THE MINISTER OF THE COUNTRY ' S MINISTER OF APPARATUS
AND THE REFORM OF THE REPUBLICAN BUREAUCRACY OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. That in order to meet the position of position formation of the Market Analyst, the level of skilled Agricultural Results in the environment of government agencies through the appointment of adjustment/inpassing for civil servants who have been and are still carrying out the analysis activities farm yield market, need to change the requirements of appointment administration through customization/inpassing;
B. that based on consideration as intended in the letter a need to change the Regulation of the Minister of State of Personnel and Bureaucratic Reform Number 6 of 2012 on the Functional Office of the Agricultural Results of the Agricultural Results and its Credit Figures;
c. based on consideration as indicated on letter a and letter b, need to establish the Ordinance of the State of Personnel and the Bureaucratic Reforms of the Republic of Indonesia on the Change of the Regulation of the State of Aparatur Minister of Personnel and Reform of bureaucratic Number 6 of the Year 2012 on the Functional Office of the Agricultural Results Market and its Credit Figures;

Thirteen. The decision of the President No. 87 of 1999 on the Functional Functional Office Of Civil Servants, as amended by the Presidential Regulation No. 97 of 2012 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2012 No. 235);

DECIDED:
establish: REGULATION OF THE MINISTER ' S MINISTER OF STATE APPARATUS AND BUREAUCRATIC REFORM ON THE CHANGES TO THE RULES OF MINISTER ATONEMENT OF STATE APPARATUS AND BUREAUCRATIC REFORM NUMBER 6 OF 2012 ON THE FUNCTIONAL OFFICE OF ANALYSTS THE AGRICULTURAL MARKET AND ITS CREDIT NUMBERS.
PASAL I
The provisions of BAB XIV Article 37 are changed, so it reads as follows:
Section 37
(1) Civil civil servants who at the time specified this Regulation have and are still carrying out duties in the field of agricultural output market analysis based on the decision of authorized officials, can be adjusted/inpassing in the post of Analyst Agricultural Results Market, provided the following provisions:
a. for Performer Level Farm Results Market Analyst must be eligible:
1. lowest degree of SLTA or equivalent;
2. The lowest rank of the Young Master of Level I, the space group II/b;
3. have experience in the field of agricultural output market analysis at least 1 (one) year; and
4. The value of working achievement is at least a good value in 1 (one) last year.
B. for the Expert Level Farm Results Market Analyst must be eligible:
1. lowest Bachelor diploma/Diploma IV;
2. The lowest rank of Young Penata, the III/a; space group; and
3. The value of working achievement is at least well valued in 1 (one) last year.
(2) The cumulative credit rate for customization/inpassing in the post of Agricultural Results Market Analyst as referred to in paragraph (1) is:
a. For Market Analyst of the Skilled Agricultural Results Market as such in Annex VIII;
B. For example, as a result of this Agreement, the following terms are:
(3) The cumulative credit figures as such in Appendix VIII and Annex IX, apply only during the period of adjustment/inpassing.
(4) To guarantee the balance between the workload and the number of civil servants to be adjusted/inpassing as referred to in paragraph (1) then the implementation of the adjustment/inpassing should consider the formation of the post. ”
PASAL II
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
