of STTP by Polri to the candidate of the Regional Head and Deputy Head of the Regions, the Political Party of the Election participants, the prospective members of the House, the DPD, the DPRD, the candidate for President and the Vice President. will conduct an election campaign.
(2) The Capolri Regulation aims to have a commonality of understanding and uniformity in the publishing of STTP by the ranks of the Polri to the candidate of the Regional Head and Deputy Head of the Regions, the Political Party of the Election participants, the candidate of the House, the DPD, the DPRD, the Presidential candidate and the Vice President, who will conduct the election campaign.

BAB II
CAMPAIGN NOTIFICATION MAIL

The Kesatu section
The Making procedure

Section 4
(1) The Election Letter of the Election Campaign of the Regional Head of the proposed candidate Parpol or the joint Parpol, made by the spouse of the future Head of the Regions and the Deputy Head of the Regions or Campaign Team which has been formed by the party of the candidate together party politics, a joint political party, or the chairman of the campaign organizing committee.
(2) Local Election Campaign Notice Letters from individual candidates at the Provincial and District level/Cities are made by the candidate spouse or Campaign Team that has been formed by the candidate couple together the campaign team.

Section 5
Legislative Election Campaign Notice Letter, created by:
a. Headboard of the Central Level Political Party or Central Campaign Team, if the campaign is conducted by the central party administrator;
B. Provincial Board of the Provincial Political Party or Provincial Campaign Team, if the campaign is conducted by the provincial level party administrator;
C. Governing Board of the District/City Level Political Party or District/City Level Campaign Team, if the campaign is conducted by the administrator of the Regency/Kota; Political Party
D. Candidates for DPD or Campaign Teams appointed by candidates in the DPD are concerned, if the campaign is conducted by a DPD individual in accordance with the constituency.

Section 6
Presidential Election Notice Letters are made by a spouse of a Presidential candidate and a Vice President or a Campaign Team that has been formed by a pair of candidates together with a political party or a joint political party or chairman of the organizing committee campaign.

Section 7
The Campaign Notification Letter contains material regarding:
a. name of the candidate of the Regional Head and Deputy Head of the Regions, the Political Party of the Election participants, the candidate of the DPR/DPD/DPRD, or the candidate for President and Vice President;
B. name of the handler/Chairperson of the campaign organizer Campaign;
c. campaign form;
D. time and date of the campaign;
e. The campaign location;
f. event guides;
G. campaign spokesman;
h. the estimated number of campaign participants to attend;
i. estimates of the number and type of vehicle transport vehicle campaigns;
J. the mass gathering point, the departure route from the gathering point to the campaign location, and the return route; and

The Campaign Notification Letter as referred to in Section 7 is lamped by:

Signer

Section 9
Campaign Notice Letter, signed by:
a. the spouse of the Regional Head of the Regional Head and the Deputy Regional Head or Chairman of the Campaign Team;
B. Chairman General with Secretary General of the Central Board of Political Parties to the central board of party leaders;
C. The Chairman is with the Secretary of the Regional Leadership Council/Region of the Provincial Political Party for the board of leaders of the provincial level political party.
D. Joint Chairman of the Secretary of the Regional Leadership Council/Branch of the District/City Level Political Party for the board of leaders of the district level political party/Kota;
e. candidate for DPD in accordance with his constituency; and
f. The co-chair of the Campaign Organizing Team of the Campaign is set up and set on the basis of a Decree or appointment letter signed by:
1. General Chairman with General Secretary of the Central Board of Political Parties to the Central Level Political Party Leadership Council;
2. co-chair of the Secretary of the Regional Leadership Council/Region of the Provincial Political Party for the Provincial Leadership Council of the Provincial Level; and
3. Chair with the Secretary of the Regional Leadership Council/Branch of the District/City Level Political Parties to the Board of Leadership of the District/City Level Political Parties.

