DECIDED:

Set: A DEFENSE MINISTER ' S REGULATION ON THE FUNCTIONAL OFFICE AND CREDIT FIGURES OF CIVIL SERVANTS CIVIL SERVANTS OF THE MINISTRY OF DEFENSE.

BAB I
UMUM CONDITIONS
Section 1
In this Minister ' s Rule, which is referred to:

Section 15
(1) The rank of rank for each nursing office is a rank and position as per the number of minimum level of skilled and cumulative credit numbers at the minimum level of the expert in which it is listed in the Appendix I and Annex II which are an integral part of the Regulation of this Minister.
(2) The caregivers of the nurse ' s office are set according to the number of credit figures owned.

Section 16
(1) The details of the Skilled Nurses activities, as follows:
a. Beginners ' Managing Nurse, that is:
1. carry out basic nursing data studies on individuals;
2. carry out basic nursing actions, category I;
3. carry out basic nursing actions, category II;
4. carry out counseling on individuals;
5. carry out normal persttalinan help without episiotomy;

Article 20

B. 40% (forty perstten) for all the co-authors.
(2) The number of helper authors as referred to in paragraph (1) of the letter b at most 3 (three) persons.

BAB VII
CREDIT RATING AND RATING

Credit Figure Assessment
Section 21
(1) PAK is performed on the calculation of nurses stoning as the basis of the Crediting Proposals (DUPAK) List of Performer and DUPAK Experts as set forth in Annex V and VI which is a part of the IBM International Basic General Terms. inseparable from this Minister's Rule.
(2) The assessment of the Nurse ' s credit figures is performed at least 6 (six) months once.

Section 22

Second Part
Credit Number: Section 23
(1) Any suggestion of the Nurses credit rating should be carefully assessed and objective by Team Assessor.
(2) The Nursing functional office of the Nurse is set based on the DUPAK assessment by Team Assessor.
(3) Any suggestion of the assignment of Nurse credits, among others is enthered:
a. a letter of statement carrying out the treatment of nursing and physical evidence, made according to the example of the form as set forth in Annex XI which is an inseparable part of this Minister's Regulation;
B. a statement of the statement carrying out the activities of the community and its physical evidence, created by the example of a form as set forth in Annex XII which is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister;
c. Statement of statement conducting the development activities of the profession and its physical evidence, made according to the example of the form as set forth in Annex XIII which is an inseparable part of this Minister's Regulation;
D. The letter of the statement carried out the treatment of nursing services and physical evidence, made according to the example of the form as set forth in Annex XIV which is an inseparable part of this Minister's Regulation; and
e. copy or photocopy of Ijazah/The Certificate Of Education and Exercise (STTPL) and/or the ever received caption/award authorized by the authorized official.
(4) PAK for the promotion of rank by authorized officer, set at least 6 (six) months prior to the period of the rise in the rank of Civil Service of the Civil Servas, as follows:
a. for the April period promotion, credit figures are set to be the slowest in September of the previous year; and
B. for the October period promotion, credit figures were set to be the slowest in March of the running year.

Section 24
(1) authorized officials set the Nurses Credit Number:
a.   Dirjen Bina Health Ministry ' s Health Efforts for Madya Nurses; and
B. Leaders of the lower echelons II officials who are appointed or Leadership of the Working Group Coordinating on each Unit of the Ministry of Kemhan and the TNI for the Acting Nurse of the Class II/a class up to the Appointment Nurse of the group room III/d and the First Nurse of the III/a space group up to a Young III/d Nurse.
(2) Officials as referred to in paragraph (1) of the letter b, may delegate its authority to other designated officers in accordance with the terms.
(3) In the case of the Managing Coordinator of executors on the TNI Headquarters and the Force is not specified, then the designation of the credit figures as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter b may be set by the Working Coordinator of the Managing Unit The Kemhan Organization.

Section 25

Section 26

Third Part
Assessment mechanism
Section 27

3. Repose a credit-setting proposal to the leadership of each unit of work.
B. for the leadership of the working unit or the designated official:
1. accept PAK origin from functional officials in its environment;
2. examines that the PAK origin of the sttangling meets the number of credit numbers required for a higher level of rank/rank for:
a) Performer nurses can be seen in the Skilled Nurses ' DUPAK; and
b) Expert Nurses can be seen in the DUPAK Nurse Expert.
3. Any suggestion of Skilled Nurses and Expert Nurses should be lamped by:
a) a statement letter doing health care activities as well as its physical evidence;
b) a statement letter conducting the development activities of the profession and its physical evidence;
c) a statement letter performing the Nurse ' s duty support activities; and

BAB VIII
FIRST APPOINTMENT
Section 28
(1) Officials are authorized to lift and dismiss the Kemhan PNS in and from the Nursing Office in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
(2) Terms of appointment in a Nursing functional office:
a. PNS Kemhan which is appointed for the first time in the functional office of the Skilled Nurse, must be eligible as follows;

3. Any job performance assessment element and job performance in the lower Job Implementation Assessment List (DP3) is valued at best in 1 (one) last year.
B. PNS Kemhan who was appointed for the first time in the functional post of Expert Nurse, must be eligible as follows:
1. lowest Bachelor diploma/Diploma IV degree of care;
2. The lowest rank of the III/a; and
space group. 3. Any job performance assessment element and job performance in the lower Job Implementation Assessment List (DP3) is valued at best in 1 (one) last year.

Article 29
(1) The civil servant of the Kemhan PNS into the office of Nurses is conducted under the formation of the office under the provisions of the laws.

(1) The Kemhan civil servant from other posts into the functional office of Nurses or displacement of office may be considered after qualifying as follows:

Section 36
