CIVIL SERVANT CIVIL SERVANT GENERAL FUNCTIONAL OFFICE DICTIONARY
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
THE HEAD OF THE STATE EMPLOYEES,
Weigh: a. that in an effort to support the management of the Accountable Civil Servants, it is necessary to perform the dictionaries of a common functional office of civil servants in the Central and Regional Government Instancy;
B. that a common functional office dictionary of civil servants as referred to in the letter a, contains a grouping of common functional positions, the formulation of the names of general functional positions, an overview of the posts, as well as the assignment descriptions in the environment Central and Local Government agencies;
c. that the Functional Dictionary Of The Civil Servant Public Office as referred to in the letter b, may be used as a reference to the naming of a common functional office in a government instance environment according to its needs;
D. that based on consideration as referred to in the letter a, the letter b, and the letter c, need to establish the Chief Ordinance of the State of the State on the Common Functional Functional Office Dictionary;
Given: 1. 3. Government Regulation No. 101 Year 2000 on Education and Training of civil servants (sheet of State of the Republic of Indonesia 2000 Number 198, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4019);
4. The Presidential Decree Number 103 of 2001 on the Position, Duties, Functions, Authority, Organizational Arrangement and the Working Governance of the Non-Department of the Non-Department, as it has been the last seven amended by the Presidential Regulation No. 3 of 2013 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2013 Number 10);
5. Presidential Decree Number 110 of 2001 on Unit of Organization and Duty of Eselon I Institute of Non-Department of Government as it has been last eight amended by Presidential Regulation No. 4 of 2013 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2013 No. 11);
6. State Personnel Regulation Number 19 of 2006 on the Organization and Workforce of the State Governing Body as it has been twice amended last with the Regulation of Chief of the State Board of State Number 14 of 2008;
DECIDED:
establish: RULES OF THE HEAD OF STATE EMPLOYEES ABOUT THE DICTIONARY OF THE GENERAL FUNCTIONAL OFFICE OF CIVIL SERVANTS.
Article 1
The dictionary of the General Functional Office of the Civil Service is as set forth in the Attachment which is an inseparable part of the Chief Regulatory Act of the Country.
Article 2
The State Office of the Chief of Staff of the Nation's office came into effect on the date of the promulgations.
So that everyone knows it, ordering the invitational of the Chief of Staff of the State of the Union with its placement in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
