DECIDED:
Establish: MINISTRY OF MINISTRY ' S REGULATIONS ON THE APPOINTMENT OF THE INSTITUTION OF SUITABILITY ASSESSMENT IN ORDER OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION OF THE NATIONAL STANDARD OF INDONESIA (SNI) BAN.
Section 1
Pointing:
a. The Accredited Product Certification (s) as set forth in the Order of the Order of this Minister in the letter A to carry out the SNI Ban certification with the type of tyres as set forth in the Attachment on the letter A is referred to; and
B. The Laboratory of Testing which has been accredited as set forth in the Order of the Regulation of this Minister in the letter B to carry out Ban's testing of the type as set forth in the Annex to the letter B is referred to.
Section 2
The Assessment Board and the Test Laboratory as referred to in Section 1 must report the results of the certification performance and testing to the Director General of the Manufacturing Industry Base and the Head of the Policy Review Board, Climate and Mutu Industry.
Section 3
At the time the Ordinance of the Minister is promultable, the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 109/M-IND/PER/10/2010 along with regard to the appointment of the Institution of Conformity Assessment of the SNI Ban as set forth in Annex IV of the Ministerial Regulation is referred to, revoked and declared not valid.
Section 4
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply to the date of the undrased.