Section 10
(1) Notice of the Presidential Election Campaign, signed by:
a. The spouse of the future President and vice president is both together and individually; and
B. The co-chair of the Secretary of the Central Campaign Team, the Province, and the District/City are set up and set on the basis of a decree or letter of appointment signed by the spouse of the Presidential candidate and the Vice President.
(2) In terms of campaigns executed in the form of public debate or open debate organized by the public or other independent institutions, the Campaign Notification Letter is signed by the Chairman of the Organizing Committee has been coordinated first with KPU, KPU Province, and KPU Regency/City.

The Fourth Part
Delivery Procedure

Section 11
Campaign Notifications is addressed to:
a. Kapolri u.p. Kabaintelkam Polri, for the campaign activities to be organized by the spouse of the Presidential candidate and the Vice President or the Central Leadership Council of the Election participants or the Central Level Campaign Team;
B. Kapolda u.p. Director Intelkam (Dirintelkam) Polda, for campaign activities to be hosted by the candidate of the Regional Head and Deputy Head of the Regional Propinsi, Regional Leadership Council/Region Level Political Party or Level Campaign Team Provinces as well as campaign activities to be organized by the DPD candidate in accordance with his constituency;
C. Capolres for campaign activities to be hosted by the Regional Leadership Council/Branch/City Level Political Party/City or District-level Campaign Team; and
D. The Capolres are based in the provincial capital, for the province that no Polda has yet, which is responsible for accepting the Notice of Notice and publishing the Campaign STTP.

Section 12
(1) The Campaign Notice Letter as referred to in Article 11 of the letter a, received by the Field of Community Service of Security Intelligence Agency (Bidyanmas Baintelkam) Polri, through the Subfields of Community Activities (Subbidgiatmas).
(2) The Campaign Notice Letter as referred to in Article 11 of the letter b, received by the Directorate of Intelkam (Ditintelkam) Polda through the Section of Community Service (Siyanmas).
(3) The Campaign Notice Letter as referred to in Article 11 of the letter c and the letter d, received by the Section/Unit of Intelkam Polres.

Section 13
The Campaign Notice Letter as referred to in Article 12 is received by the slowest 7 (seven) days prior to the campaign activities.

Section 14
(1) The Campaign Notice Letter addressed to Kapolri u.p. Kabaintelkam as referred to in Article 11 of the letter a, is exhaled to:
a. Chairperson of the KPU;
B. Chairman of the General Election Supervising Board (Bawaslu);
C. United Nations and Political Unity Ministry of the Interior;
D. Governor; and
e. Capolda.
(2) The Campaign Notice Letter addressed by Kapolda u.p. Dirintelkam Polda as referred to in Article 12 of the letter b, is exhaled to:
a. Chairman of the Provincial KPU;
B. The Chairman of the Provincial Election Supervisors Committee (Panwaslu);
C. Head of the Board of the Nation and Political/Protection of the local government Society;
D. Bupati/Walikota; and
e. Capolres.
(3) Campaign Notice Letters addressed to the Capolres as referred to in Article 12 of the letter c and the letter d, are exhaled to:
a. Chairman of the District KPU/Kota;
B. The Chairman of the Regency/Kota; Committee of Panwaslu;
C. Head of the Board of the Nation and Political/Protection of the local government Society;
D. Camat; and
e. Kapolsek.

Section 15
(1) The Notice of the Legislative Election Campaign is delivered directly by the governing Political Party of the Election or the candidate of the DPD convenor of the campaign or the Chairman/Vice Chairman/Secretary of the Legitimate Campaign Team.
(2) The Local Election Campaign Notice Letter is delivered directly by the candidate of the Regional Chief and Deputy Head of the Regional or Chairman/Vice/Secretary of the Legitimate Campaign Team.
(3) The President ' s Election Campaign Notice is delivered directly by the candidate of the President and the Vice President or Chairman/Vice/Secretary of the Legitimate Campaign Team.
(4) The Campaign Notice Letter is delivered directly by KPU, KPU Provincial and KPU District/City for a joint campaign.

The Fifth Part
The Acceptance Procedure

Section 16
After receiving the Campaign Notice Letter, the Polri Officer on the reception section as referred to in Article 12, does a requirement check of the campaign notification mail.

