THE ORGANIZATION AND MINISTRY OF THE MINISTRY OF RELIGION
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF RELIGION, REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that to implement the Presidential Regulation No. 60 of 2012 on the Vice Minister and in order to support the effectiveness of the implementation of the duties and functions of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, it is necessary to fine-tune the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs about the Organization and the Ministry of Religious Works;
B. that with consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b need to establish the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs on the Change of the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs 10Year 2010 on the Organization and the Ministry of Religious Works;
Given: 1. Law No. 39 of 2008 concerning the Ministry of State (Sheet of State of the Republic of Indonesia 2008 No. 166, Additional leaf of the Republic of Indonesia Indonesia Number 4916);
2. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as amended last by the Presidential Regulation Number 91 Year 2011 on Third Amendment to the Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State;
3. Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Susunan Organization, Task and Functions of the Ministry of State as amended by the Presidential Regulation Number 92 of 2011 on The Second Change of the Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Organizer Of The Organization, Duties And Functions Of The Ministry Of State;
4. Presidential Regulation No. 60 of 2012 on the Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs;
5. Religious Minister Regulation No. 10 of 2010 on Organisationand Tata KerjaMinistry Religious Affairs, (State News of the Republic of Indonesia 2010 Number 592);
Regard: Approval Letter of the Minister of State of the State of Personnel and Bureaucratic Reform Number: B/520/M. PAN-RB/2/2013, 26 February 2013;
DECIDED:
ESTABLISH: THE LAWS OF THE MINISTER OF RELIGION ON THE CHANGES TO THE RULES OF RELIGION MINISTER NUMBER 10 OF 2010 ON THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORK OF THE MINISTRY OF RELIGION.
Article I
Some provisions in the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs 10Years 2010 on the Organization and the Work Order of the Ministry of Religious Affairs are changed as follows:
1. The provisions of Article 1 are changed so that it reads as follows:
Section 1
(1) The Ministry of Religious Affairs is under and accountable to the President.
(2) The Ministry of Religion is led by the Minister of Religious Affairs.
(3) In carrying out the duties of the Minister of Religious Affairs as referred to in verse (2) were assisted by a Deputy Religious Minister.
(4) The duties and functions of the Minister of Religious Affairs and the Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs in accordance with the provisions of legislation
2. The provisions of Article 111 are amended so that it reads as follows:
Section 111
Part of the Leadership Planning section has the task of carrying out the affairs of the minister's business, the efforts of the deputy minister, the general secretary general, and the staff of the chief staff of the ministers.
3. The provisions of Article 112 are amended so that it reads as follows:
Section 112
In performing the task as referred to in Section 111, the Leadership Leadership Section is organizing a function:
a. implementation of the minister ' s business affairs;
B. implementation of the vice minister ' s business affairs;
c. implementation of the general secretary general ' s business conduct; and
D. the implementation of the business planning business of the chief minister;
4. The provisions of Article 113 are changed so that it reads as follows:
Section 113
The Leadership Enterprise section consists of:
a. Subsections of the Ministerial Order;
B. Subsection of the Deputy Minister's Enterprise;
C. Subsections of the General Secretary's Business; and
D. Subsection of the Ministry of Expert Staff Tata Business.
5. The provisions of Article 114 are changed so that it reads as follows:
Section 114.
(1) The Subsection of the Order of the Minister has the task of doing the ministry of ministerial business services.
(2) The Subsection of the Vice Minister's Business has the task of doing the ministry of business services of the deputy minister.
(3) The Subsection of the Order of the Secretary-General has the task of doing the ministry of business services of the secretary general.
(4) Subsection of the Expert Staff Expert staff has the task of doing the services of the ataf business of the ataf of the chief minister.
Article II
The rules of the Minister of Religious Affairs begin to take effect on the date of the promulcity.
So that everyone knows it, instruct the Order of the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs by its placement in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
