CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 In this regulation of the Minister, is: 1. CHAPTER II TYPES and FORM part of the AWARD is considered a type of Award article 4 types of Awards include: a. Award for the province and kabupaten/kota that are able to complete the implementation of the e-ID CARD service massively faster or in accordance with a predetermined time (on time); b. Awards for kabupaten/kota that are included within the 10 (ten) results of the highest service of e-ID CARDS in bulk at 197 kabupaten/kota and kabupaten/kota 300; and c. the award for the best district/city, the highest number of results e-ID CARD services on average per day per one set of tools. Article 5 (1) the type of award as referred to in article 4 letter a and letter b is given for implementation of service e-ID CARDS in bulk at 197 in the provinces and kabupaten/kota and kabupaten/kota is 300. www.djpp.depkumham.go.id 2012, no. 964.5 (2) the type of award as referred to in article 4 letter c is given to: a. District/the best city I, II, and III per region Indonesia to the West, the Central and the eastern part in 197 counties/cities for 2011; and b. District/the best city I, II, and III per region Indonesia to the West, the Central and the eastern part in 300 counties/cities for 2012.