Section 17
The declared Campaign Notices Letter has not met the requirement, returned to the applicant to be complete, at least 3 (three) days since the receipt of the Campaign Notice.

Section 18
(1) The Declared Campaign Notification Letter meets the requirements, conducted logging on the notification mail agenda that contains the following description material:
a. sequence number;
B. Acceptance time (day/month/hour);
C. letter number/date;
D. campaign organizer;
e. The campaign/Team of the Campaign;
f. campaign form;
G. campaign time;
h. campaign site and space/gedung;
i. the estimated number of campaign participants;
J. campaign spokesman; and

Section 20
Research on the Campaign Notices Letter as referred to in Article 19 of the letter a, includes:
a. The validity of the campaign organizers of the Election participants, the prospective members of the House, the DPD, the DPRD, the spouse of the Presidential candidate and the Vice President, and the future Head of the Regions and Deputy Head of the Regions;
B. Election campaign forms;
c. the schedule and time of the campaign;
D. campaign venue;
e. campaign spokesman;
f. the estimated number of campaign participants;
G. the use of campaign participant transport vehicles; and
h. location /location and campaign route.

Section 21
(1) Research on the forms of the Election campaign as referred to in Article 20 of the letter b, includes:
a. campaign requiring notification to Polri officials;
B. campaign that does not require notice to Polri officials;
c. campaign in the form of public debate or open debate that is only implemented on the election campaign of the President and Vice President, and the candidate of the Regional Head and Regional Deputy Chief; and
D. campaign in the form of a General Meeting which is only implemented during the election campaign of the candidate of the President and the candidate of the Vice President, the candidate of the legislative, and the future Head of the Regions and Deputy Head of the
(2) The form of a campaign that requires a notice to a Polri official as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter a, includes:
a. limited meeting;
B. a face-to-face meeting;
c. dissemination of campaign materials to the public;
D. installation of the props in the public place;
e. public meeting;
f. open public debate or debate; and
G. other activities that do not violate the campaign ban and the provisions of the laws.
(3) The form of an Election campaign that does not require notice to a Polri official as referred to in paragraph (1) letter b, includes:
a. dissemination of information through print and electronic media; and
B. broadcasting information via radio and/or television.

Section 22
Research on the Election campaign schedule as referred to in Article 20 of the letter c, includes:
a. The schedule of the political parties ' campaign is based on the rules of the KPU and the provisions of the laws of
B. Presidential election schedule for President and Vice President-to-be implemented in accordance with the rules of the negotiations; and
c. The schedule of the Election campaign of the Regional Head of the Regional Head and the Deputy Chief of Regions is exercised under the provisions of

Section 23
(1) Research on the place of the Election campaign as referred to in Article 20 of the letter d, includes:
a. A public meeting is held in an open room attended by the masses with regard to the capacity of the campaign location;
B. limited meeting-shaped campaigns executed in a closed room with the most number of participants:
1. 250 (two hundred and fifty) people for the Regency/Kota;
2. 500 (five hundred) people to the Provincial level; and
3. 1,000 (thousand) people to the national level;
c. prohibition on the use of government facilities and means of worship; and
D. use of a campaign venue with an approval letter from the owner/resident of the campaign.
(2) The campaign time in the form of the general meeting starts at 9pm and is most slowly ending at 4:30 pm local time.

