Article 1
In this Minister ' s Rule, which is referred to:
1. West Sumatra Province is an autonomous region as in the Emergency Law Number 19 of 1957 on the Establishment of the States Level I of West Sumatra, Jambi and Riau.
2. Solok Regency is an autonomous region as referred to in Act No. 12 of 1956 on the Establishment of the Autonomous Region of the District in the Environment of Central Sumatra Propinsion.
3. The city of Padang is an autonomous region as it referred to in the Law Number 12 of 1956 on the Establishment of the Autonomous Region of County In the Environment of Central Sumatra Province.
4. The administrative boundary of the administration is the separation of administrative areas of the government holding the authority of an area with other areas.
5. The next major boundary pillar (PBU) is a pillar mounted as a boundary sign between the Province/District/City which is placed directly on the boundary between the area of the Province/Central Region/City.
6. The next Main Border Boundary Point (PABU) is a pillar installed as a boundary sign between the Province/District/City laid on the side of the natural or artificial boundary which serves as the boundary line connecteage between the regions Province/Kabupaten/City.
