THE BOYOLALI COUNTY AREA BORDER WITH DISTRICT
KARANGANYAR CENTRAL JAVA PROVINCE

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

THE INTERIOR MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a.  that in order to order administrative administration in Boyolali Regency and Karanganyar Regency of Central Java province, it needs to be set to the exact area boundary between Boyolali County with Karanganyar Regency of Central Java;
  B.  that the designation of the boundary of the area between Boyolali Regency and Karanganyar Regency as referred to in the letter a has been agreed by the government of Boyolali Regency and Karanganyar Regency with facilitated by the government of Central Java Province and approved by the Central Border Enforcement Team;
  c. that under consideration as referred to in letter a and letter b, need to establish the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior on the Border of Boyolali County with Karanganyar Regency of Central Java;

Given: 1. Law Number 10 of the Year 1950 about the Establishment of the Central Djawa Propinsi;
 2. Act No. 13 of 1950 on the Establishment of the Regency Regions In the Environment of Central Djawa Propinsi as amended by Law No. 9 of 1965 on the Establishment of Level II Region Bar by changing Law No. 13 of 1950 on the Establishment of the Regency Area in the Environment of the Propinsi Djawa Center (State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 1965 Number 52, Additional Sheet Of State Of Indonesia Number 2757);
3. Law Number 32 Year 2004 on Local Government (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia 2004 Number 125, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia No. 4437) as amended several times, last with Law Number 12 Years 2008 on Second Amendment to the Law No. 32 of 2004 on Local Government of Indonesia (Indonesian Republic of 2008 No. 59, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4844);
4. Act No. 39 of 2008 concerning the Ministry of State (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 2008 No. 166, Additional leaf of the Republic of Indonesia Indonesia Number 4916);
5. Regulation of the Minister of the Interior of the Republic of Indonesia Number 76 of 2012 on the Law of Regional Boundary Enforcement (State News of the Republic of Indonesia 2012 Number 1252);

DECIDED:

Setting: A REGULATION OF THE INTERIOR MINISTER ABOUT THE BOUNDARIES OF THE BOYOLALI COUNTY AREA WITH THE KARANGANYAR COUNTY OF CENTRAL JAVA.

Article 1
In Regulation of this Minister referred to:
1. Boyolali Regency is an autonomous region as referred to in Law Number 13 of the Year 1950 about the Establishment of the Regency Regions in the Middle Propinsi Djawa Environment.
2. Karanganyar Regency is an autonomous region as referred to in Law Number 13 of the Year 1950 about the Establishment of the Regency Regions in the Middle Propinsi Djawa Environment.
3. Central Java Province is an autonomous region as referred to in Law Number 10 of the Year 1950 about the Formation of the Central Djawa Propinsi.
4. The next major boundary pillar (PBU) is a pillar mounted as a boundary sign between the Province/District/City which is placed directly on the boundary between the area of the Province/Central Region/City.
5. The next Main Border Boundary Point (PABU) is a pillar installed as a boundary sign between the Province/County/City laid down on the natural or artificial boundary which serves as the boundary line connectable between the regions Province/Kabupaten/City.

Article 2
The boundary of the Boyolali County area with Karanganyar County of Central Java Province (the eastern segment of Surakarta City) starts from:
1. Third boundary between Boyolali County with Karanganyar County and Sragen Regency Central Java Province which is marked by Kartometric Coordinates (TK.1) 07º 27 '33.0122 "LS and 110º48' 16.688" BT, next to the South down as (Median Line) Rel Railway up to PABU 001A with coordinates 07 ° 28 '06.22646 "LS and 110 ° 48' 17.43954" BT located in Jeron Village Nogosari District of Boyolali, adjacent to the village of Tuban District of Gondangrejo Karanganyar Regency;
2. PABU 001A next to the South down the us (Median Line) Rel Railway up to PABU 002A with coordinates 07 ° 30 '18,90378 "LS and 110 ° 48' 36.58370" BT located in Kismoyoso Village Ngemplaque Regency Boyolali yang Bordering on Selokaton Village of Gondangrejo Karanganyar Regency; and
3. PABU 002A next to the South down the us (Median Line) Rel Railway up to the third boundary between Boyolali County and Karanganyar Regency and Surakarta City, which is marked by Kartometric Coordinates (TK.2) 07º31 ' 21.69767 " LS and 110º 48 ' 55.47684 BT.

Article 3
The boundary of the Boyolali County area with Karanganyar Regency Central Java Province (West segment of Surakarta City) starts from:
1. Third boundary between Boyolali County with Surakarta City and Karanganyar Regency Central Java Province which is marked by PABU 002 with coordinates 07 ° 32 '01.30907 "LS and 110 ° 48' 02.36038" BT and PABU.001 with coordinates 07º 32 ' 01.47809 " LS and 110º 48 ' 02.28808 " BT located in Sawahan Village District of Ngemplaque Boyolali Regency bordering on Kelurahan Banyuanyar District Banjarsari Surakarta City and Klodran District of Colomadu Regency Karanganyar, next to Northwest Down the U.s. (Median Line) Kali Pepe up to PABU 003 with coordinates 07 ° 31 '27.02145 "LS and 110 ° 46' 57.17981" BT located in Donohudan Village of Ngemplaque Boyolali Regency which borders the village of Gedongan District of Gondangrejo Karanganyar Regency;
2. PABU 003 next to the West down the us (Median Line) Kali Pepe up to PABU 004 with coordinates 07 ° 31 '24.70841 "LS and 110 ° 44' 56.20854" BT located in Malangjiwan Village Colomadu District of Karanganyar yang Bordering on the village of Gagaksipat District Ngemplaque Boyolali Regency; and
3. PABU 004 further southwest down the us (Median Line) Kali Pepe gets up to PABU 005 with coordinates 07 ° 31 '56.97269 "LS and 110 ° 42' 32.77811" BT located in Ngasem Village of Colomadu District of Karanganyar yang It borders the village of Batan District Banyudono Boyolali Regency, next to the South up to the Kartometric Coordinates (TK.3) 07 ° 32 '24.6777 "LS and 110 ° 42' 30.0992" BT, further southeast to the border crossing between Boyolali County with Karanganyar County and Sukoharjo County, which are marked by Points Cartometric coordinates (TK.4) 07º 32 '29.61985 "LS and 110º 42' 47.65631" BT.

Section 4
The PBU/PABU position as referred to in Article 2 is fixed and does not change due to the changing of the village name and/or the district name.

Section 5
The boundary of the area and the boundary coordinates as referred to in Article 2 are listed in the map which is an appendix and an inseparable part of this Minister Regulation.

Section 6
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
