ABOUT

ASSISTANCE TO AN EARLY AND NONFORMAL CHILD EDUCATION UNIT AS WELL AS AN INSTITUTION IN THE FIELD OF CHILD EDUCATION.

DINI, NONFORMAL EDUCATION, AND INFORMAL EDUCATION

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND CULTURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that to increase availability, affordability, quality, equality, and service certainty, need to provide assistance to the Dini, Nonformal, and Institutionalized Children's Education Unit in the Dini Age Child Education, Nonformal Education, and Informal Education;

b. that under consideration as intended in the letter a, it is necessary to establish the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation on the Assistance to the Education Unit of the Dini Age, Nonformal, and the Institute in the Education of the Child Age Dini, Nonformal Education, and Informal Education;

Given: 1. Law No. 20 of 2003 on National Education System (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 78, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia No. 4301);

2. Law Number 17 Year 2003 on State Finance (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 47, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4286);

3. Government Regulation No. 90 of 2010 on the Drafting Of The Work Plan and the Ministry/Institute Budget (State Gazette Indonesia Year 2010 Number 152, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 5178);

4. President's decision No. 42 of 2002 on the implementation of the State Budget and Shopping Budget as amended last with the Presidential Regulation No. 53 of 2010 on the Second Amendment to the Presidential Decree No. 42 of 2002 concerning the Presidential Decree of the State of the Republic of China. State & Country Shopping Implementation Guidelines;

5. The Presidential Decree No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as amended last several times with the Presidential Regulation No. 91 of 2011 on the Third Amendment to the Regulation of the President No. 47 of the Year 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State;

DECIDED:

SET: MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND CULTURAL REGULATIONS ABOUT ASSISTANCE TO EARLY AND NONFORMAL CHILD EDUCATION UNITS, AS WELL AS INSTITUTIONS IN THE FIELDS OF EARLY-CHILD EDUCATION, NONFORMAL EDUCATION, AND INFORMAL EDUCATION.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In this Minister's Regulation, which is referred to:

1. The Minister is the Minister of Education and Culture.

2. The Director General is the Director General of Education of the Dini, Nonformal, and Informal Education.

3. The Regional Government is the provincial government and the municipal/municipal government.

Section 2

Giving help aims to improve the availability, affordability, quality, equality, and certainty of early child education services, nonformal education, and informal education.

Section 3

Type and a form of assistance is further set up in the technical directions specified by the Director General or the designated Officer.

Article 4

Help can be provided to:

a. a formal school child education unit of the formal path;

b. a nonformal path early child education unit;

c. institute of courses and training institutes;

d. the center of community learning activities;

e. study group;

f. other same-sex non-formal education units;

g. institutions in the field of early child education, nonformal education, and informal education; and

h. regional government technical executor unit that organizes early-child education, nonformal education, and informal education are equalized with the education unit.

BAB II

REQUIREMENTS

Section 5

Requirements the units of education and institutions in the field of early child education, nonformal education, and informal education that may obtain assistance are further regulated in the technical directions prescribed by the Director General or the designated Acting Officer.

Chapter III

AWARDING MECHANISM

Article 6

(1) Organizing educational and institutional units in the field of early child education, nonformal education, and informal education delivered a proposal a request for assistance addressed to the Minister of U.p. Director General or the Acting Officer, or the User Power of the Budget.

(2) The mechanisms of assistance to education units and institutions in the field of child education early age, education nonformal, and informal education is set further in the technical instructions that set by the Director General or the designated Acting Officer.

BAB IV

LIABILITY

Article 7

mandatory assistance recipient:

a. use assistance in accordance with the use plan set forth in the cooperation agreement;

b. submit a report on the use of assistance to the Minister U.p. Director General or an appointed official; and

c. restore the aid fund if it is not used in accordance with the cooperation agreement through the country's treasury office.

BAB V

CONTROL AND SUPERVISION

Article 8

(1) The Director General or the designated official in accordance with his authority carries out monitoring and evaluation in order to perform the assistance control for education units and institutions in the field of early child education and nonformal education.

(2) The Inspector General carries out the supervision of the use of aid both periodically and at any time.

(3) The results of the supervision as referred to in paragraph (2) are reported to the Minister with the busan Director General or the designated Acting Officer.

BAB VI

TERMINATION/cancellation

Article 9

The Director General or Acting Officer may make a stop/cancellation of assistance to the education unit and the child education field institution early age, nonformal education, and informal education unknown to their domicilings, closed, dissolved, or not in accordance with the cooperation agreement.

BAB VII

CLOSURE

Article 10

With the enactment of Regulation This Minister, the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 27 of 2012 on the Help To the Early, Nonformal, and Nonformal Child Education Unit in the Dini Age Child Education, Nonformal Education, and Informal Education were revoked and stated to be nonapplicable.
