REGULATIONS MINISTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA

CLASS OFFICE IN THE ENVIRONMENT
ENVIRONMENT MINISTRY

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

MINISTER FOR ENVIRONMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a.  that in the course of the implementation of the Bureaucratic Reform Program, it needs to be designated a class on any structural office, a specific functional office, a common functional office and other employees;
B.  that based on consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish the Environment Minister Regulation on the Class of Office in the Environment of the Ministry of the Environment;

Remembering: 1.   Law No. 8 of 1974 on the PoyPokok KeEmployees (State of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1974 Number 55, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3041) as amended by Law No. 43 of 1999 (Sheet) State of the Republic of Indonesia in 1999 No. 169, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3890);
2. Government Regulation Number 9 Year 2003 on Authority Appointment, Transference and dismissal of civil servants (sheet state of the Republic of Indonesia in 2003 No. 15, Additional leaf of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4263);
3. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2011 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 2011 No. 141);
4. Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as Susunan Organization, Duty and Functions of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last by Presidential Regulation No. 38 2013 (sheet of State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2013 Number 90);
5. Presidential Decree Number 87 of 1999 on the Functional Functional Office Of Civil Servants;
6. Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of the Environment Number 16 Year 2010 on the Organization and Tata Works as amended by the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment Number 18 of 2012 (State News of the Republic of Indonesia 2012 Number 1067);

DECIDED:

Establish: ENVIRONMENTAL MINISTER REGULATIONS ON OFFICE CLASSES IN THE ENVIRONMENT MINISTRY ENVIRONMENT

Section 1
In Regulation of the Minister this is referred to:
1. Structural Office is the position that demonstrates the duty, responsibility, authority, and right of a civil servant in order to lead a unit of state organization.
2. Certain Functional Functional posts are the positions that show the task, responsibility, authority and right of a civil servant in a unit of organization which in the conduct of its duties is based on a particular skill and or skill As well as self-suss, and the increase in rank is required by credit.
3. General Functional Office is the position that indicates the duty, responsibility, authority and right of a person of the civil servant and civil servant in order to perform the principal tasks and functions of the skill and or skill for the Achieves an organization.
4. Other employees are employees based on the decisions of the authorized officer appointed in the post or assigned and working in full on organizational units in the environment of the Ministry of the Environment.

Section 2
(1) The position in the Environment Ministry of Life consists of:
a.   Structural Position;
B.   Specific Functional Positions;
C.   General Functional Positions; and
D.   A Position Among Other Employees.
(2) Any Title as referred to in paragraph (1) is given a performance allowance.

Section 3
To determine the extent of the performance allowance of each structural, functional, general functional, functional office, and other employees, the term class is based on:
a.   Grouping of posts and jobs; and
B.   the weighting of a job's weight.

Section 4
Based on the validation of the value on each level of office and the work results in a class of office from class 1 (one) up to the 17th (seventeen) class.

Section 5
The class of office for the Structural Office matches the class of office in the Structural Office as set forth in the Appendix I which is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.

Section 6
The Class of Title for a Specific Functional Office appropriate for the Class of Title in a particular Functional Office as set forth in annex II which is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.

Section 7
The class of office for the General Functional Office in the Common Functional Office as set forth in annex III is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.

Section 8
The Class of the Office for the Office on Other Employees is appropriate in the Other Employees ' Office as set forth in the IV annex which is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.

Section 9
The Minister ' s Regulations came into effect on 1 July 2013
