WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY, THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND CULTURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that with the arrangement of the tasks and functions of the Board of Development and Coaching Language in order to increase services in the field of need to change the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 1 Year 2012 about the Organization and the Working System Ministry of Education and Culture;

Article I 1. The provisions of Article 792 are amended so that it reads as follows:

Article 792 The Centre for Development and Pelindungan has the task of carrying out the preparation of technical, development, translation, and protection policies in the fields of language and literature.

2. The provisions of Article 793 are amended so that it reads as follows: Article 793

In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 792, the Centre for Development and Pelindungan organizes a function: a. the drafting of technical policies in the field of development,

translation, and the protection of language and literature; b. Drafting of language and literature; c. implementation of development, translation, and

protection of language and literature protection; d. implementation of mapping and documentation of language and literature; e. The practice of language and the codification of language and literature; f. implementation of the translation of state documents, literary works, and books

science, technology, and the arts; g. The execution of language and literature; h. coordination and facilitation of the implementation of development, translation,

and the protection of language and literature; i. monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of development implementation,

translation, and the protection of language and literature; and j. implementation of the administration of the Centre for Development and Pelindungan.

3. The provisions of Article 795 are amended so that it reads as follows. Article 795

4. The provisions of Article 796 are amended so that it reads as follows. Section 796

In carrying out the duties as referred to in Section 795, the Field of Studies organizes the function: a. drafting of technical policy materials in the field of language study

and literature; b. Drafting of language and literary study guidelines; c. record, recording, documentation, and language mapping and

literature;

d. implementation of language and literature studies; e. Facilitation of the intellectual property rights of language and literature; f. the preparation of coordination materials and facilitation of the implementation of the study

language and literature. 5. The provisions of Section 798 are amended so that it reads as follows.

Section 798 (1) The Subfield of Language has the task of drafting

the technical policy materials and guidelines of the study and record, recording, documentation, mapping, and the evaluation of the execution of language studies as well as the facilitation of the acquisition of intellectual property rights in the field of language.

and translation;

8. The provisions of Article 802 are amended so that it reads as follows. Section 802

(1) The Subfield of Pembakuan has the task of drafting technical policy materials, bookkeeping guidelines, vocabulary enrichment, logging, and translation of state documents, literary works, science, technology, and art books. and the evaluation and reporting of the execution of language and literature as well as translation.

(2) The Subfield of Pelindungan has the task of creating technical policy materials, protection guidelines, mapping, logging, recording, and recording. conservation, and the revitalization of language and literature as well as evaluation and reporting Language protection and literature.

9. The provisions of Article 808 are amended to the following: Article 808

The Centre for Coaching And Penitentiary has the task of carrying out the preparation of technical policy, coaching and corrective in the fields of language and literature.

literature; c. Language and literature correctional; d. improving the function and role of the Indonesian language into the language

international; e. improving the quality of power, language users,

translators, and the language interpreter; f. the exercise of language usage control; g. coordination and facilitation of the coaching and correctional language

and literature; h. monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of the implementation of coaching and

correctional language and literature; and i. implementation of the administration of the Coaching and Correctional Services.

11. The provisions of Article 811 are amended so that it reads as follows. Article 811

The field of correctional office has the task of carrying out the preparation of technical policy, the implementation of language and literature and the granting of the language of the language of the language.

In carrying out the task as referred to in Section 815, the Field of Learning organizes functions: a. Drafting of technical policy materials in the field of development and

improving the quality of language learning and literature; b. implementation of module development and language teaching and

literature;

c. implementation of improving the quality of power and literature, language user, translator, and language interpreter;

d. {\cf1} {\cf1}} { implementation of the increased literary appreciation; f. coordination and facilitation of the implementation of module development and

the teaching of language and literature as well as improving the quality of the power and literacy, language users, interpreters, and language spokespeople; and

g. monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of the execution of language and literature learning and improving the quality of the power and literacy, language users, translators, and linguist.

15. The provisions of Article 818 are amended so that it reads as follows. Article 818

(1) The Subfield of the Learning Process has a task of conducting the preparation of technical policy materials and the development of language and literature, and coordination, facilitation, and evaluation of the execution of language learning and literature.

(2) Subfields of Coaching Power and Literature have the task of drafting technical policy materials, quality enhancers, and coordination, facilitation and evaluation of increased quality of power, language users, The interpreter, and the interpreter.

16. The provisions of Article 820 are amended so as follows: Section 820

In carrying out the task as referred to in Section 819, the Field of Improvement and Control organizes functions:

a. the composition of technical policy materials in the field of improvement of functions and roles, control, and supervision of language usage;

b. implementation of the control and supervision of language usage; c. implementation of improving the function and role of the Indonesian language

to be an international language; d. execution of the follow-up results of the use of language usage; e. The creation of language and literature awards; f. coordination and facilitation of supervision and follow-up

supervision of language usage; and g. monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of improvement implementation of

functions and roles, control, and supervision of language usage.

17. The provisions of Article 822 are amended so that it reads as follows.

Section 822 (1) Subfield of Improvement of Functions and Roles has a task

performing the preparation of technical policy materials, improvement of functions and roles, and coordination, facilitation, and evaluation of implementation of upgrades the function and role of the Indonesian language into an international language.

(2) The Subfield of Use of Language Use Language has the task of drafting technical policy materials, control and supervision of language use, implementation of the follow-up language usage supervision, language and literary awards as well as coordination, facilitation, and evaluation of language usage.

18. The provisions of Section 824 are amended so as follows: Section 824

(1) The functional office group as referred to in Section 794 of the letter e and Section 810 of the letter e have the task of performing functional activities in support of the execution of the task on the Board Secretariat, Centre for Development and Pelindungan, and the Centre for Development and Correctional.

(2) The functional office group consists of a number of functional positions divided in various groups according to the area of its activities.

(3) Any functional office group as referred to in paragraph (2) coordinated by functional officials appointed by the Secretariat of the Agency, the Development and Pelindungan Center, and the Centre for Development and Correctional Services.

(4) The type and number of functional posts as referred to in paragraph (2) are determined based on the needs and load of work.

(5) The task, type, and level of functional office are set in accordance with the laws.
