ABOUT
THE APPOINTMENT OF THE FITNESS ASSESSMENT AGENCY
IN ORDER FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION OF THE INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARD OF IMPLEMENTATION (SNI)
ZINC SHEET STEEL (Bj LS) OBLIGATORY
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF INDUSTRIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to implement the implementation of the implementation and supervision of the implementation of the Indonesian National Standards (SNI) of the Zinc Sheet of zinc (Bj LS) which is legally enforced with the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 07/M-IND/PER/2/2008 as has been amended by the Regulation of the Minister of Industry No. 38/M-IND/PER/2/2012, in accordance with the provisions of the laws have been conducted an evaluation of the Institution of related Conformity, designated by the Regulation of the Minister Industrial Number 31/M-IND/PER/2/2012;
B. that based on the results of the evaluation as referred to in the letter a, it needs to designate and establish the Product Certification Institute and the Test Laboratory as set forth in this Regulation Attachment as the Institution of Assessment of the Agreement for perform certification and testing of the Zinc Sheet Metal (Bj LS);
c. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, need to establish the Regulation of the Minister of Industry on the Appointment Of the Institution of Conformance in the Order of the National Standard Application and the Oversight of the National Standard Application Indonesia (SNI) Zinc Sheet Steel (Bj LS) Is Obligatory;

9. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 07/M-IND/PER/2/2008 on the Treatment of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) of Steel Layer Zinc (Bj LS) Compulsory as amended last with the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 38/M-IND/PER/2/2012;
10.Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 86/M-IND/PER/9/2009 about the Indonesian National Standard of Industrial Fields;
11.2010 The Regulation of the Ministry of Industry Number 105/M-IND/PER/10/2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Industry;
DECIDED:
Establish: MINISTRY OF MINISTRY ' S REGULATIONS ON THE APPOINTMENT OF THE INSTITUTE OF SUITABILITY IN ORDER TO IMPLEMENT AND SUPERVISION OF THE APPLICATION OF NATIONAL STANDARDS INDONESIA (SNI) OF THE ZINC SHEET STEEL (BJ LS) COMPULSORY.
Section 1
Pointing:
a. The Accredited Product Certification (LSPro) has been accredited as set forth in the letter A Appendix of this Minister's Regulation to perform the Zinc Sheet Steel SNI Certification (Bj LS); and
B. The Laboratory of Testing which has been accredited as set forth in the letter B of the Regulation of the Minister is to carry out the testing of the Zinc Sheet Steel (Bj LS).
Section 2
(1) The Test Laboratory as referred to in Article 1 of the letter b is required to test the entire LSPro request as referred to in Article 1 of the letter a and/or technical instance with the same treatment of all LSPro and interchange Technical authority.
(2) The testing obligation as referred to in paragraph (1) applies to testing for:
a. publishing SPPT-SNI Steel Sheet Zinc (Bj LS); and
B. The supervision of the implementation of the SNI Steel Sheet Zinc Sheet (Bj LS) is mandatory.
Section 3
The LSPro and the Test Lab as referred to in Article 1 are required to report the results of the certification performance and testing to the Director General of the Manufacturing Industry Base and the Industry Review Board Head, Climate, and Industrial Mutu.
Section 4
The head of the Policy, Climate, and Industrial Review Board conducted the monitoring and evaluation of the LSPro and the designated Test Laboratory as referred to in Article 1.
Section 5
(1) The LSPro and the Test Testing Laboratory in violation of the provisions as referred to in Article 2 and Section 3, revoked the appointment.
(2) The judgment of truth over the breach of the provisions as referred to in paragraph (1) is conducted in the evaluation panel meeting.
Section 6
At the time the Ordinance of the Minister was promulaled, the Regulation Minister of Industry Number 31/M-IND/PER/2/2012 was revoked and declared not valid.
Section 7
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply to the date of the undrased.
