REGULATORY AGENCY CHIEF FINANCIAL SUPERVISION and DEVELOPMENT of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA number 19 2013 on the ESTABLISHMENT of Regulations on FINANCIAL SUPERVISION AGENCY of ENVIRONMENT and DEVELOPMENT by the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY HEAD of the AGENCY FOR FINANCIAL SUPERVISION and DEVELOPMENT of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA, Considering: a. that in order to create an orderly administration and uniformity in the formation of legislation on the financial supervision agency of environment and development, the establishment of guidelines drawn up necessary regulations;
b. that based on considerations as referred to in letter a, the need to establish Regulatory Agency Chief financial supervision and development of Legislation on the financial supervision agency of Environment and development;
Remember: 1. DECIDED: setting: regulatory AGENCY CHIEF FINANCIAL SUPERVISION and DEVELOPMENT of Legislation on the FINANCIAL SUPERVISION AGENCY of ENVIRONMENT and development.
CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 in regulation and financial supervision Agency's head of development, that is: 1. Article 3 (1) of the Secretary's main coordinate proposed Regulatory drafting program planning Chief of BPKP with the leaders of work units Echelon Echelon work Unit I or II.
(2) the results of the planning program coordination as referred to in paragraph (1) are arranged in a list of planning drafting Regulations containing the BPKP Head: a. title;

Article 4 (1) the Secretary may make changes to the main target resolution time Draft Regulation Chief of BPKP has set in the list of planning the preparation of a regulation based on the proposal of the Chief of BPKP Work Unit Leader Echelon Echelon work Unit I or II.

Article 8 (1) the head of the Legal and public relations Bureau, delivered a Draft of the regulation back to the leadership of the Chief of BPKP work Unit Echelon Echelon I or II independently in the event of the submission of the draft Regulation is not in accordance with the BPKP Head as referred to in article 7.
(2) the head of the Legal and public relations Bureau of investigations against the draft Regulation Chief of BPKP in writing within 7 (seven) working days;
(3) study of the Draft Regulation Chief of BPKP as referred to in paragraph (2) includes the following: a. pengharmonisasian;

b. synchronization; and/or c. adjustment of engineering drafting based on guidelines for the preparation of legislation (legislative drafting).
(4) in conducting a review referred to in subsection (2) the head of the Legal and public relations Bureau can convene meetings of coordination with the work Unit Work Unit I or Echelon Echelon II Draft Regulations propose a self-contained Head BPKP, work Unit Work Unit I or Echelon Echelon II independently, as well as other related agencies or other institutions.
Article 9 in the event of a review as referred to article 8 paragraph (2) result in material changes or adjustments to the techniques of drafting legislation, the head of the legal and public relations Bureau appealed to the leadership of the work Unit I or Echelon Echelon II independent to embellish paraf returned as a form of approval of the change.

CHAPTER IV ENACTMENT and DISSEMINATION RULES CHIEF of BPKP article 11 legal and public relations Bureau Chief delivered a three (3) original Regulation Chief of BPKP to the Ministry of Justice and human rights to be enacted in the news of the Republic of Indonesia.

Article 12 (1) the head of a law firm and public relations make a copy of the regulations that have been enacted BPKP Head in the news of the Republic of Indonesia and distribute to the whole work unit BPKP.
(2) the head of a law firm and public relations to upload a copy of the regulations of the Chief of BPKP as referred to in paragraph (1) in the website BPKP.
Chapter V of the DRAFT REGULATIONS of the WORK UNIT LEADER ECHELON I BPKP Article 13


The leadership of the work Unit Echelons I can sort and assign the draft Regulation-led Echelon I work units in terms of ordered Rules Chief of BPKP.

Article 14 the provisions of Regulation drafting Head BPKP as provided for in article 6 to article 9 apply mutatis mutandis in the draft compilation of Rules against the leadership of the work units of Echelon I.
