Third section of the coordinator of PPID

Article 7 (1) of the Coordinating PPID in the Ministry of Finance environment PPID

on the General Secretariat unit. (2) The coordinator of the PPID is on duty:

a. conduct coordination, harmonization, and facilitation of PPID in the Ministry of Finance environment; and

b. Deliver the annual service report to the Information Commission and a copy of the annual service report to the Minister through the Secretary General.

CHAPTER IV OF THE MANDATORY PUBLIC INFORMATION

AND ANNOUNCED First Part

Information Mandatory Public is Provided and Announced

Section 8 (1) The Public Information that is mandatory and announced

periodically includes: a. Public Information relating to units of eselon I; b. Public Information about the activities and performance of the eselon unit I; c. Public Information about the audited financial statements;

and/or d. Other Public Information provided in the rules of the invitation-

invitation. (2) The obligation to provide and convey the Public Information

as referred to in paragraph (1) is performed at least 1 (one) times in 6 (six) months.

The Third Part of the Public Information Wajib Available At Any Time

Article 10 (1) The Public Information is mandatory available at any time including:

a. A list of Public Information that is under the control of the eselon unit I, excluding Public Information excluded;

b. the outcome of the decision of the eselon I unit and its consideration; c. the entire policy on the following supporting documents; d. project work plan included in it the estimated

annual expenditure of the eselon unit I;

e. the eselon I unit agreement with the third party, except which is judged to be confidential;

f. Public Information and policies delivered Public Officials in meetings that are open to the public;

g. Eselon I unit work procedures associated with community service; and

h. Report on Public Information access services as set forth in this Minister's Ordinance.

(2) Public Information which has been declared open to the public based on the mechanism of objection and/or the completion of the Public Information Dispute which have been declared as Public Information accessible to the Public Information User.

CHAPTER V PUBLIC INFORMATION EXCLUDED

Articles 11 Public Information excluded include: a. Public Information which is excluded as set in

the laws of the negotiations; and/or b. Other Public Information with the criteria:

1. not included in the Public Information as referred to in Article 8, Section 9, and Section 10;

2. It has not been established by authorized officials 3. was judged to be confidential; and/or 4. still in the check process.

Section 12 (1) Public Information classification is made by PPID based

(2) The classification of Public Information as referred to in paragraph (1) is specified by the PPID of the approval of the Atasan PPID.

Article 13 (1) The classification of Public Information as referred to in

Section 12 is specified in the form of the classification letter. (2) The designation of the classification as referred to in paragraph (1)

at least contains a: a. Types of Public Information Classification are excluded; b. the identity of the PPID specified; c. the PPID work unit that specified; d. periods of time exceptions; e. reasons exceptions; and f. place and date of assignment.

BAB VI

STANDARD MANAGEMENT, SERVICE, AND PUBLIC INFORMATION DOCUMENTATION

Article 14 Standard management, service, and documentation of Public Information is done in a way:

a. conduct a compilation and provide Public Information in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the laws;

b. provide and announce web -based Public Information and other media in accordance with the provisions of the invite-invite rules;

c. store and conduct Public Information Security; d. preparing the means and infrastructure that supports the execution of

the management and documentation of the Public Information; and e. Drafting a standard operating procedure, service, and

Public Information documentation.

BAB VII MECHANISM FOR OBTAINING PUBLIC INFORMATION

Article 15 (1) The request to obtain Public Information may be performed

in writing or not written.

(2) In terms of the request submitted in writing, the Public Information applicant:

a. fill the Public Information application form as the format is listed in Annex II which is an inseparable part of this Minister ' s Regulation; and

b. pay for the cost of a copy and/or a delivery of the Public Information if required.

(3) In the event of an unwritten request, the PPID ensures the Public Information application is recorded in the Public Information request form.

Article 16

(1) The mandatory PPID coordinates the application of Puarge, in order of creation

and update of the Public Information List as set forth in Appendix I which is an inseparable part of this Ministerial Regulation;

4) the development of functional officials ' capacity and/or the information officer in order to improve the quality of the Public Information services; and

5) the provision of written reasons for the exception of Public Information is clear and firm, in the event of the application of Public Information is rejected;

h. the delivery of a Public Information Service report to the Atasan PPID each month and to the coordinator of the PPID on each January of the next budget year and/or if required, including: 1) the number of Public Information requests received; 2) the time the PPID required in meeting the registration number directly.

(5) The registration number as referred to in paragraph (4), may be provided in conjunction with written notice or at the time of the Public Information delivery.

(6) The PPID is required to retain a copy of the Public Information request form that has been given the registration number as a sign of the request for Public Information.

