Back NEWS REPUBLIC of INDONESIA No. 1056, 2012PERATURAN the HEAD of the Agency for meteorology, climatology and Geophysics NUMBER KEP. 08 in 2012 on the IMPLEMENTATION of the REQUEST and the GRANTING of FIXED LEAVE CIVIL SERVANT (PNS) in the ENVIRONMENT Agency for meteorology, climatology and Geophysics with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY HEAD of Agency for meteorology, climatology and Geophysics, Considering: that in order to build an orderly administration, uniformity and smooth implementation of the leave in the Environment Agency for meteorology, climatology and Geophysics, need to establish Regulatory Agency for meteorology, Climatology Head and Geophysics of the Ordinance Remains the implementation of the Request and the grant of leave civil servant (PNS) in the Environment Agency for meteorology, climatology and Geophysics;

Decide: define: HEAD REGULATORY Agency for meteorology, climatology and Geophysics of the ORDINANCE REMAINS the IMPLEMENTATION of the REQUEST and the GRANT of LEAVE CIVIL SERVANT (PNS) in the ENVIRONMENT Agency for meteorology, climatology, and GEOPHYSICS.
CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 In this regulation, the definition of: 1. a civil servant which further abbreviated as CIVIL SERVANTS are civil servants in the Environment Agency for meteorology, climatology, and geophysics.
2. Leave CIVIL SERVANTS who leave are hereinafter referred to as the State does not enter the work permitted within a certain period.
3. The head of the Agency is the head of the Agency for meteorology, climatology, and geophysics.

CHAPTER II SCOPE article 2 PURPOSE and scope of the Ordinance and the granting of leave of absence Request Remains in the Environment Agency for meteorology, climatology and Geophysics include the competent authority giving leave, duties and responsibilities of the competent authority giving furlough, furlough civil servant and the requirements of filing a furlough.

CHAPTER III AUTHORIZES the GRANTING of LEAVE Part One General article 4 (1) grant of leave is the authority of the head of the Agency.
(2) Agency Heads delegate authority granting the leave to the competent authority, as listed in Annex I to this regulation.
(3) the competent authority giving the leave of absence referred to in subsection (2) may not be delegating back those powers to other officials.

b. consider a leave request according those powers;
c. set the leave request in the sense of giving/suspend its suit on leave;
d. execute the orderly administration of the leave in accordance with the regulations; and e. convey effluent letter granting leave to the suspension/Part human resources Agency for meteorology, climatology and Geophysics as an evaluation of the implementation of the furlough.

CHAPTER IV CIVIL SERVANTS LEAVE Part One General article 6 Furlough civil servant consists of: a. annual leave;

b. sick leave;

c. leave large;

d. maternity leave;

e. leave due to important reasons; and f. leave dependent countries outside.
The second part of the annual leave of absence Paragraph 1 General article 7 (1) of the CIVIL SERVANTS who have worked at least 1 (one) years continuously are entitled to annual leave of absence.
(2) the length of the annual paid leave is 12 (twelve) days of work each year.
(3) the annual leave of absence that will run in a hard connection, then a period of annual leave can be added for 14 (fourteen) days.

Article 8 (1) Annual Leave may be used for a period of at least 3 (three) working days.
(2) the use of annual leave can be combined with leave together.
(3) the merger referred to in subsection (2) may only be carried out with a total of at least 3 (three) working days.

Paragraph 2 the use of Annual Leave article 9 (1) of the CIVIL SERVANTS should make a request in writing to the competent authority giving the leave at least 3 (three) working days before the implementation of the annual leave in question.
(2) Request in writing referred to in subsection (1) must be made in accordance with the example of A Form application for Annual Leave as listed in annex II to this Regulation.
(3) the granting of annual leave is granted in writing by the competent authority giving the leave and is made in accordance with Example B as contained in annex II to this Regulation.

Paragraph 3 the use of any remaining Annual Leave article 10 (1) of the remaining annual leave of 6 (six) business days or less remain the right of CIVIL SERVANTS concerned and additional annual leave into the next year.

(3) the filing of an annual leave remaining as referred to in article 9 paragraph (2) must include the amount of annual leave left over from annual leave each year in question.

