DECIDED:

The First Part
The position, the Task, and the Function
Section 418O
The Civil Servants Recruitment System Development Center is the principal task support element of the BKN which is below and is responsible to the Head of the BKN and is administratively under the Principal Secretary.

Section 418P
The Civil Servants Recruitment System Development Center has the task of carrying out the investigation of the technical policy of recruitment systems and the management of the selection system information technology and the facilitation of the selection of selection.

Section 418Q
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 418P, the Civil Servlet System Development Recruitment System Development Centre carries out functions:
a. the drafting of the technical policy of the recruitment system and employee selection;
B. development and development of the selection system information technology;
c. facilitation and/or staging of basic competency selection and staffing competencies; and
D. monitoring and evaluation of the competency materials, information technology, and hosting selection.

a. implementation of the technical policy setup of standardization and recruitment procedures and employee selection;

a. Subfields of Standardization and Recruiter Procedure; and

Section 418V
(1) The subfield of Standardization and Recruitment Procedure has the task of preparing standard technical policy materials and recruitment system procedures and employee selection.
(2) The Subfield of Competency (s) has the task of preparing the grids and materials of basic competencies and staffing competencies, validation and finalization of materials on basic competencies and staffing competencies, and carrying out the event of the event, evaluation and analysis of competency materials.

Section 418W
The field management of the Selection Information Technology has the task of managing the application of the selection system and the management and maintenance of the database about competency exams.

(2) Each functional office group as referred to in paragraph (1), is coordinated by a senior functional power appointed by the Head of the Civil Service Recruitment System Development Center.
(3) The amount of functional power as referred to in paragraph (1), determined based on the needs and workload.