Article 17 (1) In terms of the Public Information applicant intends to see and

know the Public Information, PPID: a. provide access to the Public Information Applicant to view,

read, and/or check the Public Information that is directed at an adequate place;

b. provide a written reason if the Public Information application is rejected according to the rules of the negotiations; and

c. provides an explanation of the terms of the manner of submitting objections and the forms if the Informed Applicant is required. Public.

(2) In terms of the Public Information applicant requesting a copy of the Public Information, the PPID is mandatory to coordinate and ensure that: a. Public Information Applicants have access to view,

read, and/or check out the Public Information which is pleated at an adequate place;

b. Public Information applicants get a copy of the required Public Information;

c. there is a written reason if the Public Information application is rejected; and

d. There is an explanation for how the application of the application will object and the form if the Public Information applicant is desired.

(3) the PPID ensures the Public Information applicant as referred to in paragraph (1) and the paragraph (2) is assisted in the meeting. the mechanism referred to in Section 15.

(4) the mandatory Public Information applicant request as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) are recorded in the register book of Public Information as referred to in Article 16.

Article 18 (1) Against the Request of Public Information, PPID

deliver written notice of whether or not the Ministry of Finance provides an answer as the format listed in Appendix IV which is an inseparable part of this Minister's Regulation.

(2) The written notice as referred to in paragraph (1) is delivered the slowest 10 (ten) days of work since the request for Public Information is received by the PPID.

(3) In respect of the Public Information it is being honed may be provided either partially or in whole, the Public Information will be delivered in conjunction with the written notice as referred to in paragraph (2).

(4) In the event of a Public Information request is rejected, the PPID is required to deliver a written notice in conjunction with the PID of the Request for Information Rejection as set forth in Annex V which is the case the inseparable part of this Ministerial Regulation.

(5) In terms of the PPID may not pass a written notice in the term as referred to in paragraph (2), the PPID may request an extension of the longest time 7 (seven) business days and could not be extended again.

(6) The time extended as the meant in verse (6) can be done in terms of the PPID yet: a. The Public Information is being asked; b. document the Public Information is moiled;

and/or c. decide whether the Public Information is being honed

including the Public Information which is excluded. BAB VIII

OBJECTION

PART OF THE BASIC OBJECTION

Article 19 Each Public Information applicant may file a objection in terms of: a. No, no, no, no, no, no. not to use the Public Information request; c. Public Information request was responded not as

Second Section of the Procedure

Section 20 (1) Objection was submitted by the Public Information applicant in the term

at the slowest time of 30 (thirty) business days after the discovery of the reason as referred to in Article 19.

(2) The objection of the objection is done by filling out the filing form as the format set forth in Appendix VI which is an inseparable part of this Minister's Regulation.

(3) The objection of the Public Information applicant is submitted to the Atasan PPID. (4) The mandatory PPID notes the filing of objections in the register book

objections to the format listed in Annex VII which are an inseparable part of this Minister's Regulation.

(5) The Atasan of PPID is required to provide response to the objection delivered by the Public Information Applicant 30 (thirty) of the working day since the filing of the objection in the register of objection.

Section 21

(1) In the case of the Information Disputes occurred Public, Atasan PPID may be present in the completion of the Public Information Dispute by accompanied by: a. Officials on the eselon II unit tasked with providing assistance

the laws/handling of legal issues/regulations on each of the eselon units I; and/or

b. Officials on the eselon II unit tasked with providing legal assistance to the General Secretariat.

(2) In order to resolve the Public Information Disputes, the Atasan of the PPID via the Special Power Letter may give power to:

a. PPID; b. Officials on the related eselon II unit; c. Officials on the eselon II unit tasked with providing assistance

the law/deal with the legal issues/regulations on each of the units of the eselon I; and/or

d. Officials on the eselon II unit charged with providing legal assistance to the General Secretariat.

Third Part Of The Response To Objection

Section 22 In the case of Public Information Applicants are not satisfied with the Atasan PPID decision, the Public Information applicant is entitled to apply settlement of the Public Information dispute to the Central Information Commission at least 14 (fourteen) working days since the receipt of the Atasan PPID decision.

Fourth Section Funding

Article 23 All financing in the execution of the PPID task or the coordinator of the PPID is charged on the list of Budgeting Execution of each unit of the eselon I where the PPID or PPID Coordinator is in charge.

BAB XI PROVISIONS

Article 24

The rules of the Minister are beginning to apply on the date of the promulgings. In order for everyone to know, order the authoring of the Minister of Finance Regulation with its placement in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
