BAB VIII
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 16
By the enactment of the Regulation of this Minister, all the regulations governing the Organization and Tata Works of the National Gallery of Indonesia were revoked and declared not applicable.

Article 17
Changes to the organization's organizational structure and layout according to the Ordinance of this Minister, are defined by the Minister responsible for the implementation of government affairs in education and culture after receiving written consent from the Ministry of Justice. The Minister is responsible for holding government affairs in the area of the country's apparatus.

Section 18

DECIDED:
Setting: MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND CULTURE MINISTERS ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORK OF THE NATIONAL GALLERY OF INDONESIA.

BAB I
THE POSITION, TASK, AND FUNCTION
Section 1
(1) The National Gallery of Indonesia is a technical managing unit in the Ministry of Education and Culture environment.
(2) The National Gallery of Indonesia is headed by a Chief who is under and is responsible to the Director General of Culture.

Article 2
The National Gallery of Indonesia has the task of carrying out the study, collection, registration, maintenance, security, exhibition, and publication of the art works.

Article 3
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 2, the National Gallery of Indonesia organizes functions in execution:
a. The study of the art work;
B. the collection and registration of the art work;
c. Care and safeguarding the work of the fine arts;
D. exhibition of art works;
e. partnership in the field of art works;
f. Education services in the field of art work;
G. Documentation and publication of art works; and
h. Ketataenterprise of the Indonesian National Gallery.

BAB II
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
Section 4
The National Gallery of Indonesia consists of:
a. Header;
b. Tata Business Subsection;
c. Section of Collection and Care;
d. The Exhibition Section and the Partnership; and
e. Functional Office Group.

Section 5
(1) The Tata Business Subbag has the task of conducting planning, finance, employment, indiscretion, licensing and kearsipan, state-owned goods, crowds, and the management of the library of the National Gallery of Indonesia.
(2) The Section of Collection and Care has the task of conducting the study, collection, registration, treatment, and safeguarding of the art of the art.
(3) Exhibition and Partnership Section has the task of conducting exhibitions, educational services, partnerships, documentation, and publications in the field of visual arts.

Section 6
(1) The functional office group as referred to in Article 4 of the letter e has the task of performing activities in accordance with the tasks of each functional office under the laws.
(2) The functional office group consists of a number of functional positions divided in various groups according to the field of its activities.
(3) Any functional office group as referred to in paragraph (1) is coordinated by a functional official appointed by and responsible to the Head of the National Gallery of Indonesia.
(4) The type and number of functional posts as referred to in paragraph (2) are determined based on the needs and load of work.
(5) The task, type, and functional office type are set in accordance with the laws.
