the Planning Section organizes functions:
a. execution of data management and planning information;
B. implementation of the preparation of plans, programs and budgets; and
c. implementation of program evaluations, budgets, and performance reporting.

Section 43

The planning section as referred to in Article 40 of the letter a consists of:
a. Data Subsection and Planning Information;
b. Subpart Drafting Programs and the Budget; and
c. The Evaluation and Program Reporting Subsection, and the Budget.

Article 44

(1) The Data Subsection and Planning Information as referred to in Section 43 of the letter a have the task of carrying out data management and planning information.
(2) The Subsection of the Program and the Budget as referred to in Section 43 of the letter b have the task of executing the preparation of plans, programs, and budgets.
(3) Evaluation Subsection, Program Reporting, and Budget as referred to in Section 43 of the letter c have the task of carrying out evaluations, program reports, and budgets.

Section 45

The Financial Part as referred to in Article 40 of the letter b has the task of executing the budget, budget verification, and treasury.

Article 46

In carrying out the task as referred to in Article 45, the Financial Section organizes functions:
a. budget execution and budget verification; and
B. the execution of the treasury.

Article 47

The Financial Part as referred to in Article 40 of the letter b consists of:
a. Subpart Implementation and Verification of the Budget; and
b. Subsection of the Treasury.

Section 48

(1) The Subsection of the Implementation and Verification of the Budget as referred to in Article 47 of the letter a has the task of carrying out and verifying the budget.
(2) The Subsection of the Treasury as referred to in Article 47 of the letter b has the task of carrying out the treasury.

Section 49

Parts Accounting and Financial Reporting as referred to in Article 40 of the letter c have the task of carrying out accounting, state-owned goods accounting and accounting information systems (SIMAK BMN), as well as financial reporting.

Section 50

In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 49, the Accounting and Financial Reporting Section is organizing a function:
a. The accounting execution of the instance and the SIMAK BMN;
B. exercise execution of a common service body (BLU); and
c. implementation of the drafting of the financial statements.

Section 51

The Financial Accounting and Reporting Section as referred to in Article 40 of the letter c consists of:
a. Accounting Subsection of Instancy and SIMAK BMN;
b. The BLU Accounting Subsection; and
a. Financial Reporting Subsection.

Section 52

(1) Subsection Accounting Instancy and SIMAK BMN as referred to in Article 51 of the letter a have the task of carrying out the financial accounting of the instance and the SIMAK BMN.
(2) The BLU Accounting Subsection as referred to in Article 51 of the letter b has the task of carrying out BLU accounting.
(3) The Financial Reporting Subsection as referred to in Article 51 of the letter c has the task of carrying out the drafting of the financial report.

Paragraph 4
The Bureau of Academic Administration, Kemahasising, and Cooperation

Section 53

The Bureau of Academic Administration, Student General, and Cooperation as referred to in Article 26 of the paragraph (2) the next letter called the Bureau of AAKK has the task of carrying out academic administration, student security, alumni empowerment, and cooperation.

Section 54

In carrying out the task as referred to in Article 53 of the Bureau of AAKK organizes a function:
a. execution of plan drafting, program evaluation and budget, as well as reporting;
B. Information management and academic administrative services;
c. execution of student maturity and alumni enablement; and
D. implementation of the private college cooperation and the coaching of Private Islamic Religious Colleges (PTAIS).

Section 55

The AAKK bureau as referred to in Article 53 consists of:
a. Academic Part;
b. Kemahasiswaan and Alumni Section;
c. Part of Co-operation and Institutional; and
d. Functional Office Group.


Section 56

The Academic section as referred to in Article 55 of the letter a has the task of carrying out the management of academic information and the ministry of academic administration, and academic services.

Section 57

In carrying out the task as referred to in Article 56, the Academic Section organizes the function:
a. execution of the management of academic information;
B. implementation of the academic administration; and
c. implementation of academic services.

Section 58

The Academic section as referred to in Article 56 consists of:
a. Academic Information Subsection;
b. Subpart of the Academic Administration; and
c. Academic Service Subsection.

Section 59

(1) The Academic Information Subsection as referred to in Article 58 of the letter a has the task of carrying out the management of academic information.
(2) The Academic Administration Subsection as referred to in Article 58 of the letter b has the task of conducting the implementation of the academic administration.
(3) The Academic Service Subsection as referred to in Article 58 of the letter c has the task of conducting academic services.

Section 60

The student and alumni section as referred to in Article 55 of the letter b has the task of carrying out the administration of the student and alumni.

Section 61

In carrying out the task as referred to in Article 60, the Student Union Section and Alumni host the function:
a. the execution of the student administration;
B. coaching talent and student interest; and
c. implementation of the alumni administration.


Section 62.

The Student and Alumni Section as referred to in Article 60 oe 38 consists of:
a. Planning Section;
b. Financial Part;
c. Accounting and Financial Reporting Section; and
d. Functional Office Group.

