INDONESIA NATIONAL STANDARD ENFORCEMENT (SNI)
KLOSET SITS OBLIGATORY

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

MINISTER OF INDUSTRIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a. that in order to optimize the application of the Indonesian National Standards (SNI) the Kloset sits in order to increase the quality of industrial output, protect consumers and create a healthy and fair competition, need to rearrange the treatment National Standards of Indonesia (SNI) Kloset Sit conscripted;
B. that based on considerations as referred to in the letter a need to establish the Minister of Industry Regulation on the Treatment of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) Kloset Sit In Concurrent.

15. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 105/M-IND/PER/10/2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Industry;
16. Regulation of the Head of the National Standardization Board Number 1 of 2011 on National Standardization Guidelines Number 301 of 2011 on the Indonesian National Standard Governing Guidelines;

Establishing: MINISTRY MINISTER REGULATION ON ENFORCING INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARDS (SNI) KLOSET SITS CONSCRIPTED.

Section 1
In Regulation of this Minister referred to:
1. Certificate of Use Product SNI Kloset Sit, which is next called SPPT-SNI Kloset Sit is a SNI Usage Product Certificate issued by the Product Certification Agency to a manufacturer capable of producing Seated Kloset pursuant to the requirements of SNI 03-0797-2006.
2. Product Certification Institute, next called LSPro is an agency that performs the SNI Use Product Certification activities.
3. The Laboratory of Testing is a laboratory conducting testing activities on the example of goods according to the SNI test method.
4. The National Accreditation Committee, which is henceforth the KAN is a non-structural institution, which is located below and directly responsible to the President with the task of establishing an accreditation and certification system as well as the authority to Accredited institutions and labs for performing certification activities.
5. Surveyances are periodically checking and/or specifically against companies/manufacturers that have acquired SPPT-SNI for the consistency of the application of SPPT-SNI, which is performed by LSPro.
6. The next Product Standard Supervising Officer called PPSP is a civil servant in the center or area assigned to conduct the supervision of goods and/or services at the production site and beyond the locations of production activities that SNInya has It's mandatory.
7. Minister is the Minister who organizes government affairs in the field of industry.
8. Directorate General Pembina Industry is Directorate General of Manufacturing Industry Base, Ministry of Industry.
9. Director General Pembina Industry is the Director General of the Manufacturing Industry Base, Ministry of Industry.
10. Director of Industry Pembina is the Director who fostered the Kloset industry sitting on the Directorate General of Manufacturing Industry Base, Ministry of Industry.
11. BPKIMI is the Board of Climate Policy Studies and Mutu Industries, Ministry of Industry.
12. Provincial Service is the Service at the Provincial level which is the governing body of the industrial field.
13. District/City Services are the Services in the District/City level which is a matter of government affairs of the industrial field.

Section 2
(1) Compulsory SNI 03-0797-2006 on Kloset Sitting with Harmonize System (HS) ex.6910.10.00.00.
(2) The Sitting Closet as referred to in verse (1) is a tool used to dispose of a large hajat by sitting with a falling system or a whirlpool of either a monoblok or duoblok mounted sitting upright or sitting on a hanging.

Section 3
The company that produces the Kloset Sitting as referred to in Article 2 is required to apply SNI with:
a. have SPPT SNI Kloset Sitting in accordance with the applicable provisions;
B. grow the SNI mark on each of the Sitting Kloset packaging, in a place that is easy to read and with uneasily lost tagging.

Section 4
(1) On the Closet of Closet Sitting as referred to in Article 3 of the letter b is required to be dated, month and year of production in a place that is easily read in a way that is not easily lost.
(2) The month and year of production as referred to in paragraph (1) constitute one of the product quality suitability supervising products for the implementation of the SNI Kloset Sitting is mandatory.

Section 5
(1) The SNI provisions as referred to in Section 3 are excluded from the import Sit Closet if:
a. used as a test example in the SPPT-SNI; s publishing frame;
B. used as a test example for research and development (Research and Development) industry; or
c. as an example item in the exhibition.
(2) The Sitting Closet as referred to in paragraph (1) is required to have a Technical Consideration Letter of the Directorate General of the Manufacturing Industry Base.
(3) The Technical Perconsideration Letter as referred to in paragraph (2) at least contains the following information:
a. identity of the company/the applicant institution;
B. Usability;
c. The production capacity and production plans of the company (for the manufacturer);
D. the number of products to be imported (for imported goods);
e. product specification.
(4) The provisioning of the Technical Perscales as referred to in paragraph (2) is performed under the request of an industry company/institution equipped with a sufficient Statement of Statement which states that the product was imported or produced:
a. used as a test example in the SPPT-SNI; s publishing frame;
B. used as a test example for industry research and development (Research and Development) industry; or
c. as an example item in the exhibition;
with evidence that can be held accountable.
(5) The terms and conditions of the Technical Consideration Letter as referred to in paragraph (2) are further governed by the Regulation of the Director General of the Industrial Pembina.

