(2) the main Kesyahbandaran Office is headed by a head. Article 2 the main Kesyahbandaran Office has the task of carrying out supervision and law enforcement in the field of safety and security of the cruise, as well as the coordination of the activities of the Government in the harbor. Administrative Section; b. areas of Legal Status and certification of the vessel; c. the field of the safety of Sailing; and d. field of Babysitting, patrol and Investigation. Article 5 Administrative Section has the task of carrying out the Affairs of planning, finance, personnel and the public, legal and community relations as well as reporting on the main Kesyahbandaran Office environment. Article 6 in carrying out the tasks referred to in article 5, The Section organizes functions: a. the execution of the Affairs of the planning, staffing, coaching and development of functional Office; b. management of financial affairs, Accounting system of reporting Institutions (SAI) as well as the management of the Reception Country instead of taxes (PNBP); c. implementation of the correspondence, archival Affairs, Home Affairs and public tanggaan; and d. the implementation completion of drafting of legislation, consideration and legal assistance, as well as community relations. Article 11 areas of Legal Status and certification of ships, comprising: a. Legal Status Section of the ship; b. Safety Certification Section of the ship; and c. Pollution Prevention Certification Section and Ship Safety management. Article 18 in carrying out the tasks referred to in article 17, the field of Babysitting, patrol and Investigation organizes functions: a. implementation of the care, security and curbing embarkation and debarkasi passengers in the port; b. implementation of oversight activities of loading and unloading of dangerous goods and special items and refueling, hazardous materials and toxic waste (B3), the construction of the fasillitas port and dredging and reclamation; c. implementation of the patrols in the waters of the port, the surveillance and safeguard against the salvation of the ship that goes out of the Harbor, the ship anchored and recliner; d. preparation of the material and the granting of aid coordination in search and rescue (Search And Rescue/SAR), marine pollution and countermeasure of prevention and suppression of fires in the waters of the port and maritime environment protection supervision; e. implementation of oversight activities over the harbour waters, fit in the salvage and underwater work; www.djpp.depkumham.go.id 2012, no. 627 8 f. implementation of examination and verification of system security of ships and port facilities (International Ship and Port Facility Security Code/ISPS-Code); g. preparation of preliminary examination of material on the accident of the ship; and h. the execution of investigation criminal acts in the field of shipping in accordance with the legislation. Article 19 the field of Babysitting, patrol and Investigation, consisting of: a. Section Babysitting; b. the section Patrol; and c. a section Supporting safety and Investigation. Article 20 (1) of section has a duty of care did babysitting, security and curbing embarkation and debarkasi passengers in the port of loading and unloading activities, supervision of special goods, dangerous goods, refueling, hazardous materials and toxic waste (B3), the construction of the fasillitas port and dredging and reclamation. Article 21 of the main Kesyahbandaran Office organizational structure as contained in the annex to this regulation www.djpp.depkumham.go.id 2012, no. 627 9 CHAPTER III FUNCTIONAL OFFICE GROUP Article 22 term of Functional Group has the task of conducting the activity in accordance with the functional position of each based on legislation.