Section 41

The planning section as referred to in Section 40 of the letter a has the task of carrying out data management and information, plan framing, program and budget, evaluation, and performance reporting.

Section 42

In carrying out the task as referred to in Article 41,, preparedness, and reporting support in accordance with the Head policy.

BAB IV
THE FUNCTIONAL OFFICE GROUP

Section 99

(1) The functional office group consists of Lecturer, Researcher, Librarian, Laboran, and other functional positions that are appointed in accordance with the needs under the provisions of the laws.
(2) Each of the functional office groups as referred to in paragraph (1) is led by a senior functional official as the coordinator is set by the Rector.
(3) The functional office group as referred to in paragraph (1) carries out the duties in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

ETHIZATION

Section 100

Rector, Deputy Rector, Dean, Vice Dean, Director, Chairman Of The Majors, Secretary Of The Department, Chairman Of The Institute, Secretary Of The Institute, Head Of The Center, Mudir, Head Of The Intern Examiner, and the Secretary of the Internal Inspector's office is the non-Eselon post. />
Section 101

(1) The head of the Bureau is the Structural Office of Eselon II.a.
(2) The Chief is the Structural Office of Eselon III.a.
(3) Subpart Head is the Structural Office of Eselon IV.a.

BAB VI
OTHER LAIN-CONDITIONS

Section 102

The terms of the requirements and mechanisms of appointment of non-structural and regulatory officials at the University are set up in the University statutes.

Section 103

Rector may establish a provision regarding the details of the structural/functional office duties as long as it does not contradict the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs.

BAB VII
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 104

By the enactment of the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs Number 414 of the Year 2002 on the Organization and the Work of the Islamic University Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta and all changes regulations were revoked and declared no Applicable.

Section 105

The rules of the Minister of Religious Affairs begin to take effect on the date of promulmitation.
So that everyone knows it, instruct the Ordinance of the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs with its ordination in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.

Section 88

(1) The Language Development Centre as referred to in Article 85 of the letter c has the task of carrying out the training and development of language for the civitas of the University's academic civitas.
(2) The Language Development Centre as referred to in paragraph (1) is headed by a Chief who is below and is responsible to the Deputy Rector of Academic Fields.

Section 89

(1) the Mah’ad Al-Jami’ah as referred to in Article 85 of the letter d has the task of carrying out education and the coaching of understanding keispages through a model of pesantren education in the University's environment.
(2) the Mah’ad Al-Jami’ah as referred to in verse (1) is led by a Mudir (Head) who is below and is responsible to the Vice Rector of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Section 90

(1) Business Development Centre as referred to in Article 85 letter e has the management, marketing, development and business cooperation of the University business.
(2) The Business Development Centre as referred to in paragraph (1) is headed by a Chief who is below and is responsible to the Deputy Rector of the Public Administration field.

BAB III
ORGANS OF CONSIDERATION AND SUPERVISION
The Kesatu section
The Organs Of Consideration

Section 91

University Considerations Organ consists of:
a. The Board of Fortruss;
b. University Senate; and
c. Faculty Senate.

Article 92

The House of Worship as referred to in Article 91 of the letter a is a non-structural body composed of a public figure who has a function of providing advice and consideration in non-academic fields to the Rector.

Section 93

Senate of the University as referred to in Article 91 of the letter b is the normative body and the highest representative of the University with the task of providing advice and consideration in the academic field to the Rector.

Section 94

Senate Faculty as referred to in Article 91 of the letter c is a normative body and representative at the Faculty level which has a duty to provide advice and consideration in academic and non-academic fields to the Dean.

Second Part
The Surveillance Organ

Section 95

In order of internal supervision is formed the Unit of the Intern Examiner that has the task of carrying out surveillance, control, evaluation and auditing in the fields of finance and performance of the University.

Section 96

In carrying out the task as referred to in Section 95, the Intern Examiner Unit organizes the function:
a. the formulation of the internal control system;
B. implementation of the audit and assessment of the financial field and performance of the University; and
c. The delivery of the report to the Rector.

Section 97

(1) The Internal Inspector Unit as referred to in Section 95, is led by a Chief who is below and is responsible to the Rector.
(2) The head as referred to in paragraph (1) has the task of leading, coordinating, and carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 95 and Section 96 under the Rector's discretion.

Section 98

(1) In carrying out the duties of the Head as referred to in Article 97 of the paragraph (1) is assisted by a Secretary.
(2) The Secretary as referred to in paragraph (1) has the task of providing administrative, financialution of plan drafting, program evaluation and budget, as well as reporting;
a. implementation of academic quality development;
B. academic conduct audit, monitoring, and assessment of academic quality; and
c. implementation of the Institution administration.

Article 79

LPM as referred to in Section 77 consists of:
a. Speaker;
b. Secretary;
c. Center; and
d. Tata Business Subsection.