Section 24
(1) Research on Election campaigers as referred to in Article 20 of the letter e, carried out against legality as a spokesperson for the Political Party of the Election, the candidate of the House, DPD, DPRD, the spouse of the Presidential candidate and the Vice President, accordingly Laws.
(2) In the campaign activities, the spokesman as referred to in paragraph (1) is prohibited from involving:
a. Chairman, Vice Chairman, Young Chairman, Chief Justice on the Supreme Court, Judge on all judicial bodies under the Supreme Court, and the Constitutional Court on the Constitutional Court;
B. Chairman, Vice Chairman and member of the Financial Examiner ' s Board;
C. Governor, Senior Deputy Governor and Deputy Governor of the Bank of Indonesia;
D. Official BUMN/BUMD;
e. Civil Servant;
f. Members of the TNI and Polri;
G. Village head or other design;
h. Village device or other designation;
i. Member of the Village Consultative Board; and
J. Citizens of Indonesia who do not have the right to vote.
(3) The Prohibition as referred to in paragraph (2), does not apply when concerned as a candidate for the House of Representatives, the DPD, the DPRD, the spouse of the Presidential candidate and the Vice President, the candidate of the Regional Head and the Deputy Chief of Regions.
(4) For state officials in accordance with the laws, which will carry out the campaign, must comply with the following sebegai:
a. not to use the facilities associated with his post, except for safeguarding facilities for state officials as set out in the provisions of the laws of law;
B. underwent time off outside the country ' s dependents; and
c. Old set of leave and leave schedule with regard to the continuity of the country organizer ' s duties.

Section 25
Research on Election campaign participants as referred to in Article 20 of the letter f, includes:
a. Campaign mass ban enters other constituency areas;

4. Environmental conditions; and
5. Alternate location;
B. for the campaign route, including:
1. territory traversed;
2. Environmental conditions;
3. road conditions;
4. The street signs; and
5. Alternative route.

The Third Part
Coordination

Section 28
(1) Before the Acting Polri publishes STTP, it is first conducted coordination according to the level of authority by forming the Coordination Team.
(2) The coordinates on the level of the Polri Mabes, executed along with:
a. General Election Commission (KPU);
B. Leadership Council of the Political Party or the Central Level Campaign Team;
C. The General Election Supervising Board (Bawaslu);
D. Directorate General of the Nation and Politics, Ministry of the Interior; and
e. Polri organization units, including:
1. The Security Preservation Board (Baharkam) Polri;
2. Staff Operations (Sops) Polri; and
3. Directorate of Security Intelligence (Ditintelkam) local Polda.
(3) Coordination at the Polda level, executed along with:
a. Provincial KPU;
B. DPD/DPW Political Party or Provincial Campaign Team;
C. Provincial Panwaslu;
D. Kesbang Body and Provincial Linmas;
e. Polri organization units, including:
1. Bureau of Operations (Roops) Polda;
2. Directorate of Opsnal Polda (Directorate of Reserses, Directorate of Traffic, Directorate of Sabhara, Directorate of Public Development, and Directorate of Vital Object Protection); and
3. Part/Unit of Intelkam Polres.
(4) Coordination at the Polres level, executed together with:
a. KPU Regency/Kota;
B. DPC Political Party or District-level Campaign Team/Kota;
C. Regency/Kota;
D. District/City Kesbanglinmas Agency.
e. Polri organization units, including:
1. The Operational Section of the Polres;
2. The Operational Functions Unit Polres; and
3. Polsek.

Section 29
The coordination as referred to in Article 28 is done against:
a. drafting of the campaign plan;
B. the venue and the campaign route;
c. campaign form;
D. campaign material;
e. time and campaign schedule;
f. campaign props;
G. transport to be used; and
h. implementation of the campaign plan.

Section 30
(1) Officials who signed the STTP Campaign at the central level were the Chief Intelligence Agency of the Police Department of Police or Deputy Chief of the Security Intelligence Agency Polri, on behalf of Kapolri.
(2) Officials who signed the STTP Campaign at the provincial level are the Director of Intelkam Polda or Deputy Director of Intelkam Polda, on behalf of Kapolda.
(3) Officials who signed STTP Campaigns at the county/city level are Capolres or Wakapolres.
(4) For the province that no Polda has no, the STTP of the Campaign as referred to in verse (2) is signed by the Capolres or Wakapolres which are located in the provincial capital.

