ABOUT
THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA CAPITAL
INTO THE COMPANY ' S SHARE CAPITAL PERSEROAN (PERSERO)
SPACE PURA II
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that to strengthen the application of the Perseroan Company (Persero) PT Angkasa Pura II, it needs to do the addition of the inclusion of the capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (Persero) PT Angkasa Pura II which is derived from diversion of state-owned goods on the Ministry of Transportation its existence is sourced from the Budget and State Shopping Budget Year 1985/1986, 1997/1998, 2000/2001, 2001/2002, 2002/2003, 2003/2004, 2004, 2005, and 2006;
B. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and to carry out the provisions of Article 4 of the paragraph (4) of the Law No. 19 Year 2003 on the State-Owed Business Agency, it needs to establish the Government Regulation on the Addition of the Inclusion State Capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the Modal Stock Company Perseroan (Persero) PT Angkasa Pura II;
Remembering: 1. Section 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year of 1945;
2. Act No. 19 of 2003 on the State Governing Body (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 70, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4297);
3. Act No. 1 Year 2004 on the State Treasury (State Sheet Indonesia 2004 Number 5, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4355);
4. Law No. 22 Year 2011 on Budget and State Shopping of the Year of Budget 2012 (leaf of State of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2011 Number 113, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 5254);
5. Government Regulation No. 44 Year 2005 on the Tata Inclusion And Entrepreneurship Enterprises In State Owned Enterprises And Limited Liability (Sheet Of State Republic Of Indonesia In 2005 Number 116, Additional Sheet Republic Of Indonesia) Indonesia Number 4555);
DECIDED:
SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF CAPITAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA INTO THE STOCK CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY PERSEROAN (PERSERO) PT TEMPLE II.
Section 1
The State of the Republic of Indonesia did the addition of a capital inclusion in the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (Persero) PT Angkasa Pura II which was established under Government Regulation No. 14 of 1992 on the Disposition of the Form of Public Enterprise (Perum) Angkasa Pura II Becomes A Perseroan Company (Persero).
Section 2
(1) The value of the inclusion of the inclusion of the country's capital as referred to in Article 1 of Rp1,911.641.233.802, 68 (one trillion nine hundred eleven billion six hundred and forty-one million two hundred and thirty-three thousand eight hundred and two hundred and three thousand rupiah) six hundred and thirty-one thousand Twenty-eight cents.)
(2) The addition of the country's capital inclusion as referred to in paragraph (1) is derived from the transfer of the State's goods to the Ministry of Transportation which is the source of the State Budget and Shopping Budget Year 1985/1986, 1997/1998, 2000/2001, 2001/2002, 2002/2003, 2003/2004, 2004, 2005, and 2006 with details as set forth in an appendix that is an inseparable part of this Government Regulation.
Section 3
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
In order for everyone to know it, order the invitational of this Government Regulation with its placement in the State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia.
