ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORK

CHAPTER I OF POSITION, DUTY, AND FUNCTION

Section 1 (1) The Principal Kesyahbandaran is the Technical Managing Unit at

the Ministry of Transportation environment that is below and is responsible to the Director General of the Sea Relations.

e. implementation of search and rescue assistance (Search And Rescue/ SAR), the control and coordination of the pollution countermeasures and fire outages in the port as well as the oversight of the implementation of maritime environmental protection;

f. the execution of the ship's accident inspection; g Law enforcement in the field of safety and security shipping

CHAPTER II ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

THE PRINCIPAL OFFICE OF ARTICLES Section 4

The Organization of Major Kesyahbandaran Offices, consists of: a. Part of Business; b. Area of Legal Status and Ship Certification; c. The Field of Safety is sailing; and d. Areas of Guard, Patrol and Investigators.

Section 20 (1) Custody Section has the task of performing the guard,

CHAPTER III FUNCTIONAL OFFICE GROUP

BAB VII OTHER provisions
