REGULATION of the MINISTER of ENERGY and MINERAL RESOURCES of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA number 06 2013 ABOUT MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM GUIDELINES for the DOCUMENTATION and the SCRIPT CLERK in the ENVIRONMENT of the MINISTRY of ENERGY and MINERAL RESOURCES, the Secretariat-GENERAL of the NATIONAL ENERGY BOARD, and the BOARD of MANAGERS of the SUPPLY and DISTRIBUTION of FUEL OIL and GAS TRANSPORTATION BUSINESS ACTIVITIES through the PIPELINE with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the MINISTER of ENERGY and MINERAL RESOURCES of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA , Considering: a. that in order to improve the management, utilization and service documentation and the script of the employees are more efficient, effective, fast, and accurate, necessary changes from the document management process manually into electronics through the use of information and communication technologies;

Decide: define: REGULATION of the MINISTER of ENERGY and MINERAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM GUIDELINES on DOCUMENTATION and the SCRIPT CLERK in the ENVIRONMENT of the MINISTRY of ENERGY and MINERAL RESOURCES, the Secretariat-GENERAL of the NATIONAL ENERGY BOARD, and the BOARD of MANAGERS of the SUPPLY and DISTRIBUTION of FUEL OIL and GAS TRANSPORTATION BUSINESS ACTIVITIES through the PIPELINE.
CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 In this regulation of the Minister, is: 1. 2. program tools and data bases;

4. customized application program, developed to support the Sisdoktah Employees, either developed itself or the result of modifications; 5. any other software that can be easily applied; and 6. internet network with wide bandwidth is the main requirement in the implementation of the use of Sisdoktah Employees, serves as a liaison in the one (1) area (Office) and/or between areas (Office) remote locations with relatively high data transmission speed.
Article 6

i. decision letter seconded or employed;

j. records clerks;

k. periodic salary increases and benefits;

b.   other documents relating to the employees.

CHAPTER III SISDOKTAH EMPLOYEE UTILIZATION of article 12 (1) utilization of Sisdoktah Employees as stipulated in article 3 letter b is the administrative processing of staffing in the coaching Environment Ministry of energy and Mineral resources, the Secretariat-General of the National Energy Board, and the Board of Managers.

b. the Executive, i.e. the structural Echelon II officials carry out functions in the field of employment responsibility to see and instruct employees in the Sisdoktah data processing environment of the unit of work.
c. the administrator, i.e. structural Echelon III officials who carry out functions in the field of employment responsibility to see and give instruction to the Manager Sisdoktah employees in the environment of the unit of work.
d. managers, namely structural Echelon IV officials responsible for full view and gave instructions to the pengentri data in the environment of the unit of work.

b. structural Echelon officials I and Secretary General of the National Energy Board in particular the Echelon II structural officials carry out functions in the field of staffing authorities manage Staffing Documents in the neighborhood Unit echelons I him;
c. Secretary Regulatory officials in particular structural Echelon III performing functions in the area of staffing authorities manage Staffing Documents in the environment of the unit it works;

Article 19 (1) the construction of the Users referred to in article 17 paragraph (2) Letter c is carried out by the Secretariat-General of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral resources, in particular the Civil Service Bureau and the Organization, and Unit Echelons I in the environment of the Ministry of energy and Mineral resources, the Secretariat-General of the National Energy Board in particular the Echelon II structural officials carry out functions in the field of employment, and the Secretariat of the Agency Manager.

d. other meetings.
Chapter V CLOSING PROVISIONS article 20 this Ministerial Regulation comes into force on the date of promulgation.
