CHAPTER II ORGANISATION article 2 ASSESSOR TEAM Team Evaluator Position Functional Sandiman consists of: 1. A team of Assessors Center;

2. A team of Assessors work Unit;

3. Team Evaluator Instance;

4. the Assessment Team of the province; and 5. Team Evaluator Kabupaten/Kota.

At least 2 (two) must come from Functional Sandiman Officials.
(6) the requirement of being a member of the judging Team Center, consisting of: a. has the expertise and ability to assess work achievement of functional Sandiman Officials;
b. held the lowest rank of the same/as/rank of the Officials who assessed the Sandiman Functional; c. have integrity;

d. Can actively do assessments;

e. do not concurrently as a member of the assessment Team. and f. proposed by the agencies concerned.
(7) the term of the Assessment Team of the Center: a. term team member Assessment Centre is 1 (one) year and may be reappointed for the next term.
b. the Centre Assessor team members have served in the two (2) consecutive terms, may be reappointed after beyond the grace period of 1 (one) time period.
The second team of Assessors work Unit article 4 (1) a team of Assessors work Unit is a team of Assessors Office Functional Sandiman Credit Numbers that assess work achievement Officer Implementing Sandiman Functional ranks of Young Manager level I the space II/b up to the functional Supervisor Sandiman Officials rank Stylist level I the space III/d, and Functional Officials First rank of Young Stylist Sandiman the space III/a Functional Officials up to the rank of Associate Constructor the Sandiman space IV/a in the Environment Agency Password State.
(2) a team of Assessors work Unit was formed, set by and responsible to the Secretary of the country's main Institution Password.
(3) a team of Assessors work units on duty: a. (4) a team of Assessors work units function: a. Inspect and evaluate the details of activities in DUPAK;

b. check the truth documents DUPAK as deemed necessary;

c. breaking news event results to the Secretary of the country's main Institution Password;

d. Follow the hearing assessment work achievement Functional Sandiman Officials; and e. the annual activity report to the head of the institution or State Officials Password Echelon I designated wing personnel.
(5) Assessment Team Membership numbered gasal work units, consisting of: a. a Chairperson and members, which functionally replacing Officials Echelon II of technical elements; b. a Deputy Chairman and members;

At least 2 (two) must come from Functional Sandiman Officials.
(6) the requirement of being a member of a team of Assessors work units, consisting of: a. has the expertise and ability to assess work achievement of functional Sandiman Officials;
b. held the lowest rank of the same/as/rank of the Officials who assessed the Sandiman Functional; c. have integrity;

d. Can actively do assessments;

e. do not concurrently as a member of the assessment Team. and f. proposed by the work unit concerned.
(7) the term of the Assessment Team work Unit:

a. the term of a member of a team of Assessors work units i.e. one (1) year and may be reappointed for the next term.
b. team member Appraisers work Unit that has served in two (2) consecutive terms, may be reappointed after beyond the grace period of 1 (one) time period.
The third part of the team Evaluator Instance Article 5 (1) a team of Assessors is the Agency Team Assessment of functional Office Sandiman Credit Numbers that assess work achievement Officer Implementing Sandiman Functional ranks of Young Manager level I the space II/b up to the functional Supervisor Sandiman Officials rank Stylist level I the space III/d, and Functional Officials First rank of Young Stylist Sandiman the space III/a Functional Officials up to the rank of Associate Constructor the Sandiman space IV/a in the environment agency centre in outside the institutions of the State of the password.
(2) a team of Assessors established Agencies, established by and accountable to the officials of the Echelon I wing personnel or officials of the Echelon II designated below.
(3) the team Evaluator Instance in charge: a. Assist Officials of Echelon I wing personnel or officials of the Echelon II designated below in assessing the work achievement of functional Sandiman Officials to assign Credit for the Number of officials Implementing Sandiman Functional ranks of Young Manager level I the space II/b up to the functional Supervisor Sandiman Officials rank Stylist level I the space III/d, and Functional Officials First rank of Young Stylist Sandiman the space III/a Functional Officials up to the rank of Associate Constructor the Sandiman Room IV/a in environmental agencies; and b. Helps staffing agencies in pembina officials provide technical consideration of various matters relating to the functional post of Sandiman.
(4) the team Evaluator Instance function: a. Inspect and evaluate the details of activities in DUPAK;