The Fifth Part
Publishing and Surrender

Section 31
(1) The campaign STTP published the slowest 3 (three) days before the campaign was implemented.
(2) The Campaign STTP is published in accordance with the predefined format, and contains the caption regarding:
a. campaign organizer;
B. name of campaign handler/Campaign Team Chairman;
c. campaign form;
D. campaign time;
e. campaign venue;
f. campaign spokesman;
G. estimated number of campaign participants; and
h. The other provisions must be obeyed.
(3) The STTP Campaigns of the Campaign are noted in the agenda book STTP campaign which contains:
a. sequence number;
B. date published;
c. the number and date of the notification letter;
D. name of the spouse of the future President and vice President;
e. political party name, DPD/campaign organizer candidate;
f. campaign form;

Section 32
(1) The published campaign STTP, submitted directly to the candidate of the Regional Head and Deputy Head of the Regions, the Political Party of the Election, the candidate for the House, DPD, the DPRD, the Presidential candidate and the Vice President or Campaign Team with a gust of Related agencies.
(2) The Surrender of the STTP Campaign to the candidate as referred to in paragraph (1), is equipped with:
a. form sign receipt of campaign activity notification file;
B. campaign ' s notice book agenda;
c. STTP campaign agenda book;
D. campaign STTP expedition book; and
e. The STTP form and the lamplight.

Section 33
The required administration in the issuer of the Campaign STTP is listed in the annex which is an inseparable part of this regulation.

Section 34
The fees issued in the STTP issuer are charged on the DIPA Polri.

BAB IV
TERMINATION OF CAMPAIGN ACTIVITY

Section 35
(1) In the conduct of the campaign in the event of an STTP deviation and/or security disruption, Polri officials may take action that is deemed necessary in accordance with the laws, with the stage of action as follows:
a. provide a written warning;
B. conduct a campaign halt at the site of a breach that may result in security and order disruption; and
c. request the responsibility of the campaign organizer for such deviation.
(2) In the event of a potentially widespread security disruption to other constitutions, the campaign can be stopped and Polri takes steps according to standard procedure.

Section 36
(1) If the security situation in the region places/location of the campaign does not allow the campaign organized, local Polri officials can propose to KPU, KPU Province, and KPU County/City to cancel, delay or move the premises Campaign will be done with busan to the election participants.
(2) In the case of the KPU, KPU Province, KPU Regency/City decide the cancellation of the delay or transfer of the place of the campaign in accordance with the proposal of the Polri officials as referred to in paragraph (1), then the KPU, KPU Province, KPU Regency/Kota notified to The Political Party of the Election participants, the prospective members of the House, the DPD, the DPRD, the spouse of the Presidential candidate and the Vice President and the local Polri official.

Section 37
Notice of termination of campaign activities by Polri officers, delivered to KPU, KPU Province or KPU District/City by accompanied by reason.

BAB V
REPORTING

Section 38
(1) The application of the STTP campaign is reported to be unitary to the upper unit in the form of a daily report.
(2) The daily report as referred to in paragraph (1) is equipped with:
a. list of STTP campaigns published in accordance with the notice letter of the candidate of the Regional Head and Deputy Regional Head, Political Party Leadership Council, Presidential candidate and Vice President or Team of the Election Participant Campaign;
B. list of the Election Activities of the Election Campaign of the Future Head of the Regional Head and Deputy Head of Regions, the candidates for President and Vice President, Member of the House, DPD and DPRD;
c. List of campaign implementation that has been given the campaign STTP;
D. campaign execution list without notice;
e. a list of outstanding cases/events that occurred in the campaign implementation; and
f. Letter of Acceptance of Election campaign files.

Section 39
(1) The Reporting as referred to in Article 37 of the paragraph (1) is exercised in a form of Kapolres to Kapolda u.p. Dirintelkam, and Dir Intelkam Polda to Kapolri u.p. Kabaintelkam Polri.
(2) The reporting as referred to in paragraph (1) is held at 2pm EST daily, which is sent by mail, facsimile and/or e-mail.

BAB VI
CLOSING PROVISIONS

Section 40
By the time this rule came into effect, the No. 6 Capolri Regulation of 2008 on the Nomencing Way of Notices and Publishing of the General Election Receipt Notices, revoked and stated does not apply.

Section 41
This Capolri Regulation is starting to apply to the date of the promulctest.
