ESTABLISHING THE RETIREMENT GUIDELINES AND PENSION GUIDELINES OF CIVIL SERVANTS REACHING THE PENSION AGE LIMIT, WHICH WILL BE SUSPENDED IN THE RANK OF ENLARGING THE IV/B SPACE GROUP TO THE LOWER LEVEL OF THE IV/B SPACE.
