8. The company is:

Article 2

(1) Any employers and workers are entitled to a social guarantee.

d. a pension guarantee; and

e. Death guarantee.

(3) The health guarantee as referred to in paragraph (2) the letter is hosted by BPJS Healthcare set in its own Presidential Regulation.

(4) Social Security as referred to in paragraph (2) letter b, letter c, letter d, and letter e is organized by BPJS Employment.