Section 6
(1) The SPPT-SNI Kloset Sits as referred to in Article 3 of the letter a performed by LSPro which has been accredited by the KAN with the scope of the Kloset seated as well as appointed by the Minister, through:
a. the testing of the product quality suitability of the Closet Sitting in accordance with the provisions of the SNI as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (1);
B. audit the application of the SNI ISO 9001-2008 implementation of the SNI ISO 9001-2008 or its revision, or other recognized Mutu Management Systems.
(2) The Kloset Testing Sitting in the SPPT-SNI publishing frame as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter a, re-certification, a survey by LSPro and supervision by the PPSP is performed by:
a. a domestic tester laboratory that has been accredited by KAN with the scope of Kloset Sitting and appointed by the Minister; or
B. Laboratories abroad that have been accredited by the accreditation institute in the site of the Laboratory of Contemplating Testing are in place with mutual recognition (Mutual Recognition of Arrangement (MRA)) with KAN (such as International Laboratory Accreditation (ILAC) or The Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (APLAC)), and the country is referred to have bilateral or multilateral agreements in the field of technical regulation with the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and appointed by the Minister.
(3) Audit of the application of the Mutu Management System as referred to in paragraph (1) letter b based:
a. A statement of self-statement on the application of the Mutu Management System; or
B. Certificate of application of the Mutu Management System in accordance with SNI ISO 9001:2008 or other equivalent quality management system (s) of the Quality Management System Certification System (s) or the IBM International Program (s) which has been accredited by the Program. sign the Mutual Recognition of Arrangement (MRA) with the KAN.

(5) The LSPro and/or the designated Test Laboratory as referred to in paragraph (4) at most (two) years since the appointment must have been accredited.

Section 7
The LSPro as referred to in Article 6 is required to publish the SPPT-SNI Kloset Sitting by listing a minimum of information:
a. company name and address;
B. factory address;
c. The name of the handler;
D. brand;
e. name and importer address;
f. The number and title of the SNI; and
G. the product type.

Section 8
(1) The LSPro as referred to in Article 6 is required to report the issuer of SPPT SNI Kloset Sitting on a weeklong 7 (seven) business day since SPPT-SNI was published to Director General Pembina Industry and Head of BPKIMI.
(2) The LSPro which publishes SPPT-SNI Kloset sits responsible for the implementation of the survey use of the SNI sign of SPPT-SNI published.

Section 9
(1) Since January 1, 2013 each Kloset sits as referred to in Article 2 of the domestic production traded in the region of Indonesia obliged to meet the requirements of the SNI as referred to in Article 3 and Section 4.

Section 10
(1) The Sitting Closet as referred to in Article 2 of the domestic output produced since the Ordinance of the Minister is in effect and does not meet the provisions as referred to in Article 3 and Article 4 is prohibited from circulating in the Indonesian region.
(2) The Sitting Closet of a domestic production produced since the Ordinance of this Minister applies and has been circulating on the market but does not meet the provisions as referred to in Article 3 and Section 4 must be withdrawn from circulation and annihilated by The producers are concerned.
(3) The order of the withdrawal of products from the circulation and extermination as referred to in paragraph (2) is performed in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Section 11
(1) Since the Ordinance of this Minister is valid based on the date of bill of lading as referred to in Article 9 of the paragraph (2) for the Seated Kloset derived from the import belonging to the customs area Indonesia is required to have met the provisions as referred to in Article 3 and Section 4.
(2) The use of the Cloud Service is subject to the terms and conditions of the IBM International Business Organization ("IBM").

Section 12
(1) The coaching and supervision of the implementation of the application of SNI Kloset Sit as referred to in Article 2 carried out by the Directorate General of Industrial Pembina.
(2) Surveillance as referred to in paragraph (1) is performed at the production site and outside the production site at least 1 (one) times a year by the PPSP by co-ordinating and/or coordinating with the associated agencies.
(3) In conducting oversight as referred to in paragraph (2) the Directorate General of Industrial Pembina may coordinate with the Provincial Service and/or the County/City Service or related agencies.
(4) BPKIMI carries out coaching on the Institution Assessment Institute in order of application of SNI Kloset Sitting.
(5) In carrying out the coaching as referred to in paragraph (4), BPKIMI may provide written reprimand and sanction in accordance with the laws to the LSPro and the Testing Laboratory which violates the provisions in the Ministerial Regulation Here.

Section 13
Director General Pembina Industry Sets Technical Instructions And The SNI Kloset Application Surveillance Guide Sit.

Section 14

Section 15
The attempted perpetrator, LSPro and/or Laboratory of the Test that committed violations to the provisions in the Regulation of the Minister are subject to sanction in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Section 16
