Back NEWS REPUBLIC of INDONESIA No. 390, 2012 ELECTION WATCHDOG AGENCY REGULATION number 7 in 2012 ABOUT the GUIDELINES of the MANAGEMENT of INFORMATION SERVICE and DOCUMENTATION SUPERVISION of ELECTIONS in ELECTORAL WATCHDOG AGENCY ENVIRONMENT, SUPERVISORY GENERAL ELECTION SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE, and PROVINCIAL ELECTIONS of KABUPATEN/KOTA with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the AGENCY SUPERVISOR elections, Considering: a. that the holding of information disclosure in order elections safely a peaceful and orderly manner, based on the principle of direct, secret, public, free, honest, and fair information availability needs to be socially supported documentation is complete, accurate, and factual;

CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 In this regulation, the definition of: 1. 11. CHAPTER II INFORMATION and DOCUMENTATION SERVICE of the MANAGEMENT of the SUPERVISION of the ELECTIONS Supervisory Body of article 2 of the Elections as a public body implementing a management of information service and documentation supervision of elections.

CHAPTER IV RIGHTS and OBLIGATIONS article 4 (1) and Provincial Bawaslu Bawaslu reserves the right to refuse to provide information that is excluded.

b. time required Bawaslu and Bawaslu Province in fulfilling any requests for information of the public; c. the amount of the grant and the denial of request for public information; and d. the reason for denial in terms of public information requests are rejected.
CHAPTER X PROVISIONS of TRANSITIONAL Article 22 in the case has not been the formation of the Secretariat-General, Bawaslu Bawaslu, Bawaslu Province, and Provincial Bawaslu Secretariat according to the Law number 15 year 2011 about the Election Organizers, the Organization and the work of the electoral Supervision PPID set by the Chairman having regard to the Bawaslu terms and provisions in the legislation in force prior to the Act No. 15 of 2011 enacted.

CHAPTER XI CLOSING PROVISIONS Article 23 this Regulation comes into force on the date specified.
