Article 17
(1) The MWA assessees the feasibility of the proposed activities as referred to in Article 16 of the paragraph (1).
(2) The results of the eligibility assessment of the proposed activities as referred to in paragraph (1), are poured in the news of the assessment event.
(3) Based on the results of the eligibility assessment of the proposed activities as referred to in paragraph (1), MWA provides approval or rejection.

Section 18
Tata the way of proposing activities as referred to in Article 16 and the assessment of the proposed activities as referred to in Article 17, set in the Tata Kelola Guidelines set by MWA.

BAB VII
MONITORING, EVALUATION AND REPORTING
Section 19
MWA conducts monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of ICCTF-funded programs and projects based on the Tata Kelola Guidelines and laws.

Article 20
(1) The Activities Event delivers a quarterly report to MWA.
(2) The report as referred to in paragraph (1) consists of a report of the activities of the activities and reports of realization of the Trust Fund absorption.
(3) The MWA delivers a quarterly report and an annual report of the progress of implementation of the activities and management of the Trust Fund to the Minister of Planning, the Minister of Finance, the Minister/Leadership of the related Institution and the Grant Provider.
(4) In addition to the reports referred to in paragraph (1), paragraph (2) and paragraph (3), MWA addresses other reports in accordance with the laws or which are required in the grant agreement.

BAB VIII
MANAGEMENT AND DIVERSION
STATE PROPERTY
Section 21
The management and diversion of state-owned goods derived from the implementation of ICCTF activities, conducted in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

BAB IX
GOVERNANCE GUIDELINES
Section 22
(1) The ICCTF ' s Tata Manage guidelines are compiled and set by the MWA Chairman.
(2) The Governance Guidelines as referred to in paragraph (1) at least consists of:
a. the governance of execution of programs and activities;
B. financial governance and administration; and
c. governance management of human resources.

BAB X
TRANSITION PROVISIONS
Section 23
(1) With the enactment of the Regulation of this Minister then the Decree of the Minister of National Development Planning/Head of the National Development Planning Board Number KEP.44/M. PPN/HK/09/2009 on the Establishment of Indonesia Climate Change Trust Fund as amended by Decree of the Minister of National Development Planning/Head of the National Development Planning Board Number KEP.59/M. PPN/HK/09/2010 stated still in effect as long as it does not conflict with the provisions in Regulation This minister.
(2) All existing operational documents of ICCTF implementation and passed before the Ordinance of the Minister are declared to be in effect until adjustments are made in accordance with the Regulation of this Minister.

BAB XI
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 24
The rules of the Minister are in effect on the date of promulgations.

(2) MWA Members who represent the Ministry/Instituts are proposed by the Minister/Leader of the Institution.
(3) The MWA Member who represents the Ministry/Institute at least is the official Eselon Officer I.
(4) A MWA member who is representative of a civil society organization, the world of business and academia whose activities are related to the Climate Change Handlers are selected transparently, objectively, non-discriminatory and accountable.

Article 12
PDA as referred to in Article 6 of paragraph (1) letter b is the financial institution designated and set by MWA to administrate the use of the Trust Fund.

Section 13
(1) The task and responsibility of the PDA as referred to in Section 6 of the paragraph (1) letter b is:
a. Handling the administration and financial services of the Trust Fund in accordance with the principles of administrative and financial management that have been agreed upon in the fund contribution agreement to ICCTF;
B.   report the administration and financial handling of the Trust Fund to MWA; and
c. make payment to the parties related to the MWA ' s order.
(2) In carrying out its duties, PDA is coordinated by MWA.

BAB V
SOURCE OF FUNDS
Section 14
ICCTF trust fund sources come from international grants, national grants, APBN and other non-binding funds.

BAB VI
ACTIVITY EXECUTION
The First Part
Activity executor
Section 15
The ICCTF Trust Fund can be channeled by MWA to the executor of activities, which consists of:
a. Ministry/Weak;
b. Local Government;
c. Non-Government Organizations;
d. Private institutions; and/or
e. College.

Second Part
Activity assignment
Section 16
(1) Activities that will be financed through the Trust Fund, are proposed by the Ministry/Institute, the Non-Government Organization, the College, and/or the Private Institution to MWA.
(2) The proposal of the Ministry/Institute ' s activities as referred to in paragraph (1), including the proposal to be implemented by the Local Government.
(3) Proposed activities as referred to in paragraph (1), must:
a. guidelines on the National Intermediate-Term Development Plan;
B. consider the purpose of using Hibah and the principles of Hibah acceptance; and
c. consider the achievement of the Trust Fund's thematic goals.
Section 4
(1) The task of ICCTF is to collect, receive and channel funds for the financing of the program and the activities of Climate Change Handling.
(2) In carrying out the task as referred to in paragraph (1), the ICCTF organates function:
a.   anointing, dissemination, monitoring and reporting of the Program and Climate Change Handling activities; and
B. supporting the Government of Indonesia in conducting funding coordination with the Ministry/Instituts, development partners, civil society organizations, private, and financial institutions in order to carry out the program and the activities of Climate Change Handling.
