REGIONAL CENTER THE SOUTHEAST ASIAN MINISTERS OF EDUCATION
ORGANIZATION REGIONAL CENTRE FOR QUALITY IMPROVEMENT OF
TEACHERS AND EDUCATION PERSONNEL IN SCIENCE
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER FOR EDUCATION AND CULTURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has ratified the SEAMEO Charter which was poured in the Law Number 11 Year 1968 on Charter SEAMEO;
B. that in order to improve the role of the Regional Centre The Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization in Indonesia in order for the development of human resources the field of natural sciences needs to be the clarity of institutional status/institution for the hosting of the Regional Center The Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Regional Centre for Quality Improvement of Teachers and Education Personnel in Science;
c. that on the basis of consideration as intended in letter a and letter b, need to establish the Minister of Education and Culture on the Centre for Development and Empowerment Of Educators and Natural Sciences Education, Agency Development of Human Resources Education and Culture and Assurance Of Education of Education as a Parent Institution for the Regional Center The Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Regional Centre for Quality Improvement of Teachers and Education Personnel in Science;
Given: 1. Invite – Invite Number 11 Year 1968 on Charter SEAMEO (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia in 1968 Number 1968);
2. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment of the Organization of the Ministry of State as amended last by the Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2011 on the Third Amendment to the Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 about the Establishment of a State Ministry Organization;
3. Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as Susunan Organization, Duty, and Functions of Eselon I Ministry of State as amended by the Presidential Regulation Number 92 of 2011 on The Second Changes to the Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Organizational Functions, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State;
4. Presidential Decree No. 84 /P of the Year 2009 regarding the Establishment of the United Indonesia Cabinet II, as it has been several times amended last with Presidential Decree Number 5/P of 2013;
5. Finance Minister Regulation No. 574 /KMK.04/ 2000 about the International Organization not included as the Subject of Income Tax;
DECIDED:
establish: Minister of Education and Culture Regulation on the center of the development and empowerment of educators and the workforce of natural sciences, human resources development education and culture and assurance of the development of the education and education of the natural sciences and the development of the education and education QUALITY OF EDUCATION AS A HOLDING INSTITUTION FOR THE REGIONAL CENTER THE SOUTHEAST ASIAN MINISTERS OF EDUCATION ORGANIZATION REGIONAL CENTRE FOR QUALITY IMPROVEMENT OF TEACHERS AND EDUCATION PERSONNEL IN SCIENCE.
Article 1
(1) The Centre for Development and Empowerment of Educators and Natural Sciences Education, Human Resource Development Board of Education and Culture and Assurance Of Education is the parent institution for the Centre Regional The Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) Regional Centre for Quality Improvement of Teachers and Education Personnel in Science (SEAMEO QITEP in Science) in Indonesia.
(2) In smoothing the execution of the task as SEAMEO Regional Centre, the parent institution as referred to in the Diktum Kesatu assist and/or provide the necessary facilities.
Article 2
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
So that everyone knows it, instrucits the Ordinance of the Minister of Education and Culture by its placement in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