Paragraph 4 suspension of Annual Leave article 11 (1) In the interests of the Agency, urges the competent authority giving the leave may suspend the execution of the annual leave of CIVIL SERVANTS is concerned.

The third part of the sick leave Paragraph 1 of article 12 of the General CIVIL SERVANTS who suffer ill is entitled to sick leave.

(4) Request sick leave referred to in subsection (2) and paragraph (3) shall be made in accordance with an example application for sick leave Form E as contained in annex II to this Regulation.

Article 14 (1) may be granted sick leave of not longer than one (1) year and may be added to the longest 6 (six) months based on affidavits doctors government hospitals.

(2) a CIVIL SERVANT who has been on sick leave for 1 (one) years plus a 6 (six) months referred to in subsection (1) based on the results of testing by a doctor who was appointed Minister of health and a doctor's certificate from a government hospital has not yet been declared cured, then the CIVIL SERVANTS concerned was dismissed with respect from his post due to illness and earned money waiting on the basis of legislation.
(3) CIVIL SERVANTS are women who have experienced abortion are entitled to sick leave for the longest one (1) month of 15 (fifteen) days.
(4) CIVIL SERVANTS who had an accident in the performance of duty obligations is entitled to sick leave to recover from his illness and receive the full income.

Part four Large Paragraphs Leave 1 Common Article 3 (1) of the CIVIL SERVANTS who have worked for at least 6 (six) years continuously, is entitled to the leave the longest big three (3) months.

Article 16 CIVIL SERVANTS who will be or have been using large, remain on leave has the right to: a. leave together;

b. the remaining annual leave in a leave year prior to use;

c. sick leave;

d. leave maternity for delivery of his first, second, and third; and e. on leave due to important reasons.

Article 17 During the leave running great, CIVIL SERVANTS continue to receive the full income.

Paragraph 2 of article 18 Large leave request (1) the CIVIL SERVANTS should make a request in writing to the competent authority gives a leave of absence at the latest 5 (five) working days prior to the time the leave usage is great.

(2) Request in writing referred to in subsection (1) must be made in accordance with an example application for Maternity leave of absence Form G as listed in annex II to this Regulation.

Article 25 the Maternity Leave is granted by the competent authority giving the leave on request asked.

The sixth section on leave due to important reason Paragraph 1 General Article 26 (1) CIVIL SERVANTS are entitled to leave of absence due to important reasons.

(2) the leave of absence due to important reasons given most 2 (two) months.

Article 28 Leave due to important reasons can use CIVIL SERVANTS for reasons of: a. the mother, father, wife/husband, children, sister, brother, mother-in-law, son-in-law or ill or died;

b. care of the rights of the mother, father, wife/husband, children, sister, brother, mother-in-law, son-in-law who died;

c. exposed to natural disasters in the form of kahar form and other disasters; and/or d. make a first marriage.
Paragraph 2 leave request due to important reasons of article 29 (1) of the CIVIL SERVANTS should make a request in writing to the competent authority by mentioning the reasons.
(2) Request in writing referred to in subsection (1) must be made in accordance with an example application for leave of absence Form K due to important reasons as listed in annex II to this Regulation.
(3) the leave of absence due to important reasons given in writing by the competent authority giving the leave is made in accordance with the leave Permit L Example due to important reasons as listed in annex II to this Regulation.
(4) in case of urgency, so that CIVIL SERVANTS in question cannot wait for the decision of the competent authority giving leave, supervisor of officials who have the authority to give time off can give a temporary permit to run a leave of absence because of an important plinth.
(5) the grant of a permit referred to in subsection (4) must be immediately notified to the competent authority giving time off by officials who gave permission while made in accordance with the example of Temporary Permit because the M important reasons as listed in annex II to this Regulation.
(6) an authorized officer gives the of leave after receiving a notice referred to in subsection (5) provides time off for reasons important to the CIVIL SERVANTS concerned.