b. check the truth documents DUPAK as deemed necessary;
c. breaking news event the results to officials of Echelon I wing personnel or officials of the Echelon II designated below wing personnel; d. Follow the hearing assessment work achievement Functional Sandiman Officials; and e. the annual activities report to officials of Echelon I wing personnel or officials of the Echelon II designated below wing personnel.
(5) Assessment Team Membership Agencies totaled gasal, consists of: a. a Chairperson and members, which functionally replacing Officials Echelon II: Persandian; b. a Deputy Chairman and members;
c. a Secretary concurrently members of the civil service. The Secretary is not a member of the Secretariat of the Team responsible for the Assessment of establishments; and d. at least 4 (four) members who are not concurrently Chairman, Vice Chairman and Secretary of the team evaluator instance. At least 2 (two) must come from Functional Sandiman Officials.
(6) the requirements to be a member of the team Assessment agencies, consisting of: a. has the expertise and ability to assess work achievement of functional Sandiman Officials;
b. held the lowest rank of the same/as/rank of the Officials who assessed the Sandiman Functional; c. have integrity;

d. Can actively do assessments;

e. do not concurrently as a member of the assessment Team. and f. proposed by the work unit concerned.
(7) the term of the Assessment Team Instances: a. term of Assessor Team Member Institutions namely 1 (one) year and may be reappointed for the next term.
b. Assessment Team Member Agencies who had served in two (2) consecutive terms, may be reappointed after beyond the grace period of 1 (one) time period.
The fourth part of the provincial Assessment Team of article 6 (1) of the provincial Assessment Team is a team of Assessors Office Functional Sandiman Credit Numbers that assess work achievement Officer Implementing Sandiman Functional ranks of Young Manager level I the space II/b up to the functional Supervisor Sandiman Officials rank Stylist level I the space III/d, and Functional Officials First rank of Young Stylist Sandiman the space III/a Functional Officials up to the rank of Associate Constructor the Sandiman space IV/a in the environment of the province.
(2) the provincial Assessment Team was formed, set by and responsible to the Secretary of the province.
(3) the provincial Assessment Team on duty: a. Assist Secretary for Provinces in assessing Functional Sandiman Officials work achievement to assign Credit for the Number of officials Implementing Sandiman Functional ranks of Young Manager level I the space II/b up to the functional Supervisor Sandiman Officials rank Stylist level I the space III/d, and Functional Officials First rank of Young Stylist Sandiman the space III/a Functional Officials up to the rank of Associate Constructor the Sandiman space IV/a in the environment of the province.
b. assist the officials of the Provincial employment Builder in providing the technical consideration of various matters relating to the functional post of Sandiman.
(4) the provincial Assessor Team function: a. Inspect and evaluate the details of activities in DUPAK;

b. check the truth documents DUPAK as deemed necessary;

c. breaking news event results to the Secretary of the provincial Area;

d. Follow the hearing assessment work achievement Functional Sandiman Officials; and e. the annual activity report to the Secretary of the province.
(5) the provincial Assessor Team Membership numbered gasal, consists of: a. a Chairperson and members, which functionally replacing Officials Echelon Echelon Officer II or III: Persandian; b. a Deputy Chairman and members;
c. a Secretary concurrently members of the civil service. The Secretary is not a member in charge of the Secretariat of the Provincial Assessment Team; and d. at least 4 (four) members who are not concurrently Chairman, Vice Chairman and Secretary of the provincial assessment team. At least 2 (two) must come from Functional Sandiman Officials.
(6) the requirements to be a member of the provincial Assessment Team, comprising: a. has the expertise and ability to assess work achievement of functional Sandiman Officials;
b. held the lowest rank of the same/as/rank of the Officials who assessed the Sandiman Functional; c. have integrity;

