DETAILS OF THE MUSEUM ' S FORMULATION OF THE PROCLAMATION OF THE PROCLAMATION

MINISTER FOR EDUCATION AND CULTURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that in order to carry out the provisions of Article 13 of the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 47 of 2012 on the Organization and the Working Commission the Formulation Of The Manuscript Proclamation, it needs to establish the Regulation of the Minister Education and Culture on the Details of the Proclamation Museum of the Proclamation;
Given: 1. Law Number 11 Year 2010 on Cultural Reserves (State Sheet Indonesia Year 2010 Number 130, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Year 2010 Number 5168);
2. Government Regulation No. 19 of 1995 on Maintenance and Heating Objects of Cultural Reserves at the Museum (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1995 Number 35, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 3599);
3. Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Susunan Organization, Task and Functions of the Ministry of State as amended by the Presidential Regulation Number 92 of 2011 on The Second Change of Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2010 on about the Occupation, Duty and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Susunan of the Organization, the Task and Functions of the Ministry of State;
4. Presidential Decree No. 84 /P Year 2009 regarding the Establishment of the United Indonesia Cabinet United II, as amended last by Presidential Decree Number 5/P of 2013;
5. Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 47 of 2012 on the Organization and Work of the Museum of Formulation Manuscript Proclamation;
DECIDED:
establish: The Rules of Minister of Education and Culture of the Museum ' s Details Of The Formulation Of The Proclamation Of The Proclamation.
