CHANGES TO THE HEAD RULE
THE COORDINATING BODY OF CAPITAL PLANTING NUMBER 7 OF 2012 ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE ALLOWANCE IN THE CAPITAL CULTIVATION COORDINATION ENVIRONMENT
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
HEAD OF CAPITAL CULTIVATION COORDINATION BODY
REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to perform the performance of the performance allowance in the Coordinating Capital's Board environment as set up in the Regulation of the Chief Coordinating Board of Capital 7 Year 2012 on the Implementation Of The Allowance Employee performance in the coordinating body of the Capital Plant Coordination, need to be held in the change in Ordinance;
B. that in respect of the consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish the Governing Body's Coordinating Board of Capital Regulation on the Change of the Regulation of the Chief Coordinating Agency 7 of 2012 On the Implementation of the Board of the Government Employee Performance Allowance In The Coordination Body's Environment Plant Environment;
Given: 1. 9. Rule Head Coordination Management Number 90 /SK/2007 on Organization and Workforce Coordinating Agency Cultivation as amended in the last few times with the Rule of Head of Capital Planting Coordination Number 1 2011:

11. Regulation of the Coordinating Board of Capital Cultivation Number 9 of 2011 on the Code of Conduct of the Governing Body of Investment Coordinating Agency;
Twelve. Regulation of the Coordinating Board of Capital Cultivation Number 6 of 2012 on Office and Title Class as well as Employee Performance Benefits in the Environmental Coordinating Agency Environment;
Thirteen. "Number 7" of the Principal Coordinating Board of Capital Cultivation Management of 7 Year 2012 on Implementing Employee Performance Allowance in the Environmental Coordinating Agency Environment;
DECIDED:
specify: REGULATION OF THE HEAD OF THE COORDINATION BODY OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ' S CAPITAL PLANTING OF THE CHANGE IN THE REGULATION OF THE COORDINATING BODY OF THE COORDINATING CAPITAL NUMBER 7 OF 2012 ON THE EXECUTION OF THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE BENEFITS IN THE COORDINATION BODY ENVIRONMENT OF PLANTING CAPITAL.
Article I
Some of the provisions in the Chief Regulation Coordinating Board of 7 Year 2012 concerning the Implementation of Employee Performance Benefits in the Environmental Planting Coordination Body are changed as follows:
1. The provisions of Article 10 are changed, so the whole reads as follows:
“Section 10
Excluded from the provisions as referred to in Section 8 of the paragraph (1), for Employees who do not attend work because:
a. underwent annual leave, applied to Performance improvement cuts by 0% (zero perhundred);
B. Take time off for important reasons, enforced cutting Performance improvements by 0% (zero perhundred);
(c) the IBM International Economic and Economic Data ("IBM"), and the IBM International Economic and Applicable Law ("IBM"), are not available to the IBM International Trade Center (
D. Undergo a 0% (zero perhundred) for the first 5 (5) days of paid leave; or
e. underwent a course during the course of the study ' s departure course, enforced cutting Performance improvements by 0% (zero perhundred). ”
2. Annex I is changed, so as to as this Regulation Attachment.
Article II
The rules are in effect since the tangal is promulred.