d. Can actively do assessments; and e. Not doubles as other Assessment team members.
(7) the term of the Assessment Team of the province: a. term team member Provincial Assessment namely 1 (one) year and may be reappointed for the next term.
b. the Provincial Assessment team members have served in the two (2) consecutive terms, may be reappointed after beyond the grace period of 1 (one) time period.
Part five Team Evaluator Kabupaten/Kota article 7 (1) a team of Assessors Kabupaten/Kota is a team of Assessors Office Functional Sandiman Credit Numbers that assess work achievement Officer Implementing Sandiman Functional ranks of Young Manager level I the space II/b up to the functional Supervisor Sandiman Officials rank Stylist level I the space III/d, and Functional Officials First rank of Young Stylist Sandiman the space III/a Functional Officials up to the rank of Associate Constructor the Sandiman space IV/a neighborhood district/ The city.
(2) the Assessor district/city Team was formed, set by and responsible to the Secretary of the regional district/city.
(3) a team of Assessors Kabupaten/Kota on duty: a. Assist the Secretary of the County/city in assessing the work achievement of functional Sandiman Officials to assign Credit for the Number of officials Implementing Sandiman Functional ranks of Young Manager level I the space II/b up to the functional Supervisor Sandiman Officials rank Stylist level I the space III/d, and Functional Officials First rank of Young Stylist Sandiman the space III/a Functional Officials up to the rank of Associate Constructor the Sandiman space IV/a neighborhood district/city; and b. Assist officials staffing Builder Kabupaten/Kota in providing the technical consideration of various matters relating to the functional post of Sandiman.
(4) a team of Assessors Kabupaten/Kota function: a. Inspect and evaluate the details of activities in DUPAK;

b. check the truth documents DUPAK as deemed necessary;

c. breaking news event results to the Secretary of the regional district/city;

d. Follow the hearing assessment work achievement Functional Sandiman Officials; and e. the annual activity report to the Secretary of the regional district/city.
(5) the membership of the Teams district/city Assessors totaled gasal, consists of: a. a Chairperson and members, which functionally replacing Officials Echelon Echelon Officer II or III: Persandian; b. a Deputy Chairman and members;
c. a Secretary concurrently members of the civil service. The Secretary is not a member in charge of the Secretariat Team Evaluator district/city; and d. at least 4 (four) members who are not concurrently Chairman, Vice Chairman and Secretary of the team evaluator kabupaten/kota. At least 2 (two) must come from Functional Sandiman Officials.
(6) the requirement of being a member of a team of Assessors Kabupaten/Kota, consisting of: a. has the expertise and ability to assess work achievement of functional Sandiman Officials;
b. held the lowest rank of the same/as/rank of the Officials who assessed the Sandiman Functional; c. have integrity;

d. Can actively do assessments; and e. Not doubles as other Assessment team members.
(7) the term of the Assessment Team of the district/city:

a. the term of a member of a team of Assessors Kabupaten/Kota, namely 1 (one) year and may be reappointed for the next term.
b. Assessment team member district/city who has served in two (2) consecutive terms, may be reappointed after beyond the grace period of 1 (one) time period.
The sixth section of the Technical Assessment Team of article 8 (1) the technical Term Functional Assessment Team Sandiman is the technical team that helps the team Evaluator Position Functional Sandiman give advice and opinion in conducting assessment of the achievements of the work of the functional Sandiman Officials who are specialized and require specific expertise.
(2) the Technical Assessment Team may be formed and designated by the competent authority specifying the number of credit based on a proposal from the Chairman of the judging Team, whose members consist of experts either serves as civil servant or not civil servants who have the necessary technical skills.
(3) the Technical Assessment Team tasked with assisting the Chairman of the team of Appraisers in providing advice and opinions upon work achievement assessment activities Functional Sandiman Officials who are specialized and require specific expertise.
(4) the Technical Assessment Team function helps the team Evaluator in carrying out an assessment of the achievements of the Work of the functional Sandiman Officials who are specialized and require specific expertise. (5) the Technical Assessment Team working period is determined according to the needs.