Article 30 of the CIVIL SERVANTS who have used paid leave due to important reasons, remain entitled to: a. leave together;
b. annual leave during the year in progress and the remaining annual leave in the year prior to use; c. maternity leave;

d. leave; and e. sick leave.
The seventh part of leave Outside the country Dependent Paragraph 1 General article 31 (1) of the CIVIL SERVANTS who have worked at least 5 (five) years continuously due to personal reasons that are important and urgent can be given leave of absence outside the dependents of the State.
(2) the leave of absence outside the country may be granted a dependent for the longest 3 (three) years and can be extended the longest one (1) year if there are important reasons to extend it.
(3) personal reasons that are important and urgent as referred to in paragraph (1) could be considered if accompanied by proof of that support.

Article 32 during the run of leave outside the responsibility of the State, an CIVIL SERVANTS concerned is not entitled to receive the income from the State and are not counted as a period of employment of CIVIL SERVANTS.

Article 33 (1) of the CIVIL SERVANTS who run the leave outside the country was freed from his post dependents, except on leave outside the country because the dependents birth.
(2) the Office remained vacant as referred to in paragraph (1) can be filled immediately.

Paragraph 2 leave request outside of the Tangungan State of article 34 (1) of the CIVIL SERVANTS should make a request in writing to the competent authority gives a leave of absence at the latest 5 (five) working days prior to the time the leave usage beyond a dependent State.
(2) Request in writing referred to in subsection (1) must be made in accordance with the Example Application Form N Leave Outside the country as Dependents listed in annex II to this Regulation.
(3) Request in writing referred to in subsection (1) is submitted to the head of the Department of human resources to be forwarded to the head of Bkn through the head of the Agency for meteorology, climatology and geophysics and made appropriate Approval request Form P Example of leave Outside the country as Dependents listed in annex II to this Regulation.
(4) the leave of absence outside the dependents of State can only be used on the basis of the DECISION the competent authority giving the leave after gaining approval from the head of NATURISTS and made appropriate Examples O Decree on leave outside the Dependent State.

Article 35 (1) Extension of leave outside the dependents of State must be submitted with the application letter in writing by CIVIL SERVANTS to head of human resources at least 3 (three) months prior to the leave of absence outside the State dependent ends.
(2) the statement referred to in subsection (1) must be made in accordance with the Example Application Form Q Extension of leave Outside the country as Dependents listed in annex II to this Regulation.

Article 36 Leave dependent Countries outside can be given for delivery with the following conditions: a. request the use of paid leave excluding dependents may only be used for the persalijnan fourth, fifth child and so on;
b. request the use of leave outside the country's dependants as stated on the letter a can not be rejected;
c. CIVIL SERVANTS who run on leave outside the country are not dependents are exempt from Office;
d. do not require the approval of the head of the NATURISTS;
e. the longest time for 3 months with 1 (one) month before and 2 (two) months after childbirth; and f. during run time off did not receive income from the State and are not counted as a period of employment of CIVIL SERVANTS.

Article 37 CIVIL SERVANTS who have done inside the mandatory State furlough dependants outside reports in writing to the head of the Agency in accordance with the example of a S report has Finished Running on leave outside the Dependents of countries in annex II of this regulation.

Article 38 (1) the head of the body after receiving a report from the CIVIL SERVANTS who have finished running on leave outside the country is obliged to place dependents and hiring again if there are vacancies with advance approval from the head of the NATURISTS.
(2) in the event that there are no jobs, then the head of the agency report to the head of the NATURISTS to possibly channeled its placement on other agencies.
(3) in case the head of NATURISTS can not transmit the placement of CIVIL SERVANTS, then Head of the Agency's Head told the NATURISTS so lay off CIVIL SERVANTS with staffing rights according to laws and regulations.


Article 39 CIVIL SERVANTS dismissed with honor as CIVIL SERVANTS if it is not to report back to the heads of the Agency after the timeout period is dependent on leave outside the Country running.

Chapter V miscellaneous PROVISIONS article 40 For the smooth operations of Implementing Technical Units, any licence granted leave of absence must be submitted to the head of the provincial Coordinator of the Station in question.

CHAPTER VI CLOSING PROVISIONS Article 41 with the entry into force of this regulation, then the decision of the head of the Meteorological and geophysical Agency Number SK 111/KP. 1005/KB/BMG-2004 repealed and declared inapplicable.

Article 42 this Regulation comes into force on the date specified.
