CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 20

letter b, the Selection Committee:
a.   preparing the announcement to be announced in the media as referred to in paragraph (1);
B. In addition to the announcement, the selection of the eligible Member States will be eligible to comply with the terms of this Regulation;
c. set the terms to be fulfilled by the Candidate Candidate;
D.   publishes forms to be filled by the Candidate Candidate;
e.   set the title of papers to be submitted at the time of registration;
f.    receive the registration file of the Candidate Member; and
G.   Other tasks specified in the Selection Committee Meeting of the Selection Committee.
(3) In carrying out the administrative selection task as referred to in Article 5 of the letter c, the Selection Committee:
a. examine data completeness and administrative terms;
B. defile the candidate ' s candidate registration data and information;
c. menelaah and assess the paper;
D. establish a Member Candidate who passed the administrative selection; and
e. announces the candidate for the member who passed the administrative selection.
(4) In carrying out the skills qualification task as referred to in Article 5 of the letter d, the Selection Committee:
a. reattest of the Member of the Member's life; and
B. Examine the experience of prospective members in the field of law and human rights.
(5) In carrying out the task of obtaining a public response at each stage as referred to in Article 5 of the letter e, the Selection Committee holds and addresses the public input.
(6) In carrying out the task of authoring and writing of the paper as referred to in Article 5 of the letter f, the Selection Committee:
a. setting up the paper title;
B. reading and assessing the Candidate ' s papers; and
c. establish a Member Candidate who passed the selection of writing papers.
(7) In executing the candidate profile assessment task and track record tracking as referred to in Section 5 of the letter g and h, the Selection Committee:
a.   preparing candidate profile assessment criteria and trace record tracing;
B.   receive reports and input about the Candidate's Candidate profile as well as trace record tracking;
c. perform ingesting on the Candidate Candidate profile and profile report as well as trace record tracking; and
D. use Member Candidate profile results and trace record tracing as a consideration in the next selection process.
(8) In carrying out the interview duties as referred to in Article 5 of the letter i, the Selection Committee:
a. establish the Candidate Candidate interview material;
B. conduct an interview;
c. specify the name of the Member of the Member who passed the interview selection; and
(9) In carrying out the official delivery task of 21 (twenty-one) of the name of the Candidate Member to the Chairman of the LPSK, as referred to in Article 5 of the letter j, the Selection Committee:
a.   sets 21 (twenty-one) the name of the Member of the Member who passed the selection;
B.   announces 21 (twenty-one) the name of the Member of the Member who passed the selection;
c. preparing a letter to the Chairman of the LPSK along with all the completeness files 21 (twenty-one) of the graduating Member States; and
D.   Submit a report of the entire activity to the LPSK Chairman.

Article 10
In terms of conducting the network as referred to in Article 9 of the paragraph (2), the Selection Committee:
a.   Perform socialization; and
B. Either the public or public persons who meet the requirements to register and follow the selection of the candidates.

Section 11
In case of required, the Selection Committee may request to the Candidate Member to get a recommendation from someone competent in the field of Law and Human Rights, both academia and practitioner.

Article 12
The Selection Committee announces the acceptance of the Nomination of Candidates for the longest period of 40 (forty) days of work since the formation of the Selection Committee.

Section 13
Candidate registration receipts are held at most 14 (fourteen) days from the notice since the announcement is done.

Section 14
The administration selection, selection of qualifications of expertise, and integrity selection are performed within the longest running time of 45 (forty-five) days from the date of the expiration date of the registration of the Member Candidate.

Section 15
(1) During the selection process as referred to in Article 12, Section 13, and Section 14 of the public may provide a response to the Candidate for the Selection Committee, whether by mail, email, or facsimile) by calling her identity.
(2) On the written request, the Selection Committee is required to guarantee the confidentiality of the identity as referred to in paragraph (1).

BAB IV
FINANCING
Section 16
All costs required for the implementation of the Selection Committee ' s duties in the Regulation are charged on the State Revenue and Shopping Budget through the LPSK Shopping Budget and other non-binding sources according to the regulations Applicable laws.
BAB V
OTHER PROVISIONS
Section 17
In terms of the prospective registration of the Member as referred to in Article 13 is not yet considered sufficient, then the registration term may be extended for 14 (foelection Committee performs the stage as referred to in Article 5.
(2) The Selection Committee in carrying out its duties is done collectively.

Section 7
(1) To perform the task as referred to in Article 6, the Chairman of the Selection Committee leads each selection stage.
(2) The Chair of the Selection Committee as referred to in paragraph (1) is on duty:
a. lead the Selection Committee Meeting;
B. published a decision letter on behalf of the Selection Committee based on the results of the Selection Committee meeting;
c. coordinate the execution of the selection of the Selection Committee and the supervision;
D. act as a spokesperson for the Selection Committee; and
e. Perform other tasks defined and agreed upon in the Selection Committee Meeting.