The seventh part of the Secretariat Team Evaluator article 9 (1) the secretariat team of Assessors Office Functional Sandiman is a Secretariat assists the Office of Assessor Sandiman Functional Team in carrying out its work.

b. Chairman of the team of Assessors work Unit to the secretariat team of Assessors work units.

c. the Chairman of the team of Assessors establishments for the Secretariat Team Evaluator Instance.

d. the Chairman of the Provincial team of Assessors to the secretariat team of the provincial Assessors.

e. Presiding district/city Assessment Teams for Secretarial team of Appraisers Kabupaten/Kota.
(4) the head of the Secretariat of the Team functionally replacing Assessor: a. the competent Officials designated by the head of the Secretariat of State for Password Institution team of Assessors.
b. competent Officials designated by the Secretary of the Main institutions of the Country to the Secretariat Team Password Appraisers work units.
c. competent Officials designated by the Echelon I wing personnel or officials of the Echelon II below for the Secretariat Team Evaluator Instance.
d. competent Officials designated by the Secretary of the province to the secretariat team of the provincial Assessors.
e. competent Officials designated by the Secretary of the County/City for the Secretariat Team Evaluator Kabupaten/Kota.
(5) the duties and functions of the Secretariat Team Evaluator: a. Help Team Evaluator in the field of administrative and administrative activities of the assessment work achievement Functional Sandiman Officials; b. assessment of any proposed Mengadministrasikan Credit Number Office Functional Sandiman;

2. Functional Supervisor Sandiman Officials Rank Stylist level I (III/d) who do not earn the minimum required for the AK still occupied the Office.
3. Functional Vice Sandiman Officials Rank Pembina Utama Muda (IV/c) that do not earn the minimum required for the AK still occupied the Office.

CHAPTER III GOVERNANCE TEAM WORK ASSESSMENT is considered part of the Assessment of the provisions of article 10 (1) the assessment and determination of the credit number Functional Sandiman Officials performed at least one (1) times in a year.

(3) the Minister/Head of Non Government agencies of the Ministry (LPNK), Governor, Bupati/Walikota upon the suggestion of the Chairman of the team of Assessors can override the Assessor team member in question: a. the retirement of civil servants.

b. unable to at least 6 (six) months.

c. resigned.
(4) if there is a team member Appraisers were assessed, then the Chairman of the judging Team can lift a temporary substitute for the team members of the evaluator in question, for a period of time once the assessment in question.
(5) if the Chairman of a team of Appraisers join the votes, then the Minister/Head of Non Government agencies of the Ministry (LPNK), Governor, Bupati/Walikota or officials designated to act as Chairman While a team of Assessors.
(6) Number of credit Assessment is done in the following way: a. the Chairman of the team of Assessors divides assessment tasks to the team members of the evaluator.
b. after each Member doing the assessment then the results are communicated to the Chairman of the judging Team through the secretariat team of Assessors. c. decision making in Council of the assessments of credit Figures done with deliberation consensus.
d. in the event of not achieved consensus discussion, decision making is done by voting the most.
e. the Council assessment of Credit Numbers must be attended by at least ½ n + 1 member of the team of appraisers, where n is the total number of members of the team of Assessors.
(7) the results of an assessment of the number of credit must be poured in the News Event Assessment Credit Figures (father) which is signed by all members of the team of Assessors are present. (8) a credit Number set by the competent authority are final and can not be submitted objection by Functional Sandiman Officials concerned.
The second part of the assessment procedure article 11 assessment of the numbers of credit by a team of Assessors is done through the following procedure: 1. Receive Credit Number Assignment Proposal List (DUPAK) and other supporting files from the secretariat team of Assessors.
2. Carry out an assessment of the number of credit submitted in accordance with the provisions of each DUPAK assessment process.

4.
