(2) The type of appreciation as referred to in Section 4 of the letter c is given to:
a. The city/best cities I, II, and III per region of western Indonesia, the central and eastern parts of 197 county/city for 2011; and
b. The city/best cities of I, II, and III per region of western Indonesia, the central and eastern parts of 300 districts/cities for 2012.
